This was a nice stay and the staff is eager to accomodate all needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dallas. The pool and fitness facility is incredible!

Elevators were slow, rooms noisy, bathrooms and rooms in general old. It would help if you had slow closing, quiet room doors so they weren't slamming shut at all hours.

I came in the night before and spent the night for a meeting the next day. The staff was friendly and helpful and I had a delightful stay.

No upgrade. Wasn't even put on a club level. Club lounge had no bottled water or diet coke. Breakfast was not impressive compared to club lounges at other Sheratons

I stay in hotels frequently, and this room was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. Everything I needed was in the hotel complex and my room was wonderful.

This hotel is located in a warm climate but has verylittle out door space except for the small pool area. It would be nice to be able to eat and have drinks outside.

When I checked in, I was not given any information about my room such as internet, the 'Green' option, check out, etc.
Just given my keys, charged and that was it.

Great hotel... although very large and busy, quick check-in SPG recognition and upgrade to club level without even having to ask!
Happy to use this hotel anytime.

This hotel was very nice, although you had to pay for extras provided at other hotels, i.e. parking and internet service. Also, there was no in-room refrigerator.

The hotel is nice and most meeting rooms are convenient. The front desk was understaffed at check-in and extremely slow. There was also a huge line at check-out.

I have stayed at this hotel a total of three times with my previous stays lasting over a week. My previous trips were about a year ago and were great and so I was surprised at the subpar accomodations I recently had here. My disappointment with this recent trip can be summed up by the room I was given. I was put on the 10th floor which I thought was odd since I am an SPG member and usually stay on a different suite of floors. I was shocked at how shabby the room was and disappointed with the staff in that they did not address my concerns when I raised them. My room was next to the elevators and there is not much that can be done other than moving me. The main concern was the subpar condition of the tiny room. The bathroom was so small that the door barely cleared the toilet. In addition, our AC was barely working which left us very uncomfortable the duration of the stay. Next time I will be more adminant to be sure I get a SPG level room since I definitely paid for one. It is disappointing that this happened since I booked over the phone and the attendant asked for my rewards number. I am not sure how this oversight occured.

Stay for 4 nights at this hotel. My room was always kept clean by the housekeeping staff. If I had a question, the hotel staff was friendly and willing to help.

Great service by all of the hotel staff that I was in contact with. The concierge service was extremely knowledgeable and The Club room staff was very friendly.

Great location, nice facilities, has the largest and best equipped fitness center I've ever seen in a hotel.
Areas where improvement is needed:
Value in terms of hotel's restaurant and bar. The out-of-touch high prices for all things related to food and drink are disappointing. Especially considering that within a short walk over the skybridge, I can get a healthy, delicious breakfast for less than $8.00, where something similar at the hotel is over $20.00. Sheraton Dallas will make you pay dearly for the convenience of staying there to eat.
Hotel room HVAC system did not seem very responsive to thermostat changes, the shower pipes would bang and vibrate at the most comfortable flow volume and temperature, and the pillows have a sort of plastic pillow case that retains heat terribly.
Our room was very spacious and well-equipped otherwise, with convenient A/C plugs all around.
In terms of the conference I attended, the meeting rooms in the lower levels were completely uncomfortable due to the low temperature settings of the HVAC. When people are bringing blankets to presentations, that should be a hint there is a problem.

For the cost of this hotel, we were very unsatisfied because of the following:
-King size room was very small. We couldn't close the door to the bathroom while on the toilet and had to squeeze in the shower. Two people cannot get ready at the same time.
-Self-parking is $21 per night.
-We called for extra pillows and they said they were "out" and offered no apology or other assistance.
-We ordered a side of eggs for breakfast that cost $5 and were not good.
-There was a dirty chopstick on the floor of our room left from a previous guest.
-The facilities are not as modern as you would expect; however, all the furnishings are modern and nice.
-They charge over $50 to your banking account for "incidental charge" without telling you. It IS taken off if there are no incidents to your room, but still - to have $50 that I couldn't spend in my account was frustrating.
-The waiter in the sports bar was not very helpful.
-The bed was clean and comfortable.
-The bartender was helpful and friendly.
We hope with some improvements to be able to stay at the Sheraton again, but at this point I would not book another reservation there.

The staff is excellent, but mold on the tub wall, sends the message about attention to details. Also, bathrooms just show high use and in need of update.

This room was way overpriced. There were gnats flying around our room and the tub drain was slow. Front desk was not helpful. Will never stay here again.
