And, the price was fair considering the location and amenities.The only issue I had was after checking into my room, I noticed the maid staff left a dirty cloth on the floor and I had to wait two hours for a plunger and refrigerator. Rated 3 out of 5 by Not one of the best one If you stay more than 3 days make sure they give you the room key for the 3 days because they never change the default setting and on wednesday you will need to get a new one (It happened to many the 3 times i stayed there). Or worst wait 45 min on the 25 floor for a new key. December 9, 2011

Elevators were painfully slow, so I took the stairs a few times...and while I know stairways are generally for emergencies only, I was struck at how dingy and unwelcoming these stairwells were, Particularly the north tower. Rated 2 out of 5 by AVOID THIS CHEAP MOTEL Rude staff, old, poor cheap renovation, marginal location. First room assigned (422) was on a roof level- anyone could simply walk up to the window, AND IT FACED A WALL. Asked for a new room and got (room 605) DIRECTLY ACROSS THE HALL FROM ICE & VENDING MACHINES...NOISE !! June 8, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Good location and staff but... The room was less than I am used to at Starwood Hotels. The door to my room required slamming it to close, sometimes more than once. The air conditioner banged each time it started, There were stains on the bathroom wall and the paint on the bathroom ceiling was bubbling. July 23, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel. The carpet in the room was very stained and the bathroom just looked worn. The shower head would not put out a full flow as half the water still poured out of the tub spicket. I would not stay in this hotel again. February 24, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Lost my jacket Left my jacket at the lobby lounge. Bartender said he turned it in to the front desk, but no one could find it over the final two days of my stay. My fault for leaving it on the back of the chair, but disappointing that it was picked up and then lost by the staff. September 23, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Key location for fireworks SPG club level service for evenings should at minimum run from Mon-Fri. It' s not offered during holidays or Friday's. This should be advertised somewhere otherwise it's deception. The concierge staff, room cleanliness and the view at this property were spectacular. July 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Clean but slightly dated This hotel is clean and comfortable, but slightly dated in room set up. No free internet. No choices in dining. Fees are expensive. The lamp switch broke off and the cleaning lady left it on rather than having it fixed. January 6, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice amenities The hotel offers a gift shop, a terrific work out room, restaurant, bar, pool and more. The location is convenient and the staff was very accommodating. This appears to be an older property and there is room for improvement on the rooms and meeting areas. October 31, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by In need of a total make-over and a good cleaning This hotel is old and tired. The entire hotel needs a make-over. The public spaces are not being kept clean. The same litter was in the hallways all three days of our stay. The noise levels both from within and out make it a very undesirable place to get any rest. April 29, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Small things would make a big difference The room desperately needs more light. A floor lamp and brighter bulbs in all of the lamps would help. The heat was anemic; I kept the room at 80 degrees to get to a tolerable minimum. January 26, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 Kiddie City During my stay apparently there was a teenage mutiny at the hotel. 20+ minutes average wait for elevators, Teens running around the hotel unsupervised all hours of the day and night playing knock knock and running. The toliet in my room broke so I had to move to another room, then the makeup mirror in the 2nd room fell apart in my hand. I checked out a day early and went to another hotel December 7, 2013

Just not enough elevator for the amount of room. Ben, restaurant gm, is an outstanding hospitality team member....make sure to meet him during your stay. April 2, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel is just Ok Elevators are terrible! I have never been in a facility where the elevators were this atrocious. Each trip was an adventure in futility and frustration. It was so bad we stayed away from the room or the bar and restaurants in fear of having to use the elevators. Sad SPG Experience! April 1, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Could have been better Was charged for a cot that we didn't need. Had the wrong room when we arrived but they did handle the change quickly. The new room had a window that was cracked from top to bottom - a bit dangerous and not at all attractive! Never enough towels available. July 15, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Sleep interrupted by unfriendly staff I checked into this hotel very late in the evening due to plane delays. The staff was welcoming, even at such a late hour, and I went up to my room for a few hours of sleep. The next morning, at 8:30 am, there is a loud knocking on the door. Since I was tired, I tried to ignore it and go back to sleep. A few minutes later, there is another demanding knock on the door. When I open the door, it is the cleaning person, asking when I will check out. Now, 8:30 is in no way close to the checkout time, and I was not delaying her job by trying to get my rest. So my response is that I don't know when I will be checking out. She then demands an estimate of when I think I will be checking out. After a late night this was the last thing I wanted to deal with at 8:30 in the morning. After that encounter I begin to get ready for the day, since I was alerady awake. After about 20 minutes out of bed, I see a huge bug crawling where I had just slept. Not my idea of a friendly or clean hotel, and I will not be visiting any time in the near future. August 13, 2012

The street level appearance is not nice from the city side where people approach walking from center city because they expect all customers to arrive from driveway. September 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by cab assistance The cab driver that the Sheraton staff assisted me with was nice but once we got to the airport she had no way to take a credit card, had no receipt to provide which was a problem. Hotel staff should only use qualified legitimate transport services. October 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Good Service The view from the club level is breathtaking. All the staff was exceptional. The day we were to leave the battery in our rental car was dead. We were headed to the airport to catch a flight. Someone from the hotel came to assist us within minutes. May 30, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by So, so The lobby and most of the rooms lived up to the Sheraton standard but my guestroom was not all that great. There were a number of stains in the carpet and the shower head was not securely attached to the wall. Room 534 definitely needs some TLC! November 30, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible My stay was not satisfactory. Blood was on our sheets (TWICE) even after guest services was called and changed our sheets. The breakfast was too expensive and very nasty. The pancakes were rubbery and the meal horrid. I'd never come here again! April 16, 2013

I was a little disappointed when I drove up there was no staff to greet and direct me to the parking garage. I'm not certain when next I'll visit but I hope that doesn't happen again. April 11, 2013
