Breakfast was not included and there was not a fridge in the room. For $150, it was just OK.

I have never been in a facility where the elevators were this atrocious. Each trip was an adventure in futility and frustration. It was so bad we stayed away from the room or the bar and restaurants in fear of having to use the elevators. Sad SPG Experience!

The hotel offers a gift shop, a terrific work out room, restaurant, bar, pool and more. The location is convenient and the staff was very accommodating.
This appears to be an older property and there is room for improvement on the rooms and meeting areas.

Was charged for a cot that we didn't need. Had the wrong room when we arrived but they did handle the change quickly. The new room had a window that was cracked from top to bottom - a bit dangerous and not at all attractive! Never enough towels available.

This hotel is convenient to museums and parkway with good bed and expected hotel features. The street level appearance is not nice from the city side where people approach walking from center city because they expect all customers to arrive from driveway.

I checked into this hotel very late in the evening due to plane delays. The staff was welcoming, even at such a late hour, and I went up to my room for a few hours of sleep. The next morning, at 8:30 am, there is a loud knocking on the door. Since I was tired, I tried to ignore it and go back to sleep. A few minutes later, there is another demanding knock on the door. When I open the door, it is the cleaning person, asking when I will check out. Now, 8:30 is in no way close to the checkout time, and I was not delaying her job by trying to get my rest. So my response is that I don't know when I will be checking out. She then demands an estimate of when I think I will be checking out. After a late night this was the last thing I wanted to deal with at 8:30 in the morning. After that encounter I begin to get ready for the day, since I was alerady awake. After about 20 minutes out of bed, I see a huge bug crawling where I had just slept. Not my idea of a friendly or clean hotel, and I will not be visiting any time in the near future.

1. Don't bother to check in early.
2. The club room has poor quality food.
3. The front desk can't do anything for the customer, and beware of the room you get if you ask.
4. The hallways are dark and dingy.

The air conditioner was extremely loud; we finally turned it off. The bedspread was very heavy. The club room was not open one morning and did not have drinks in the evenings; we find Pittsburgh's Club Lounge much nicer.

During my three night stay (during the polar vortex), the fire alarm went off two nights (both past midnight), my room was not cleaned the first night, and room amenities were subpar for a Sheraton (no slippers, robes, or refrigerator in the room).

I came to Sheraton for a 2 day Accounting Program & was very pleased with the hotel staff, the hotel room, & the meeting rooms. I would recommend Sheraton to any businesses looking for a location that can hold large group meetings/workshops/programs.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. Kyntoya, who coordinates the group events, was so competent and helpful from making reservations to follow up with bills afterwards.

The cab driver that the Sheraton staff assisted me with was nice but once we got to the airport she had no way to take a credit card, had no receipt to provide which was a problem. Hotel staff should only use qualified legitimate transport services.

When we arrived our rooms were not ready. The staff took very good care of us while we waited for the rooms to be ready. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and easy to talk to. Really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed 5days with my family. The desk-staffs were not friendly, terrible elevators and noise leves of hallway (21F), peeling wall paper in bath, stained chair, was not impressed... oh, good customer service; asked to change dirty coffee machine.

The view from the club level is breathtaking. All the staff was exceptional. The day we were to leave the battery in our rental car was dead. We were headed to the airport to catch a flight. Someone from the hotel came to assist us within minutes.

Good location close to museums. Pool is nice distraction for the kids. My son was locked out of his room due to a door malfunction. Service was dispatched quickly to work on the door. Only suggestion is to extend hours of starbucks stand.

The lobby and most of the rooms lived up to the Sheraton standard but my guestroom was not all that great. There were a number of stains in the carpet and the shower head was not securely attached to the wall. Room 534 definitely needs some TLC!

My hotel room left much to be desired. The carpet was bubbling up in the middle of the room, and it is obviously an old hotel needing rennovations. The exercise room was very nice, and the food provided in the bar and for room service was good.

My stay was not satisfactory. Blood was on our sheets (TWICE) even after guest services was called and changed our sheets. The breakfast was too expensive and very nasty. The pancakes were rubbery and the meal horrid. I'd never come here again!

Check in was speedy and efficient, the staff was friendly. I was a little disappointed when I drove up there was no staff to greet and direct me to the parking garage. I'm not certain when next I'll visit but I hope that doesn't happen again.

It took 3 hours to have soup, salad and dessert...bad very bad. The toliet in my room broke so I had to move to another room, then the makeup mirror in the 2nd room fell apart in my hand. I checked out a day early and went to another hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay at the hotel. The staff were exrtremely nice and welcoming. I haven't had as good an experience in a hotel for some time. The hotel is very conveniently located for walking the downtown Philadelphia area.

Room amenities were really poor and the food that we ordered for dinner was cold and tasteless. With just one night in the city we were too exhausted to eat out. Had a poor experience at the pool too, way too small and no staff available.

Each time I stay at this property the level of excellence in all aspects keeps rising. Great staff, wonderful rooms, excellent service and food, outstanding location and the best views in town. Can't wait for my next trip to Philadelphia.

We were greeted with friendly attention to our needs. The floor for pets was great. Room was at the end of the hall, quiet and staff respectful. Food in restaurant was a bit pricey but fresh and cooked well. All staff was pleasant.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and it was great. This time I was very disappointed.
The water in my room was not replenished. The TV did not work and the staff never refilled the coffee packets. Very disappointed in this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once and as always to be expected, the staff was very accomodating, the rooms clean, and as a starwood member have always been upgraded at no additional cost.

Philadelphia's Sheraton Downtown's staff in the "Friendly City" live up to the city's name. I don't think that I have ever stayed anywhere where all of the staff have been so friendly. Thank you for taking care of my needs...

The staff at this hotel were helpful and informative with all questions that I had. Very nice and clean fitness center. The housekeeping staff were efficient and through. Was able to walk to a number of historic sites and musuems.

Room had the smell of old stale smoke.
Room key needed exchange several times in one evening in order to function and still then security had to open door as lock/keys were malfunctioning.
Mary at the Concierge desk was great.
