The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel staff is super couteous. The front desk staff is well trained and provides excellent customer service.

Hotel was very nice, had great food and drinks in the DRAFT bar. Bed was very comforable and slept well before my meeting the next day.

Conceirge staff was not helpful. Gave us wrong directions, told us no restaurants were in walking distance not true. Had to call for room cleaning

I think it is great that the hotel is trying to go green. The incentive of receiving a reward for not having your room clean is an excellent idea.

Most of the staff here is helpful and friendly. My room smelled like smoke and the front desk representative moved me to another room immediately.

There were roaches in the lobby and in the meeting halls where my business conference was held. Also, the water pressure in the shower is awful!!

I was too warm through out most of the hotel and conference center. the blankets on the bed were too warm as well I kept waking up hot all night.

Extremely long lines and lack of recognition of SPG status and fact that my daughter's wedding brought over 25 rooms to the hotel for a weekend.

Really the only thing that bugged me was that my room did not have any wash cloths. Plenty of towels and hand towels just not any wash cloths.

Restaurant food and drink was overpriced. Room next to elevator with lots of elevator noise / whine until about 1 in the morning.

I loved the location of the Dallas Sheraton, it was super easy to leave the rental car parked and use the train, which was accessible right outside the Hotel. Parking was confusing. I didn't find information through my business travel reservation system, or in the room literature. It was learn as you go. The staff was very nice and pleasantly answered any questions. You should expect to pay approx. $20 - $30/day additional to your room rate for parking. Information in the room about the hotel amenities was slightly out of date, and there were no maps of downtown in the room. The TV interface provides some internet, but there was no keyboard to use this option. The room is set up for your own computer, which is a plus. Finally, something as simple as contacting guest services was unnecessarily complicated - the room literature indicated to dial 0, one phone indicated dial 61 and a second phone had a short cut button to call. Only the second phone short cut button worked, dialing 0 or dialing 61 resulted in ringing - but no answer. Of course, once contact was made, the service was great. The room is up to date - but the user interfaces aren't :0).
