Excellent in every way. Met my expectations for a 5-star hotel. Service, rooms etc were all above par. Other than not having a less expensive option than valet parking, it was well worth the stay.

Good hotel, with great staff. Specific staff I want to recognize - Lily at the front desk, and Blesilda in the exec lounge.
Rooms could be cleaner, and the exec lounge menu needs to be re-worked.

The check in line up was longer than lining up to catch an Air Canada flight ... they must know this happens a lot because they have barriers for line ups? One or two people working very slowly agains long long line ups.
Unfriendly and not paying any attention to special requests (quiet location). I am staying a lot at Starwood properties and usually requests gets honoured. My first "quiet location" room was across the ice machine - the second behind the elevator. I paid $60 for a better room just to be placed right by all the noisy elevators AGAIN. The guy in charge for the SPG guest is the most unfriendly one of all of them - but even as a returning guest to the hotel he is hard to avoid since they mostly have him an another person who seems to have no clue. The hotel was dirty - crushed cans in hallways and directly by the elevators, the alcohol had sunken into the carpet and the place smelled like Vegas. Wine glasses on the hallway even on the upgraded 42nd floor I paid extra for. The pool was too cold the hot tub plastic jet was broken and floating in it the bubbles did not come on.

The front area where cars and guests pull in is a disaster area. Regardless of the construction in the area, there is no organization out there, and cars just seem to be randomly parked and left.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and answered my questions in a helpful and direct manner. This hotel is right downtown so it's close to shopping, dining and theatre.

Customer service very poor . Paper not delivered and room not serviced until follow up calls made. Room service food cold and service tray not picked up until 30 hours after pick up call placed.

The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel is a large hotel which is reasonably priced as compared to its competition. It is in a great location, only steps from the subway, as well as the Eatons Centre.

The staff working for the valet parking of the hotel has successfully disappointed my expectations. Rude, not reasonable at all! Also, the parking rate is over priced for the services provided.

Entire Room was not ready until 6pm. Upon entering the room the room attendant was no where to be found and only the parlor had been cleaned. Took over 10 minutes before the attendant returned.

Beautiful hotel, air venting was annoying, noisy all night and like a whistle if u opened the window, Pillows were lousy, like a big puff ball, no support. other then that the hotel was great!

My departure from Toronto was uncertain, beause of ferocious weather. The hotel staff was perfectly accomodating to allow me to rebook at a preferred rate and with minimal fuss- kudos to them.

Richard from SPG at the hotel was awesome. We needed a room with two queens instead of the king we had. We also did the club lounge. Our room wasn't ready because we switched but the room we got had a great view if CN tower and also was up higher on 38 floor. Richard gave up the keys to use for club lounge as we waited for half an hour. We did not do valet parking at 50,but parked across street I think it was that has access to hotel. I think it was only 20
there and easy. We were all impressed with the club floor and fresh selection and variety.
Would defiantly tell anyone to do this. I always have questions and want to make everything is right so I felt I needed to mention how wonderful Richard was, and how professional and informative he was. Our family was only in Toronto for the day. We went to the Ripley aquarium and the CN tower for edge walk( more thrill then jumping out of plane), and across the street is a train museum that's cool. First night we walked to the water right by the Westin and looked into taking a ferry over to the island. We didn't have much time to fit it in but from asking many people its a good place for walking,picnic, beach area for sunning and swimming,young kids area and picture taking of the skyline etc... The negative would be few. Hotels like to say queen but they are dbls. The one I slept on was pretty broken in or something but that's about it. Some travelers would nick pick but this hotel had extra things that made it shine! Visit the lower level for shops and food.

The room was too hot. There was a noise coming from the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable I must say. The hotel staff are very friendly. I stay at this hotel evey time I am in Toronto.

Staff super helpful and services first class. Recreation centre and pool was easily accessible, high quality equipment.
Pool was superb. Location is great. Checkout was seamless and quick.

I have stayed at the Sheraton a few times now. It has a great location to everything i need to get to when I'm in the city. However this year I have not been happy with the hotel. The last two times I have stay there I got little to no sleep, this is due to drunk and loud guests and the friends they bring in. Now I know this isn't the hotels fault but I find that not much is done about it.
One other negative point was the last time I stayed there I was to receive a free continental breakfast, which I had to ask about at the front desk and no one knew anything about it. So I was directed to just go to the restaurant and they should have a list there. Sure enough they did and I got my breakfast, however I was then charged for it on my final bill. Now it was fixed after a phone call, I still was not happy about that or the unexpected amount on my bill. Even though it was fix it did cause me some problems.
Overall I have always enjoyed the Sheraton but lately it just hasn't been the same hotel I remember.
I hope their ice machines are fixed in the near future. I also seem to end up on the floors with the broken ones.
On a happy note I do look forward to seeing the hotel when they have done some updates with the rooms.

I always enjoy staying at Sheraton Centre Toronto. Business or plessure everything is at your fingertips. Shopping, sight seeing or meetings are a leisurely walk, subway or taxi ride away.

The Toronto Sheraton is definitely a user friendly hotel.
The facilities are very good as are the amenities.PATH system makes weather a non-issue.
Best described as "home away from home".

Stayed Dec. 20th 2013 for one night, attending a couple of work related Xmas functions. Started out great, check in was early, valet parking excellent, overall price for package outstanding. Room was very clean and provided most of the components outlined in my SPG profile (no non allergenic pillows provided).
Things went down hill later that night after we returned from the parties. First the toilet was clogged and not functioning, additionally when the sink was used the pipes underneath were not secure which resulted in a minor flood. Had to use the ice bucket to contain the water shooting out. Tried to call the front desk 3 times but no one answered and finally gave up as it was 1:30 in the a.m. Called at 7:00 (3 times before someone responded) and maintenance person was sent up. He was able to correct the toilet problem but advised that a plumber would be needed to replace or fix the pipes which were separated. Wife was not impressed so we checked out early. Front Desk advised we would be credited with an additional 1000 points to compensate for the problems and we are waited to see what happens.

The overall experience was comfortable and relaxing. It was very close to the AGO where we attended a wedding. The groom arranged a great rate for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
