The Princess Kaiulani is perhaps showing her age compared to her splashier siblings in Waikiki, but the staff demonstrates the aloha spirit better than most of those other properties! It is also provides the best value

Disappointed room internet in compulsory daily charge was not wireless so useless for iphone & ipad (which most people travel with these days).
Booked baggage assistance for checkout but they forgot

I never ever stayed in such a bad Sheraton before.
Very dirty carpet....furniture worn off...no wifi in the room....very noisy room...balcony was used off....total stay was terrible...would never recommend this hotel.

Hotel price met our expenses. It is close to everything even if beach is only across the street. It was all worth it. Highly recommend if you want a nice hospitable and friendly staff, if beachfront is not important.

A little disappointed in the buffet. On two mornings we waited for eggs and there were no muffins or toast. The decaf coffee was not fresh and fruit selection was limited.

This hôtel is very convenienly located,basically comfortable.
Amenities are at their minimum, services good and warm ,island style! ...
I personnaly appreciate the rather informal and relax style of the property.

House keeping was very poor. On day two hand soap was not provided and shower floor mat was missing. Cleaning rag was left in sink by maid service. Requested wake up call was not provided. Welcome apple was sour.

Just steps from the beach without higher hotel prices. Good place for families. Steps away from shopping and eateries or enjoy food discounts at hotel. Staff helpful but could have smiled more.
Would stay again.

This hotel is the worst I have had with Sheraton. The room is very small, furniture is old, poor soundproofing, room cleanliness is like a motel. Though the staff are friendly just like most of Sheraton hotels.

Stayed in 2 different rooms at this property, first one the bathtub didn't drain properly, the second one there was no individual thermostat.
Hotel really needs updating and be brought to a Sheraton Standard.

Airconditioner was not working when I arrived in my room. It took three calls and an hour and a half for maintenance to arrive to fix the issue.
Was woken up by noisy guests in the adjacent room after 10pm.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of November. The hotel was in a great location - close to shops, the beach and attractions.
The hotel is a bit outdated (decor) but the staff were friendly and courteous.

Located in the heart of Waikiki this hotel has easy parking included in the daily resort fee. No valet parking. WiFi is also easy and included and bottled water every day. We have our new spot in Waikiki!!!

Our room caught every noise and it was very noisy at night. Unable to get milk for coffee. We had 2 double beds instead of a king size bed although we had been told we had been upgraded. No ceiling light.

I like to stay ocean front but the costs have exceeded my budget! I will definately stay at the Princess Kauiulani again, the staff were very kind and friendly. I loved the hotel. Thank you so much!

The customer service was bad. The line would be huge and if someone asked questions about the line they would be told to stay in line. It was not SPG quality. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The reason we keep coming back to this hotel is the friendly staff, from front desk check-in, pool staff, pool staff and cleaning . All are happy and have treated us with respect and friendliness.

Not what I expected from a Sheraton expecially for the price. Needs renovation. Bathroom very small and outdated. No valet parking and your lucky if you can find a place to park your rental car.

Room looks like 1970's Miami Beach decor, and its all original. Carpet was worn and had holes. The worst part was the service. The first two days of my stay the housekeepers came in my room despite the do not disturb sign on the door. The first day they just put the DND sign back behind the door. The second day they must have taken it because it was nowhere to be found. I was not in the room when they came in, but I did not put anything in the safe as i would have. There was money, laptop, ipad etc on the desk. When I called the housekeeping manager they acted like it was no big deal and they said they would take me off the cleaning list for the next day. Then they would not give me anything later than 2PM checkout on any of the three rooms I had booked and I have gold status. Then after I checked out I found out they offered 3PM to someone who was traveling with me who had no status. Just poor service at a below average hotel. Also Honolulu PD seems to allow "women of the night" to use the corner of the street so be advised they are there every night. Seems to be a shady part of the strip.

The front desk people were great VERY friendly along with one of the bell desk person he was great. Virginia who was the cleaning lady did an outstanding job in our rooms making them look good.

Very noisy room at back of hotel. So a disturbed sleep. Hotel in wing was very tired. Staff were very nice to deal with. Disappointed not what I expected. Pool only open for short hours as well

STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOUR GOAL IS TO BE NEAR THE BEACH AND DUTY FREE AND BOUTIQUE SHOPPING. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS POOR AND SUB-STANDARD BY SHERATON AND HAWAIIAN STANDARDS.

Our short stay at this hotel was good, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little tired and could do with an update. Tour desk operator was great.

Room and hotel just felt very dated and the staff response was average. The location is a great location but the hotel can use some major renovations.

In desperate need of renovations or perhaps SPG should sell and stick with SW, Surfrider and RH. I am a huge fan of SPG yet this was the worst property I have stayed in since 2011.
