Rated 5 out of 5 by Terrific Waikiki Kelly Sanders and the dedicated staff at the Sheraton Waikiki went out of their way during our recent stay there to make our friends and ourselves welcome. They bent over backwards to ensure our comfort and enjoyment and we all cherish the memory of those amazing 5 days. Thank you Kelly and others for enhancing our Waikiki/Starwood experience. Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton Waikiki My Favorite Hotel I love the location of Sheraton Waikiki & the infinity pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Several staff members(Jessica at Club Lounge on 30th floor, Logan & Filippo at Infinity Pool) remembered me from my visit in May... I also had a very pleasant experience with Sana at the front desk. Overall, service at the hotel is incredible. July 24, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Our experience at Sheraton hotel Our overall experience at Sheraton was good to excellent. Our room was adequately spacious and very clean. Breakfast at Kai market offered us vast varieties of food and everything we ate was very tasty. Our experience at the infinity pool was very good. Our server at Edge was very friendly and my wife and I really enjoyed larva flow and shrimp garlic! We also enjoyed all the fun activities the hotel offered us during our stay. If we have to say any negative things about this place would be a front desk was kind of cold when we were checking in and we did not feel a warm welcome. We felt we did not get enough explanation about the resort charge which we were not familiar with. Room cleaning was a little bit inconsistent. The first few days of our stay our room was cleaned perfectly, but after third day they left a dirty glasses on the sink and a few things were not quite right. Having all said, we will still be back to Sheraton for our next stay. March 13, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by un satisfactory. I would not reccomend We are Gold members of starwood. We asked for an upgrade which we are entitled to. Did not get upgraded to club level. Our room had very basic beds not the excellent Sheraton beds we have slept on before. We did not even have a chair in our room let alone a table. I wiil never stay here again or reccomend. This should be a 1 star hotel. May 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceptional Stay Hi Sheraton, My girlfriend and I couldn't have been more pleased with our visit. From check-in to check-out everything was exceptional. It's been a long time since either of us have been treated by a hospitality service in a way that shows their gratefulness for our business. You're doing a good thing, so please keep it up. Mahalo! Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Resort! Rooms were clean and comfortable but found it was a bit of a trek to the room from the hotel elevator area. One of the lamps was broken and the mini-fridge did rattle the lamp a bit, but nothing serious enough to call maintenance over. It would have been nice if there was more than one chair to sit in as there were 2 of us in the room March 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by B'est Hotel on Waikiki This was our first trip to Hawaii and I would return to the Sheraton Waikiki if I ever come back. I don"t normally like big hotels, but this one gives personal service unlike any I have ever been in. The rooms are great, the views are terrific and the staff is first class. I also like the fact that everything is there at your finger tips, such as shopping, restaurants etc. It's a perfect place to stay if traveling alone as a woman and wanting a safe get-a-way. Rated 3 out of 5 by Large Hotel This is a very large hotel, lots of people. Check-in long line as was check-out. Close to shopping & restaurants. Bell people were very helpful and nice. Friday night the RumFire Bar is very loud we were on 8th floor and the noise was over the top till late that night. Saturday night, there was a prom and late at night 2 prom goers pounded on our door giggling and saying they were 'room service' plus they were running up and down the hallways later. Our friends down the hall from us called the front desk but didn't seem to help. Adult pool nice if you can get a chaise lounge. Family pool didn't seem to have any empty lounges either. We went over to the Royal Hawaiian for lunch one day and they can do a direct room charge there. Had breakfast there following morning. Decent food and service was good at RH. Not so noisy. Only had 1 meal at hotel -at theEdge Bar (lunch) pleasant enough, service satisfactory. Drinks at RumFire, service a bit inconsistent. Enjoyed the hula and lei making classes. This hotel doesn't have a gym or I didn't find it. Good hotel for families, very busy. Would maybe stay there again. May 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Location But Lacking in Room Quality This hotel is rated a 4 star hotel. From the outside, everything about the hotel is 4 star quality: Nice pools (awesome slide by the way), awesome lounge bar (RumFire), but the rooms definitely need improvement. We booked a City View room and got the 10th floor. As I walked into the room, it smelled very stale. The decor looks to have been remodeled, but the floor looks dated. Also, there was a seating bench in front of the bed that had traces of baby powder on there still. Plus in the bathroom, I saw a piece of hair still left in the tub. Their room service brochure looks like someone spilled water on it as it was crinkly in touch. It's these attention to detail things that disappoint me for a 4 star hotel. I do realize that there are so many rooms to clean and maybe not enough staffing, but that doesn't mean you should cut corners on making sure that a room is clean for the next guest. Rather than call housekeeping or the front desk to complain, we just decided to get our room serviced the next day, where we indicated that we wanted all the linens and bathroom towels changed. They did a good job then of making sure we got a clean set to use. But I still saw the powder on that bench seat. Overall, this is a decent hotel to stay at. Its located perfectly in Waikiki. I had a fun time with the pool slide. The drinks are so good there too. (Scorched Strawberry to be exact). I really just wished they paid more attention to the room cleanliness. June 2, 2014

Spectacular views from the balcony, an unbelievable infinity poolside experience where all the servers were overly gracious and accommodating. The beautiful sunset view from the balcony. Amazing pool staff and service. Really enjoyed the yoga classes and pool aquatics too! Going back again December 22, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by VaGma The Sheraton at Wikiki was an excellent family experience for all. The customer service, restaurants, views and cleanliness were superior. Our group of 5 enjoyed breakfast at the resort, dining at Rum Fire, shopping in the lobby. We also experienced a local Oahu parade with Hawaiian traditional singers and local band talent. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location and friendly staff Our family of four enjoyed 10 nights at the Sheraton. The location can't be beat. LOVED how close we were to all the shopping and restaurants. Any staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The only room for improvement would be queen beds instead of doubles. All in all we had a great time and plan to return again! Rated 4 out of 5 by Facilities Lots of elevators wait time usually good - but some needed more frequent cleaning/maintenance (info screens not all working, sand on floors), air con on some floors in elevator lobby was insufficient Pool area didn't have enough sitting area for the number of guests. Rooms were not as nice as the hotel level should suggest. December 30, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Rooms need updating While the outside amenities were very updated and nice, the rooms were very outdated and looked old. There were no dressers in the room so we had to live out of our suitcases which was not appreciated. Bathtub was very old and had stains and bumps on the bottom of the tub. Rated 2 out of 5 by locked out of room on the lanai One evening we went out on our balcony and when we closed the door the latch dropped into place and locked us out there. It was fortunate that I had my phone. Security was able to let us back in. Then that night the AC failed and we sweated out our last night. Rated 3 out of 5 by excellent location Location was ideal. Adult pool was exceptional. It seemed that anyone could walk through the family pool and no one was checking if you were a guest or not. We were disappointed with the rooms, they are dated and in need of updating. The workers were very kind and helpful. The best thing about this hotel was the location. July 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Better than expected but resort charge I was there with my fiance last week and I used my points for a stay but I found out that there were $31 resort fee that I had to pay which was disappointing because I was not notified when making reservation. Pool was good but the bar was little overpriced. Late check out was good but I had to change room in the morning. May 14, 2013

From the moment we checked in until we checked out 2 days later on our "Staycation" we were greeted with such outstanding customer service that was neither forced or rehearsed. Rated 4 out of 5 by We will come again. My one problem was that they wouldn't give me an extra roll of toilet paper as a back up.. I requested it twice.....in 7 days and it was never given to me so I took one off the cart in the hall. I do not understand why there wasn't one on the shelf in the closet and on the shelf in the bathroom at all times as a back up. March 1, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Room & Noise I was not happy about location of room on the week-end, when the front desk knows thier is live music right under me until after midnight, it would of been nice to let me know. I had to change the room just to get some rest. So I was not happy at all about the change of room or not being told upfront when I checked in. March 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by AMAZING EXPERIENCE We stayed at this hotel back in December immediately before Christmas for our honeymoon. This hotel was AMAZING. As an ambassador guest I was upgraded to a Pulani suite. This room was one of the most amazing rooms I have ever been in. The entire experience was great, even though the hotel was at 98% capacity it never felt over crowded. The views from this hotel cannot be beat. We were on the 21 floor, and could see everything. The club on the 22 floor (I think) is also amazing. The food was great, not great for a club, but it was really good food. And the free beer and wine was also a huge plus. If you do not have an ocean view try to see if you can enjoy a sunset for the club at least once, it’s amazing. Also this hotel is very centrally located, and you will be able to walk almost anywhere. I also believe as a platinum member you can choose valet parking as your “welcome amenity”. This hotel was amazing and we plan to come back for another trip as soon as possible! August 20, 2013

George at Kai market was our server and gave my children toys to play with while we had our meal. That was so helpful for me because my son couldnt keep still. Also Derrick at front desk was very helpful checking me in. April 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great amenities Loved our stay...great ocean view room! Problem with getting the 2 beds requested & had to crowd 4 bodies in a one king bed room with a small roll away. Roll away took several hours & 3 requests to be delivered, though. Neighbors in the room next door were very noisy but didn't complain since our stay was so short. July 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best thing about the Waikiki is the location we could walk to all restaurants that we wanted to. We used the gym daily but very frustrating to have the gym be on the 4th floor and no bathroom facilities...very unusual. Housekeeping was lax...hair on the bathroom floor as we entered the room on the first day....carpet throughout the room and halls were dirty. September 4, 2012
