Good hotel that is close to many business. Club Lounge is good, better than some other ones. SPG PLT upgrade to a suite was not automatic. Had to ask and agent stated that if there was availability. There was and he moved me to one, though with soem attitude. Other than that a good hotel.

I stayed at this hotel when I visited my friend in San Jose for weekend, great location with an Asian's food court not far away and the food there is so great.
The room is big and clean, made my stay so comfortable and I would like to stay here if I visit this city again in the future.

Everything was just fine. Staff were all super nice/friendly/helpful. Loved the pool. Super disappointed that there was no whirlpool. It looked like there was one from the pictures, and I wished I confirmed first with a call. I'd give this a five star rating if they put in a spa.

We have use the meeting space, hotel rooms and facilities of this hotel for over 5 years and it just keeps on getting better.
Staff are excellent, friendly, courteous.
Our attendees come from different parts of the world and they have all praises.

Stayed here a night on a quick business trip. Wasn't there long enough to have much to say:
- Clean, well appointed room
- Nicely landscaped courtyard area with pond, pool, fitness center and spa
- Internet was not free, this would affect decision for my next stay

I travel a lot both for personal and business and this hotel by far was the most pleasant stay I have had in a long time. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, both to my family and my dog. I can't wait to stay there again.

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Clarisse. She was very pleasant and professional and provided our family with all of the information required to ensure our visit was beyond our expectations. She is a very good ambassador for the hotel.

The front desk staff went of of their way to provide excellent service. From beginning to end, Kimberly, Valerie and all of them were fantastic! I wish we could say the same for the restaurant staff. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Lots are very narrow, impossible to get out after car manage to fit between two cars.
Stay was good and will come back again.
Have to remember to return to hotel early to get a suitable parking space, even when I drive a compact rental.

we were there as a central point to travel south..the staff was excellent with helping us with our plans for each day...The restaurant was great and we enjoyed the company and advice of the young lady bartender Andrea each night.

The front desk was very profesional and acknoledged my status. I was treated great and would be back for this reason. The bar and the breakfast was not very good, poor service at the bar and the breakfast food was not so good.

Stayed here for a conference and the hotel was great! I dined at the hotel for much of my stay and the service and food was great! The staff was friendly and it was quite. I will come again to this hotel for business travel.

We came all the way from the East coast and were very impressed by the Sheraton. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were gorgeous as well as the grounds and pool area. Thank you so much for making our trip a great one.

We went into the lounge both nights for a night cap before bed. We had the best bartender. Unfortunately we did not get her name but she worked Fri. & Sat. night, She was pleasant to everyone and made them feel welcomed.

Our room had a strong odor (perhaps stale smoke) and seemed rather outdated.
Because the hotel was at 100% occupancy, there was not another available room.
Would not recommend staying here (despite the friendly staff).

Great Hotel with a wonderful staff. This is a hotel with a friendly, homey feel that makes other hotels inferior. While not the most modern of properties this is a place that we always like to stay at in San Jose.

The mini-suite was spacious and very comfortable. It had everything I needed. It has a living room area with doors to separate it from the bathroom/vanity and the bedroom. Very well thought out for the layout.

Hotel was comfortable with convenient amenities. I think that there are some improvements that could be made to make it more east coast traveler friendly (particularly if you normally wake up before 9 am EST).

Alarm went off twice due to moisture from shower and I was told that is normal. Ridiculous.
Three bad card keys (and it was not due to credit cards impacting).
Reservation screwed up.

I had a mini-getaway weekend in a tower suite. Arrival was fine, as the hotel's located right off the freeway exit and had plenty of parking. The romance package caused a bit of a stir at check-in, since it’s apparently rarely booked. The sparkling wine was delivered, but the chocolate/fruit amenity never came.
Had the bar’s enormous sample platter during happy hour while waiting for +1's late night arrival, so I didn't bother mentioning the forgotten amenity. The bar's atmosphere, prices, drinks, wings, potatoes, and strips (too crispy) were fine. Calamari was a huge letdown. A decent place to hang out, except for spotty wifi coverage. The convenient lobby computers made up for it, although the user interface and printer settings could’ve been better. When we originally booked the hotel, we had planned to pay for the in-room wifi, but we found that the free options were more than adequate.
The suite itself was spacious and comfortable. While the furnishings were 3-star quality, the wear & tear was showing. The separate living room also had a small wet bar with the coffee maker, complimentary & paid water, sink, and a mini-refrigerator. Having the wet bar was very convenient, but the absence of an ice bucket was strange. The furnished balcony was a great feature, even though it faced the freeway and could’ve used some TLC. The Master bedroom had a spacious closet, although it curiously only had 1 bathrobe and lacked a safe. While the nightstands were equipped with power outlets and USB connectors, the suite lacked a work area/desk. Perhaps the dining table in the living room was to serve this purpose, but it lacked any “office” elements. The Master en suite had a long counter with plenty of storage space, making it seem more spacious than a typical hotel bathroom. While it was great for a couple, I’d imagine that families/groups would find the bathroom inconvenient to access from the living room.
The only real “problem” we had was breakfast. Since the package offered room service, we opted for it instead of the restaurant’s buffet. We couldn’t figure out how to apply the vouchers, so after a quick visit to the front desk, the charges were removed. The breakfast fruits, breads, and eggs were spot on, and we made Buck’s Fizz to improve the taste of the sparkling wine. The mountains made a nice backdrop for al fresco dining.
Maybe things would have been better if the staff weren’t painfully unfamiliar of the rate, but it was still a pleasant stay with friendly staff (especially housekeeping). While not a perfect stay by any means, the hotel's staff and solid facilities made the experience enjoyable.

Perfect hotel, close to highway, great pool, staff was great and if you can upgrade to a cabana suite as you get private parking and a great room overlooking the pool.
