The staff was the most accommodating of any hotel stay we have had to date (and we travel a lot) From the housekeeping staff to the meal service staff to the front desk and bell men, all employees truly went out of their ways to help us. The meals were also excellent . . . especially for banquet meals; we were so impressed! August 4, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Property But..... The property has great amenities and a lovely layout but the rooms really need to be upgraded. Paint chips and etc. just not very attractive. Lamp shades need to be replaced, porch chairs need new cushions and porch should be power washed. All cosmetic things but absolutely should be done. April 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Good Surprise in Phoenix Attended a 3 day music conference. Facilities, staff, service for the event were flawless. Hotel was a class act. Food in the Indigo was excellent. Wish the Coyote stayed open later for the starbucks coffee but the starbucks coffee in the room took care of both morning and afternoon. Grounds were a pleasure to relax. January 20, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location Right off I-17 and across the street from Metro Center with good restaurants and entertainment. Movie theater in mall. Liked everything about the hotel except the top sheets on the bed were like paper and made noise when sleeping and not at all comfortable. They need to get rid of them and put a decent sheet on the bed. December 31, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Description of room was a little off. Overall room was comfortable and staff was friendly. Room door closed loudly and would echo throughout the hallway. The room was not listed as handicapped but the bathroom was described as wheelchair accessible, which was true, but the shower was not. A little misleading if someone needed the shower to be as well. Rated 3 out of 5 by Dirty Hotel Air Conditioner Noisey and not cooling. Phone did not work to report problem. I spoke to front desk physically due to phone problem. I had to request that the air filter be replaced (literally black in color and particals falling out of it when removed). By the third day the unit ran quietly and efficiently. April 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for a short get away This Sheraton Crescent was a great place for me and my love to get away from the kids and work for the day. It had a very warm welcoming community feel as we came in. I beleave Steave was the name of the bar tender at the lobby bar. He was so very helpful in the picking of what to eat. Thank a lot Steave. Rated 3 out of 5 by No network television I have probably stayed in hotels for 200 nights a year for the past 20 years and have never been in a hotel that did not have the three big networks (ABC, NBC, CBS) on their in room televisions. Also, seems pretty unusual that the coffee shop in the hotel doesn't open until 7:00am. March 4, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good location for my needs! This hotel has good club room. The features of the hotel were good. Had arrived later in the evening and had a bite to eat at the Bar. Services was friendly and the food was good. I would recommend this hotel to others for a good location to all other areas of the city. April 6, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Stained Sheets My family and I stayed at the hotel on 4-27-13 and got into our room late. The next morning we noticed the bed my kids slept in had what looked like blood stains on the sheets, when we told the person at the front desk they acted like it was no big deal. Rated 5 out of 5 by Updated hotel I have not stayed at the Cresent in quite a while. Very surprised to see the updates. The room I stayed in was large, newly furnished, clean and very quiet. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Wish I could have stayed to enjoy it! May 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Check your bill! Staff excellent, rooms very comfortable, but both the desk & restaurant overcharged us on 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS. Rest. also added an 18% gratuity on our party of 4 w/o telling us when delivering our check. I can excuse 1 occasion, maybe 2, but NOT 3. Can't recommend b/c of those incidents. August 12, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Was an OK Hotel Service was fair -- found that I had to call for housecleaning 3 of the 4 days it was required for by 4pm they hadn't cleaned the room and when they came to clean it did a rushed and mediocre job. Lounge food wasn't filled when it was empty. Front desk staff was hard to get a smile from. February 11, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel has friendly staff My starwood room was great. The staff was great. NO SHUTTLE SERVICE from AIRPORT to HOTEL. BANQUET service ran out of food and short of staff. No shop at the hotel to purchase small items you can't ck on the -plane. The gym was great, distance to shopping OK if you have rental car. April 14, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Needs some updating The hotel room was clean and neat, but needs some updating all around. The pool area was terrible. The cushions on the chairs were disgusting. We had to cover the whole chair with towels in order to sit down. The spa was dirty and the whole area looked abandoned. The slide was fun. October 11, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by nice hotel I would give a 10/10 if wifi was free. For the rest, it was perfect: well located, very confortable, free parking, nice gym... We were in Phoenix for the Baseball Spring training and hockey, and all the stadium were close from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. March 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location for day trips around Phoenix I go to Phoenix every March for Spring Training Baseball, and this Sheraton is in the perfect location to make the trip to all of the ballparks. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food in the restaurant is reasonable and delicious. I will stay here every year. March 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice Hotel has something for everyone The hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious. There is pools and other recreational areas for family fun. Price was very reasonable and it was clean. The room doors need to be adjust to not slam was the only down fall I experienced. I will stay here in the future. November 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Had to leave another nearby hotel due to the reeking perfume smell all over the building that was making me sick. Front desk manager was very helpful and took me to check out a room, which was fine. I do wish they had rooms without down beading, though. March 4, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Some problems What I love about this hotel most of the year in sunny Phoenix is the great pool that is as good, and usually a lot less crowded, that any resort pool. This stay was in December and so I did not have occasion to visit the pool. I was upgraded to a Club room as I have been in the past but the Club and my room had some failings. The main disappointment was the bed itself, which I count on with Sheratons to be great. My bed , however, was worn out and springy. Since I arrived at 2am exhausted I didnt really have time or energy to move rooms . The club was also disappointing so while I appreciated the upgrade, I would not pay for it in the future. The door was propped open with the unsightly service cart when I was there, and the host did not greet anyone, but seemed more like a busboy just cleaning up and restocking the fruit which horribly inadequate. The bathrooms, the carpets, and the hotel in general were all looking tired and grey and in need of update. OK if you need to be in this part of town, but not my top choice. January 2, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Long Check In Time Only one person was working the front desk when I checked in. I waited 28 minutes and didn't receive a "hello" or "Sorry for the wait." Room didn't have a refrigerator. Corridors had no directional signs, so finding the room was a matter of trial and error. January 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lots of activites This hotel has a water slide, volleyball, basket ball, and tennis. It is a fun place for a family get-a-way. It has a nice big pool and a very friendly staff too. The water slide was not opened very much and the pool was a little too warm, but otherwise great. September 4, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Sheraton Glenndale AZ Not the best room...it had mold in the bath room and the ceiling looked filthy. The first room we moved due to road noise and the curtains were not hung and looked like they were falling down. I would not go back. The pool was never cleaned, leaves floating. May 6, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice surprise... I was pleasantly surprised to see that the Fitness Center was well-stocked with towels, wipes and hand cleaner...and all equipment seemed to be in working order. This was a significant improvement over the past few months. In addition, Marcellino delighted me with his sincere interest in my enjoying my stay at the Crescent. It was unfortunate that the sink didn't drain, which begs the question whether the housekeeping staff is provided a checklist to confirm a room is fully ready to be released or if they don't actually turn the faucet on to clean sinks between guests. I assume it is the former, as I rode in the elevator with a group of young businessnmen who we're complaining about their experience, including one gentleman who discovered his room had no TV when he arrived. I shared with them that the Crescent used to be much differently managed, and that I hoped previous levels of service excellence would be restored at some point...they did not seem inclined to bet on future change and likely unwilling to try the Crescent again in the future. The location seemed to be surrounded by very busy streets, which I sometimes found hard to enter the hotel grounds. January 12, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Frontdesk staff on duty Feb 23 night was rude Asked for room with view gave worst possible asked for complimentary water told to buy from vending machine first, after telling downtown sheraton gives free water sent two bottles. Did not give breakfast coupons which was part of deal March 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Much Improved Use this hotel frequently and it has markedly improved. The staff has always been excellent- friendly, courteous and competent, but the linens and bath products have been upgraded and the food from Room Service has improved by quantum measures. September 19, 2012
