This is a pretty and classy hotel from outside to lobby areas. Conference center looked very nice though I did not attend a conference there.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Stayed in club room on 7th floor for 3 nights on business. Room lighting was horrible, no lamp by desk (I have great eyesight and am in early 40's). Older hotel so lack of plugs in room. Plug by bed behind it. Plug by desk underneath it & had to get on floor to plug in computer. Wired or wireless Internet access complimentary in club rooms otherwise $9.95 in room. They do have a Microsoft funded center off lobby with several computers and 2 with printer access. I had to login there so I think you have to pay for Internet there too unless in club room. Decent Internet speed in room but in lobby slower at their computers. The Club floor club was small and evening snacks ok. No free drinks except soda/water. Club not well stocked with water or soda throughout 4 days there. AM breakfast was continental with Starbucks coffee, hard boiled eggs, cereals, oatmeal, pastries, and frut.
Bed very comfortable with nice sheets. Pillows way too soft for me. Bathroom clean and fairly well maintained. Towels mostly fluffy.
Ate at restaurant in hotel one evening. Not enough servers or they weren't efficient even though not terribly busy. Menu okay.
Room faced pool with slide. Not too noisy unless patio door open. Patios are too narrow for a chair. In general, pool areas looked very nice though didn't use. Noise levels in room were very good-not disturbed in morning or evening.
I like the eco-savings where if you don't get your room serviced, for each night you can get a $5 voucher for food somewhere or 500 Starwood points each night.
Hotel is right off I-17. Not a lot around unless you have a car. Parking was in a garage for free to side of hotel. Felt safe getting into hotel from parking garage at night. Cannot enter hotel from inside parking garage.
Suggest improving lighting in room, providing some soft and some more firm pillows, and bringing plug or power strips by side of bed and top of desk (more easily reachable).

We stayed for the 4th of july weekend for the whole purpose of the water slide which my son loves. It was not working the first 2 days we stayed there. We checked out a day early because it still wasn't fixed. The club room was great and so were the appetizers.

We stayed here only because of its convenience to a business appointment. 1st I fixed the toilet in our room - the flush chain had come loose. 2nd I had a drink in the lounge - was quoted a price then charged $1.50 more. I had to ask the bartender about it. No explanation or apology from him. 3rd there were lots of young people lounging in the lobby due to events at the hotel but no one seemed to care about their behavior. Did not present a professional appearance for the hotel.

We moved twice until we found a cool and room that didn't have a smell. Overall it was an average Hotel.

Heather at the front desk was very helpful and friendly after a long day of traveling it's nice to have friendly help, The bell service gentleman was also very friendly and kept apologizing for taking to long when he really only took maybe 6 min and that's cause he was with another guest. The only thing I did not like was housekeeping was rude and stared me down as I exited my room as if I was taking to long to leave. I checked out 1 hour before check out so that's what bothered me the most. Other than that I will definitely being staying at this hotel again.

This is a lovely hotel - modern, clean and comfortable. However, it is the first hotel I've stayed in that I can remember that did not have a mini frig or a microwave oven in the room. Not only was this inconvenient for me, but this hotel is used by large groups (volleyball and baseball tournament players) whose families bring water and snacks to feel hungry athletes. The lack of these amenities made this very problematic.

Hotel was great! I opted for the club package and would do so again. I traveled with my teenage son and having access beverages throughout the day along with daily breakfast and appetizers later in the day was a wonderful convenience. The location of this Sheraton was central to all locations we needed to visit while there. Nice pool area however the time where there was actual sunlight by pool was limited. The food at the restaurant was fabulous and room service was prompt.
Overall- a wonderful stay for me and my son.

My husband and I stayed in one of the 8th floor suites for my birthday, as we were going to party with friends across the street at the great Irish Pub and did not want to drive or pay for a taxi across town to our home later that night. The room was beautiful and there were THREE balconies with spectacular views of the whole valley. The biggest balcony was shared with another suite, but our room had private seating areas and we truly enjoyed seeing the sunset from so high up. The bed was ultra comfortable with crisp white sheets and a variety of comfy pillows to choose from. The biggest of two bathrooms was beautiful and had things like shower gel and scrubby, shaving cream and a razor, etc. for convenience. The gas fireplace was romantic and warm. It was a great room at a great price and we will stay again in the future.

I have never been disappointed by a Sheraton. This particular hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was excellent--bar, maid, front desk, waiters. Everyone we encountered was cheerful and helpful. First, the coffee--Starbucks, freshly brewed at each meal and left on the table for me. Next, the food--fabulous salads and burgers for lunch. Dinner at the bar, late at night, I think the kitchen stays open all the time. The dinner was rainbow trout. All great!!

2nd stay at this hotel and both times had an excellent stay/experience. Rooms clean, staff friendly and caring, pool area relaxing and overall stay relaxing & comfy.
Love the water in lobby each day. Only wish coffee shop opened earlier & offered more option for snacks. Kudos to all, we'll be back.

Only stayed 3 nights but it was wonderful. From the Staff to the Decor it was great. Everyone was pleasant & professional and if you had a question or concern it was answered immediately. I strongly recommend the Mahi Mahi "Tacos" (wrapped in lettuce not taco shells. They were so very tasty and moist (not fried or breaded). The room was clean and very comfortable. Went to a very large event and the dinner was fantastic. Everything was fresh and hot (or cold) as should be. Cannot wait to come back!

Your staff is wonderful! The Gentleman whom works as the Bartender/Server on weeknights in the Lounge was simply amazing. Also, Megan at the front desk and your Shuttle drivers were great as well. One was named Josh and another driver was a very very courteous young man whom took me to my office on a moment's notice. Whomever Manages the staff here does a great job. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable and for modeling customer service excellence!

The largest draw to this hotel is the waterslide, but it closes too early, and is not open all day, you must request a staff member to open it for you, and the wait can exceed 30 mins. The manager said the rules were flexible, but the remaining staff were not under the same understanding, therefore no waterslide after 6 pm. Sad.

Tina, Nina and Cynthia were extremely helpful in locating my lost iPad in my room after checkout. I received it home a few days later in perfect condition!
My hotel visit was excellent with service extending well beyond my stay.

We have never stayed at this hotel, however, after our first visit, we planned an unexpected stay because we enjoyed ourselves so much at this hotel. I must say we loved the Club Lounge opportunity and returned the following Friday after our first visit. They have the best racquetball courts and fitness center, plus Jessica and Rita in the Club Lounge were so hospitable. Can't wait to return with family.

Full service facility for those who travel with family. Top notch Club Lounge with view of the pool. High enough to be inconspicuous with all the business amenities to get some work in yet Facebook the wife and kids from time to time. Water slide, basketball & tennis courts, and near by any food cuisine you could imagine. A very large, traditional Sheraton Brand Styled Facility.

Front desk associate had alcohol on his breath. Power went out in the middle of the night for a short time. Front sliding doors to lobby need to be adjusted. They grind and make a lot of noise when opening. Tried to use pool around 11 am and staff closed it for cleaning. They could have cleaned earlier when less people were eager to use the pool.

The room was good size, due to my back problems I found the mattrees and pillows excellent for a good night sleep, The landscape was well manicured made it enjoyable for a morning stroll around the hotel. Didn't take advantage of the pool area due to cold weather but did look enticing. Will stay in the future.

For the amount that is being payed this Sheraton does it's job. Self parking is efficient and check in is always a breeze! I travel frequently to this hotel and already know that the check in process is friendly, quick and efficient. Rooms are good size and balconies make it nice to hang out in your room for a bit. Good value for the money being payed!

Hotel/rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. The kids loved the pool and waterslide. The grounds were well maintained. Attractive lobby and rooms were nice. Flavored water in the lobby was a hit. It's the little things, you know? Hotel is a great value! We would definitely stay at the S.C. again.

The staff is amazing!! They provided necessary items at our breakout sessions quickly and respectfully. They helped me with all my questions and went above and beyond with requests I had made. They all had smiles on their faces and greeted us with a warm "Hello". Great job staff - Keep up the super work!!

The pool and water slide make this hotel for us. It's so lovely, comfortable and shady by the pool and the kids love making the rounds between the slide, hot tub, and pool. The rooms are always clean and relaxing. I enjoy staying on the club floors. Staff is always helpful and courteous.

We chose this hotel because it has a terrific water slide for the kids, breakfast was included and it was relatively close to Sky Harbor Airport. Also, if you are a swimmer it's a rectangular size pool which makes it easy to do laps AND it's open at 5am!
Rooms were very spacious.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was designed for my comfort. Although I had tons of work to do, the hotel staff met every request with a pleasant attitude. I am easy to please but I am the queen of complaining...I had ZERO complaints. Job well done SHERATON CRESCENT!!!

Hotel staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed, restaurant food was excellent. my children enjoyed the monsoon waterslide had an awesome time.
Even though hotel was still going under renovations we had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

They treat their SPG members very well with an updated room or Junior Suite that has a deck much larger than your room. Your pad now has a hollywood Style make up station so that you can really see what you are doling. the Club Lounge is also very accommodating.

While the employees at this property were all very nice, as was the hotel lobby, we were completely disgusted by our room. There were random stains and scuffmarks on the walls, the upholstered armchair had holes in the fabric and the other furniture was in dire need of fresh paint. There were also sticky mystery stains on the closet doors. Perhaps one of the grossest parts of the room was the room phone. It was completely black with dirt and when I punched the key for the front desk (with my knuckle) it made a "crunch" noise. I don't ever want to know what made it that sticky. Probably the stuff of nightmares. We also found the pool to be very dirty, with used dental flossers left on tables, pieces of fruit on the ground (and covered in ants) and at least 2 non-working gates. Finally, our room was pretty much on the freeway and the road noise was incredibly loud. (Yay motorcycles at 2am!) We all slept with earplugs, even the kids. Overall, we were very disappointed in this hotel because we don't expect a Sheraton to be this rundown and gross. We've stayed in nicer campgrounds.

The hotel was positioned well to get on the expressway and get downtown within 25-30 minutes, especially with the HOV lane. Great accommodations and coffee shop for a quick get-a-way with a bite to eat.

Appears that the hotel was recently remodeled. Room was very nicely done although details are not addressed. Watch for the lose toilet ,got feeling that I will fall any moment. Mentioned to the reception none was done that day. Next day we checked out and mentioned again hope they will fix this time.
