We enjoyed the stay. Hotel was somewhat elegant with valet parking and a good staff. Hotel had a nice reasonably priced restaurant and computers for guests. Also had a cardio workout room. Room was a large suite with a door to separate the living room from the bedroom. TV in each room. Picture quality on TVs was terrible! Channel selection was terrible. No DVD player option in room or at the hotel at all, i.e., no movies! Huge demerits for this!! Starbucks in room was great. Bottled water in room a nice touch (but they charge for the water on the way out). Shower was very comfortable, but no fan in bathroom. Overall a good 3 night stay...but I like to watch a movie at the end of the day and it was not happening at this hotel. Bottom line: if you don't care about TV or movies this is a nice place to stay.

A decent hotel. Needs a bit of updating, but was fine for a quick visit. Platinum members received free breakfast and airport shuttle was convenient.

For a sheraton I expected more. I had no internet in my room to do my work. I had to call front desk and tech support 8 times but it could not be rectified, I spent a lot of time at a macdonalds where internet is free and always working but uncomfortable and annoying. Parking was a joke. Although front desk did give me one night free, I think you should fire your tech support people and find a company that can fix the issue.

I always like Sheraton Suites. Always nice spacious with separate living room. My overall stay was excellent, the only problem was the internet connection every time i stayed in this hotel, This is was my second time staying in this Property.
POOR internet connection INSIDE the bedroom in most rooms. If you using your comp/laptop in the living room, everything works fine, but if you bring your comp to your bedroom, you will lost all the connection. You even can NOT open yahoo or google page. Even my iPhone wasn't detect Sheraton suite wireless inside the bedroom. I was talking to technical support to resolve the problem for 15 mins, but they can't do too much until my last day of departure.
For the Management / GM:
Do our internal research, bring your laptop randomly to 5 rooms in your property and try connect the internet INSIDE the bedroom. I will bet, 4 out of 5 rooms, 100% guarantee that you will have poor, super poor internet connection. I was staying at room 818, check in 01/17 until 01/10, if you need to contact me, my contacts info, my spg file will be in your comp system.

We stay at this Hotel SEVERAL times a year. It is right in the middle of where we do things. It has always been clean . . roomy . . staff very nice and informative . . it was re-done a few years back so it looks very nice and the rooms are great. We always stay in the Executive Deluxe Room with the wooden floors. It is very roomy . . two TV's when you have the children, which is great! It doesn't have a Free breakfast like many of the places we stay. It would be a GREAT things for them to add. It would make it perfect then!! And the internet is not always fantastic. It's in and out . . but mostly in. But we don't even consider another place when we are in Tampa. It's ALWAYS THIS Hotel. We know you would love it!!!

Internet inside of room 718 did not work (inside of the bedroom)
I end up using my phone all times. I stayed in another room on 8th floor on a past and internet did not work either. For one night only it was fine. Breakfast was good and Monica was very helpful. Celina from front desk as well.
Shuttle to the airport is reliable and on time.

Members of my party were particular about the location of the room. I changed twice at check in. I felt bad about the changes but the clerk was outstanding in his efforts to accommodate me and was always courteous. He understands customer service.

This hotel provided solid comfort at a reasonable rate. Accommodations were superb. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of good variety food well prepared. Bed was spacious and comfortable and very quiet. Bathroom was comfortable and shower was more than adequate. We will probably use again in the future.
