Service and food was horrible. Waited 30 minutes to get a table for dinner, went to manager and nothing was done. Finally got sandwich and it was cold an unable to be eaten. Breakfast was cold every morning. Only one elevator on each side was working. Had to wait 15 minutes or longer

Beautiful hotel, stunning when you walk in. Indoor pool was not clean, water cloudy, chairs at pool broken, area not clean. Room had a loud vibration noise - all night, I was told it was part of the AC water cooling system, unable to sleep well. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Great staff and accommodations, a terrific breakfast and lunch buffet, but please tell housekeeping to go easy on the bleach. The smell was a bit overpowering, which was the only detraction from my stay. Be warned: This entire area of 275 is under construction so plan accordingly.

The staff at the front desk need attention . Your first impression is not good . It's all about the greeting which was very poor. Front elevators are ales unexceptable, they are slow and the maid services keeps the guest waiting be using them verses the back elevators.

I have stayed at this Sheraton many times due to its location. It is very easy to get to it from the airport and to get back on 275 to get where I need to go. Hotel is perfect for that and good for all other needs. It is. It fancy, but fits the bill.

First of all I loved the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. My shuttle driver was friendly and informative. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. Of course the restaurant and bar staff were attentive and very courteous. All my needs were met with pleasant smiles.

Stayed here 3 nights in connection with a group reunion. On my individual level as well as on the level of supporting our groups, needs, this was the best we've been treated in years, This without question is where I will stay if I visit Tampa again. Great job!

Bedding was rough and comforter dirty.
Sheets old and had holes in them.
AC in room did not work properly first night, second night quit entirely.
Advised staff of problems.
Many apologies but little done to improve
situation. Finally got AC 2 hours before we checked out.

I arrived to Tampa on a business trip a couple of days ago, stayed at the Sheraton Suites.
I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, since I was taking a very early flight out the next day.
The check-in experience was ok, nothing spectacular, so no complaints there.
You can tell that the hotel is in need of a refurbishment, it looked like Starwood acquired the property from another chain and just changed the name.
The hotel staff needs to be more thorough when cleaning up the room. I was walking around the room and found glass on the carpet. Apparently the people who were there before me dropped a glass or something and the people in charge of cleaning didn't care enough to pick up all the pieces. I also found some bags with trash and leftovers in the kitchenette. The duvet cover had what looked like cheeto stains on it, disgusting. For the price they are charging I think they need to be more careful about these things.
I would not consider staying there again, nor would I recommend it for that price.

The hotel is fine, but the mattress I slept on had no support. I must have sunk in 6 inches no matter what side of the bed I laid on. I had a colleague who said her mattress was firm, so I am guessing they are in the process of swapping out mattresses and I got an old one.

This appears to be an older hotel that's been extensively updated fairly recently. The room was clean and quiet, the bed comfortable, and the service good. I didn't use any of the amenities, but for a quick overnight trip this hotel met all my needs.

I am an SPG member. I was placed in a room where the toilet ran continuously, I had to try and fix it. mysefl. I was place on a floor with no ice machine and went to the floor above me that one did not work as well, after the my 3rd attempt I found a machine that works.

I booked this room so my mother and I can visit my sister and brother in law who live in the Tampa area. The staff there at Westshore Sheraton went above and beyond to make our visit pleasurable. I have to say it was one of my best hotel stays. Thank for all you do

The room was quite comfortable but the outside road noise was tough to deal with. The internet does not work in the bed section of the rooms but otherwise was fine. The staff went out of their way to make me feel important-I was blown away by them, they were so nice.

Room was great. Tech was not. WiFi for apple products not working. TV quality sucked. No TV listing to know what channel was what and the batteries on the remote died. And the phone seems to be really old. Used to seeing wireless phone in upper standard hotels now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Dangerous Ac no good. 1st night staff not very helpful
Ac had problems no one could fix it after 4 phone calls and 3 hours I went down stairs and instead of them going to check another room they sent me. The 2nd day the lady manager of housekeeping should some real concern and that made me feel more at ease.

My family and I were going to a 3-day Convention down in Tampa from the 25-27 of July. Originally my mother and I were the only ones that were going to stay over because we had an assignment. In the end we all stayed over for the weekend and I used my points for the stay.
The staff was very friendly and it only took a few minutes on the phone a couple days before to upgrade the room to sleep up to 6 people for no extra charge. The hotel was very nice and the room was what you would expect it to be since it seems like a hotel primarily used by business people needing to stay over somewhere.
There was a charge for the wireless (10$/night) however didn't mind paying it since, as stated before, I used my points to pay for both nights and after we checked out and left I discovered they actually waived the fee, so that was a nice surprise.
The coffee that came in the room was free, but the water was $4/bottle, we had our own water so it wasn't a big deal but something to note.
Over all the stay was decent and I would stay there again if I had the points to do so. It's right across from a mall though we didn't get a chance to see it, and it close proximity to other shops and restaurants.

You need better communication between your switchboard and shuttle service. I had to call 2 or 3 times every day and was always waiting 1 - 1 1/2 hours for shuttle service. This should never have happened and I was always told the switchboard did not tell them.

I love staying at this location when I am in Tampa. The only negative thing I have to say is that housekeeping never replaces the towels. Each time I have stayed here more than one day I have had to call the front desk to bring towels up after the first night.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The location and shuttle to the airport was excellent, staff were very friendly and accommodating and the buffet breakfast was wonderful. Would have no problem staying there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

The room layout and furnishings are excellent but there were socks on the floor from a previous occupant and when I tried to make coffee in the morning the carafe was missing from the coffee maker also in the morning the toilet clogged with normal use.

My wife and I have used this hotel twice, and enjoyed our stay both times. The first visit, there was an event going on with lots of young adults. We were concerned that it would be hard to get to sleep, but when we closed the door we found peace and quiet.

The moved to anothe room that had internet but just in the living room area. No internet in the bedroom area. It has happened to me twice within two months. Floors 7 & 8. Also, room service staff should be more attentive they didn't bring my full food order

Family of four, two adults and two kids stayed for one night. We came over for a day at Busch Gardens. Suite was nice as the kids could watch TV in one room and the adults could hang in the other. Staff was friendly, parking was easy perfect for one night.

Visited Tampa for one night on the way to Miami with 3 other buddies. Great location, room was more than big enough, fold out couch is a great plus, will be staying here on all my trips back to Tampa, business or pleasure. Hotel shuttle is a great amenity.

Excellent hotel. This was my first visit since the renovation of about two years ago. The cleanliness and comfort were exceptional.
I called front desk for assistance to report that TV was not working. A mechanic came in and rectified it within minutes.

Really glad we chose this hotel for our stay during the Outback Bowl. The room was very large and had a very comfortable bed. The fitness facility and restaurant were also very nice. We were even able to get a shuttle to and from the stadium on game day.
