I felt the hotel price exceeded the accomodations. My main discomfort with the room was the aircondioner did not cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Secondly, the shower had visable mold growing on a section of the grout. The shower curtain also had black marks on it. Lastly, the duvet had a discolored stain on it. As I told the manager at the time of my checkout, these are things I would not expect to find at a premium hotel.

My room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable.
Only complaint - horrible shower. Shower head was very weak...very little water pressure.
Overall, very pleased with my stay!!

Rooms 1120 and 1122 have a direct feed to the elevator noise and made it quite difficult to sleep during our stay. I informed manager but wanted us to move rooms...hassel for sure. Appreciate support just not able to take advantage of a full nights sleep.

I wanted to give this hotel a five star review. The people were friendly, the room and amenities were great, even the coffee shop and bar had good food. However my room was right next to the service/freight elevators. Being a high-rise building meant that there were several freight elevators and they seemed to be used all night. The doors leading into this service area were metal and made quite a bit of noise when in use. I was awakened several times and finally went out into the hall to determine where the noise was coming from. If I would have known earlier I would have changed rooms, but by the time I put two and two together it was too late. When I complained to management in the morning they said that the room we took was the only one that was clean when we checked in at 2:00pm. Unacceptable.

The room was small, the bathroom was more like a closet it was so small.
Even though the web site says that the rooms have been updated, the bathroom was very poor. The cabinet under the sink had chipped paint and poor quality, the towel rack was broke. The location of the toilet paper was VERY inconvenient.
The internet connection was painfully slow most of the time.
The grill on the heating/cooling unit was filthy, probably hadn't been cleaned for years!
On the positive side, ever staff person was extremely friendly and helpful.

I stayed on 11/16/13 and was baffled to see the hotel so woefully unprepared for incoming guests. Many in the hotel were one-night stays for a concert that evening. When I arrived at 3pm I was told a room was unavailable. This happens, I understand. At 5pm there was a one-hour check in line with nearly everyone being told there were no rooms ready. When the line shortened at 6pm I tried again. Still no room. After the concert I was finally able to get into my room...at midnight. I had to live out of my car for half a day. I also ordered room service at midnight and was told it would be 30-45 minutes. That's pretty standard. My food (incorrect order, naturally) showed up after 105 minutes from when I ordered it. I don't know what was going on with the Sheraton OKC on Saturday, but everything that could have gone wrong, did. Not just for me, but many. Not impressed.

My wife and I checked in for a 1 night stay, and wish we could have stretched it into a week. The hotel staff was very friendly, and Dace at the front desk made sure we were treated like royalty. I will definitely come back and stay for a longer period of time. What a great location, great room, and excellent staff! Thanks Dace!

This hotel is horribly mismanaged. Had to come back to the check-in desk 3 times and wait over an hour in line due to no rooms being clean after the 3pm check-in time. Was finally given a room at 5:30pm. The restroom in the restaurant/lounge area was filthy with garbage cans overflowing.
