I was very disappointed in my stay this time around. It was a waste of my points. The room had beer bottles in the recycle bin. I requested towels since the room only had two and my sister and I did not have enough to shower. The towels never arrived, I asked again in the morning, still no towels. I would say, this is my last time staying at this hotel.

Whenever we travel, we now always start our vacation with an overnight stay. We love the Park and Fly package, the staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We especially love the lobby bar. We have a few cosmos and a light meal and toast our upcoming vacation. Thank you, Sheraton Suites!

Nice and close to the airport, good airport shuttle. Room was great. (windows can open, yess!!!)
Except for bathroom, the toilet spit water when flushing (got fixed), the sprinker was hiding behind the cealing (?) and the shower head was broken and hanging freely from the wall.
Pretty far away from downtown. A shuttle to downtown would be great

This Sheraton does not meet up to the promise that Sheraton typically does. The staff are shared between multiple properties and were not knowledgeable about the Sheraton location. There is no club room and no wireless internet available in the rooms. The rooms are small and were quite dirty. Do not eat at the restaurant, it is not worth it.

Outstanding facility ...staff exceeded all our needs ... only issue involved the dining ...had to exist on beef nachos from bar ... only dish we had that we could enjoy ... thx to Nora, Sharon, Kimberly and Jerome ... great staff

Good hotel option if you're looking for something close to the airport or less expensive than downtown. Suites are spacious, but not so up to date looking. Has a mini fridge and sink in the room, but no soap. Taxi service to downtown was easy and there is a public transportation train option if you go over to the airport first.

Nice clean place, friendlt staff, food good at Bistro, but the $7/day parking and how poorly the room key works when trying to go in/out is a big problem. There are lines of cars trying to get out of the parking lot with everyone having the same problem. Feel tempted to park at the Hilton where I often stay and walk across the street.

The hotel was really nice. the lobby and dining/ lounge area were very elegant. The suite was more than adequate in comfort and size. The staff was excellent. This was a great option to stay the night and fly out the next mornibg early. They provide a shuttle and the option to let you park your car there while you're gone.

Checking in was not a problem but once I got the room I discovered a chicken Mcnugget just under the the bed and crumbs. Later that evening my wife went to the bar/lounge for a drink. The next morning after checking my bank account I discovered I was charged again for an unknown reason.

stay at this hotel twice in the last two months and the front gate has not worked
when leaving causing a back-up. With no
one attending this gate you have try to
contact the front desk, which means you
leave your drivers window in rain or snow.
Pleave fix automatic gate.

I got upgrades for both rooms, my grandsons were very excited. The pool and hot tub were a good stress reliever after dealing with a commute from Mid Town manhattan. The welcome staff went out of their way several times, such as going to the back before opening hours and getting coffee for the wife and I

I travel with my two young grandsons to the Phillies games and we always stay at the Airport Sheraton. It is so convenient to the ballpark. The staff is always pleasant, rooms are clean, and I feel perfectly safe here with the children. I wish there were more food options, we miss the breakfast buffet.

The front desk sells this as a great value. The breakfast was some fruit and bagels/danish....if it was there. The two times I used this for breakfast there was one bagel and a piece of fruit and the coffee machine was out of order. The staff in the lounge was rude. It was a waste of money.

The staff at the front desk was not warm or welcoming upon check in. They didn't even look up at me when asking why I was there. Upon telling them I was there to check in, they still did not ask my name or look at me as they were busy looking at their cell phone but very rudely told me that there were no rooms available. I think they should have put their phone down, greeted me and asked my name first.
Also, during our stay we tried to use the pool area on Sunday morning . The pool area was dirty and there were no clean towels, but a pile of old towels from the day before. It was 8am in the morning, so I would have expected a clean pool area stocked with fresh clean towels. We alerted the front desk, but after 1/2 hour still no towels arrived at the pool.
It's ok to stay here but don't expect a courteous staff or clean facilities. The room was clean and nice as it was a suite but I would only stay here again if there were no other options. I would try other hotels in the area first.

The walls were very thin. I could hear everything that happend in the adjacent rooms fom converstaions to bodilly functions to tv shows. And there was no hotel services book in my room. When I asked for one, the front desk told me where the pool was and the small bistro for food.

Received great Customer Service from Guest Services to construction workers that are doing the remodeling for the hotel.
We stayed at this location because our daughter will be attending a nearby college this Fall. We know for the next 4 years we will be staying here!

Room and facility were nice, despite exterior repairs. Staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Overall a good experience.
The two minuses were the restaurant Relish and the club lounge. Relish is a "Burger Bistro" and I love a good burger. We ate there both nights out of convenience and were disappointed both times. The burger was overcooked, over salted, and a tiny hockey puck patty. Also, they only had two burgers on the menu because they didn't have enough cooks... at a "burger" joint, really? Same thing happened second night. Relish, on our visit, was well below what I expect from a Sheraton.
As for the club level, the SPG website said complementary alcoholic beverages at this location, but beer was $4 and wine was $5. The breakfast buffet wasn't very good. Poor selection of foods and once something ran out, never seemed to be replaced. They did, however, have a fancy cappuccino machine that was very nice!
The lesson from my experience was this is a great hotel, but don't come hungry.

After a very long day, and one after which I was exhausted, I was greeted at the front desk by a huge, warm smile. It is a small thing, but it was most welcome. The entire stay went perfectly, and it was just a perfectly comfortable and uneventful visit at a time when it was most needed.

The staff at check in were above par and very warming. At checkout however I have never met such a rude front dest agent in all my travels. Also the pool and hot tub were down and there was no note of this on their website at the time of booking which was done earlier that day.

this is a nice place!
bar and food is really good. but the carpets need to be vaccumed better or repaced if possible. The hot tub was not working one of the big selling points for staying there. we could not used it i was out of order. hotel receptionist lie. (oriental gentelman.)

Well, the 1st room the hostess gave me a room key was uncleaned and absolutely filthy, even thou it was midnight and her system had said it was clean. The 2nd room was better.........but had long black hairs all over the sink and bathtub......so NOT a pleasant experience at all.

This hotel is just okay. Should not charge for parking, dirty pool cold water, no pool towels and understaff or something wrong, just can't find any staff for helps. The only thing I like is the room was clean and comforting. Found later in room that window was leaking from rain.

had to wait 40 minutes for a hotel shuttle - this is an airport hotel!!!!
When I finally got to the 4 points, I had to wait 30 minutes to talk to front desk, who told me they had no rooms. I went to another Sheraton. Went to bed after 2 am.
People in second hotel were fine.

The pool size was deceiving. Very small & there was too much noise with kids in the pool. No supervision and kids went in the gym all wet. No security to watch for children running around when their parents don't watch them. The room was nice put the hotel was too noisy.

The room was large and very easy to spread out computers. But the bathroom was old- fixtures were rusting, vents very dirty, counter stained, caulking was missing. Carpets were dirty and stained, lights did not work, lightening was poor in the room, not enough outlets.

We have stayed here several times and this is the second time we had horrible nights sleep. It's not the hotels fault unless the walls are that thin. We called at midnight and they had security tell the people next to us to quiet down but it was so loud my kids woke up.

From the room to the amenities all my needs were met quickly and professionally. The staff was lively and knowledgable. needless to say I had a very successful early valentines day majorilly in part to the Sheraton Suites and its Staff. I will be returning!!!

For a hotel proximate to the airport, it was clean, good security and surprisingly quiet. The fitness center could use some enhancements, but overall a pleasant hotel, good restuarant and courteous staff.

Sheraton certainly continues to go above and beyond travelers expectations at this location. If you are flying out of Philadelphia airport, this is a must stay. Clean, relaxing, attentive staff, and airport shuttle, make this your best choice in the area.
