Enjoyed my stay and particularly liked how accessible everything is inside the hotel. The only negative was the noise that was audible from the restaurant/bar in the center of the hote because of how it was constructedl. Other than that, I had a great stay.

everything met expections, except for the hotel resturant. Food took almost 30 minutes to get when no one wasn't really there. I had to keep asking for my ice tea to be refilled. My food didnt come all at once, I had to tell the sever what i ordered again.

For a hotel proximate to the airport, it was clean, good security and surprisingly quiet. The fitness center could use some enhancements, but overall a pleasant hotel, good restuarant and courteous staff.

This hotel was great for an overnight stay prior to an early flight out of PHL. Very reasonable pricing and leaving the car parked there (for our two-day trip) was very convenient. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this Sheraton for about 30 days in CY 2003 when I relocated to Philadelphia. I enjoyed the hotel then and I will continue to choose this hotel when visiting the Philadelphia. Hotel staff very accommodating and professional. Food good as well.

Stayed for a weekend in Jan.
Our neighbors decided to play their radio at 3am which was heard clear as day through the walls. Room was great and service was great just lousy neighbors for the weekend.
Every door slam and flush of the toilet was heard.

As soon as I came in to check into the hotel, the staff immediately greeted us with pleasure and thoughtfulness. I have never been approached by such friendliness at a Sheraton. Amazingly nice and would absolutely go back solely for the service.

Nice hotel with clean room. Very poor staff response to bedroom tv issue in room 623. Digital channels did not work. Was told once reported that someone would be right up. 90 minutes later went down and told them to forget it - I was going to bed.

The hotel & rooms were nice; average hotel. The only issue I have had both times I've been there this year was my key not working every day! We took care not to put it near any electronics etc. and we still had to get our keys rekeyed each day.

Room was wonderful - decorated beautifully and comfy beds! Food at restaurant was top notch! Service a bit slow at check in and getting a bell man - but it was a Friday afternoon. Wish I did not have to pay for parking. Overall good experience.

My husband, daughter and I stayed in the club suite. Really liked the room. The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep in though - needs a new mattress. The king size bed was very comfortable. Didn't have a problem with noise whatsoever.

this was a rough experience. But the staff was really nice and they tried very hard to make it better. The fitness center was out of order and closed the majority of the time I was there. The TVs and remotes don't work very well.

very clean hotel... warm friendly greeting at front desk when we arrived Sat. night .. very nice and accomadating over phone for a last minute rm. reservation... would stay again... we didnt use the pool or spa so i cannot comment on them

The hotel was nice and had nice, helpful staff. The suite was well-designed and comfortable. The hotel is well located near the airport, with frequent, free shuttles to the airport. Easy meeting center, and good food at the meeting meals.

There was a lot of partying and my husband never slept 3 out of 4 nights we were there. Construction going on pool closed because of glass in pool. Picked it because of logistics of getting in and out of airport. Would not stay again.

Hotel staff was always friendly when I was able to get to them but phone often went unanswered, lines at the main desk were often long, and if you did get someone you didn't always get the info you needed. We checked out early.

I loved everything but one thing i got aggrevated with....you had to pay for parking. I think that it should be compementary parking for those who use the hotel. If i knew different I could have parked my car somewhere else.

A lovely wall paper colour scheme of blue and white and large suites and a terrific club lounge with great views. 5-10 min to PHL with shuttle available 24/7.
The only negative issue was a problem crediting star points.

I thought everything was excellent. The front desk to the house keeping. Restaurant and bar too. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the pool and the pool area. but it went above my expectations.

Restaurant Personnel, cleaning personnel had no customer service. Refrigerator did not work, only the freezer. Took forever for towels to be brought up to the room and the man that delivered them had a bad attitude. ?????

This hotel is greatly improved with the refresh it is now receiving.
One issue, it is difficult to get out of the parking lot, the gate was supposed to go up with your active room key, but rarely worked properly.

The hotel exceeded our expections for a location so close to the airport. I would highly recommend this particular hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay, located only minutes away from the Airport.

Kitchen phone was off the hook for two hours.
Lunch was over an hour late.
Too much bureaucratic issues to rent a meeting room and provide refreshments, equipment and it takes 3 people to get a receipt created.

At one point, I am sure this was a nice Embasy Suites. But there have been no improvements at this hotel in years and it shows. Not only that, but the service was lacking and to add insult, no one seemed to care.

THE PARK AND FLY PROGRAM IS A GREAT BARGAIN. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT ONE OF THE PHONES BY THE BED WAS NOT WORKING AND NO ONE CAME TO FIX IT.. OTHERWISE WE HAD A PLEASANT STAY.

The hotel food is very expensive for what you get. A hamberger, fries ( no better then fast food), soda and a piece of cake, $30.00.
Breakfast was the same. There are no other restaurants around without a car.

Before I called to reserve my stay, I was able to review the suite. It was all that I expected. I plunged myself on the luxurious bed and sunk into plushness. I came for busniess, but felt like a mini getaway.

Minutes after checking in I noticed a big walking on the ceiling of me room. I contacted the front desk and 30 minutes and two calls later a gentleman showed up with a broom. The bug was gone by then.

We have stayed here 3 times with the family after a long flight and it is consistently a great relaxing place with very kind and helpful staff. The only tricky part is getting here!

nice place,but was not impressed with the flop house bed as soon you walk in!! dirty room&walls,no back board on bed!still can't figure this room out!!major turn off&makes everything else look dirty!!!
