Upon my checkinMonday I went straight to resturant to eat. The service ws terrible as many people there were complaining.I waited and had to ask a second time for cream for my tea. The staff was carring on and laughing having a good time int he back. Many customers were upset that night and evient. I advised front desk. Also my TV in the living of my roon did not work.

For a hotel that was rated a 3 1/2 on hotels.com, I was highly disappointed. There was a hair from a previous guest on the bathroom floor, the interior of the hotel was dated and needed at the least a fresh coat of paint.
The areas that I thought were pleasant were the staff, the clean glass elevators, and the white linen on the bed. Other than that I was disappointed.

I love this hotel. Any time I am in Philadelphia, I stay here. However, the Shuttle Bus Service has been terrible from the airport. They say the shuttle comes every 20 minutes. Why do I wait an hour?
The staff and the room and other specifics are excellent here. If you are not in need of shuttle service, I recommend it. However, the shuttle bus service is terrible.

Rated 5 out of 5 Great Airport Hotel
whether catching a flight out or doing business this is a great stop located by the airport.
Janet at the front desk quickly checked us in and Chris & Tracey served us a nice dinner/drinks in the evening.
We like to use this hotel when we have a early flight out in the mornings. This saves us the traffic headaches and starts our vacation a little earlier.

We ate at the bar before the concert and the bartender was very attentive and extremely cordial. While we were waiting for a cab to Wells Fargo Center, Sydney asked us if we wanted to ride the Sheraton Shuttle. He dropped us off and picked us up after the concert. It was all very convenient. Overall the staff made our weekend away a very nice experience.

Staff are phenomenal, professional and serve with a smile on their face! It's obvious that they love their jobs and take pride in ensuring the best customer service possible. However, the days of charging for in-room WiFi are long gone and Sheraton should change its policy. Also, we were told that parking would be $6.00 per night, but were charged $9.00.

I was very disappointed in my stay this time around. It was a waste of my points. The room had beer bottles in the recycle bin. I requested towels since the room only had two and my sister and I did not have enough to shower. The towels never arrived, I asked again in the morning, still no towels. I would say, this is my last time staying at this hotel.

Nice and close to the airport, good airport shuttle. Room was great. (windows can open, yess!!!)
Except for bathroom, the toilet spit water when flushing (got fixed), the sprinker was hiding behind the cealing (?) and the shower head was broken and hanging freely from the wall.
Pretty far away from downtown. A shuttle to downtown would be great

This property is right next to the airport but the noise was barely noticeable. The beds were very comfortable and the room were basically clean. There was a small patch of ceiling that needed repair in front of the AC vent in the bedroom and the ceiling in front of that vent had not been cleaned in quite some time. The staff was the greatest.

This Sheraton does not meet up to the promise that Sheraton typically does. The staff are shared between multiple properties and were not knowledgeable about the Sheraton location. There is no club room and no wireless internet available in the rooms. The rooms are small and were quite dirty. Do not eat at the restaurant, it is not worth it.

I was assigned to work in PHL from mid June through mid August. I could not have found a better place to stay for such a lengthy period. The staff was awesome. Though I wish I could remember all of their names, I cannot, but many thanks to Tameka, Destiny, Tracy, Laura, the whole bar/restaurant and front desk staff. My sincere gratitude.

Nice clean place, friendlt staff, food good at Bistro, but the $7/day parking and how poorly the room key works when trying to go in/out is a big problem. There are lines of cars trying to get out of the parking lot with everyone having the same problem. Feel tempted to park at the Hilton where I often stay and walk across the street.

I have never taken the time to write a review, but I was so impressed with the staff at both the Sheraton Suites and the Four Points Sheraton at the Philadelphia Airport, that I couldn't wait to Thank them. I was on a business trip and brought my 16 year old daughter with. We were originally booked at the Four Points which was where my conference was. When we arrived, the staff was very nice and got us checked in early so we were able to take the train downtown for the day which was very easy and fun. Our room was very comfortable and clean, however since my daughter was going to be spending alot of time there, it was a bit smaller than I anticipated. Had it been just myself it would have been just fine. We decided to check out a room at the Sheraton Suites located across the parking lot and found the rooms more suitable to our situation. Without any hassles and without a hitch, there was availability for us to switch. My daughter was thrilled to have more space! I can't rave about the staff enough, their professionalism and customer service was impressive. Our room was very clean and spacious, the food at both hotels was very good and have I mentioned the great staff:)
I must add- the conference I attended was at the Four Points. I would definately hold a conference there again as the room was nice, the lunches provided each day were excellent and again the attention to detail that it takes to make a facility run that smoothly was amazing.
Thank You Sheraton Properties for making my daughter and my first stay in Phili a GREAT time!

Hands down the most friendly and caring staff that I have encountered in years of traveling. And it has been this way for years. I don't know their secret but keep it up. They really make everybody feel welcomed. Always a friendly smile and always make it a point to take care or your need or question no matter how big or small.

Good hotel option if you're looking for something close to the airport or less expensive than downtown. Suites are spacious, but not so up to date looking. Has a mini fridge and sink in the room, but no soap. Taxi service to downtown was easy and there is a public transportation train option if you go over to the airport first.

The hotel was really nice. the lobby and dining/ lounge area were very elegant. The suite was more than adequate in comfort and size. The staff was excellent. This was a great option to stay the night and fly out the next mornibg early. They provide a shuttle and the option to let you park your car there while you're gone.

Whenever we travel, we now always start our vacation with an overnight stay. We love the Park and Fly package, the staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We especially love the lobby bar. We have a few cosmos and a light meal and toast our upcoming vacation. Thank you, Sheraton Suites!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They need to add additional snack machines to the vending area. Adding coffee to the lobby especially during the morning hours is needed. This is is a must for people on the go. Internet availability should be covered in the room cost, not an add on..

It was our first and last experience staying at a Sheraton. The staff were friendly but the room we stayed in was very outdated. We were not happy to have to stay there as we were on our way home when our flight was cancelled and had to stay for 4 days.

I got upgrades for both rooms, my grandsons were very excited. The pool and hot tub were a good stress reliever after dealing with a commute from Mid Town manhattan. The welcome staff went out of their way several times, such as going to the back before opening hours and getting coffee for the wife and I

when leaving causing a back-up. With no
one attending this gate you have try to
contact the front desk, which means you
leave your drivers window in rain or snow.

We've stayed at this hotel a number of times when coming down to Eagles games and have always been very pleased-the staff are friendly and effecient, the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Sheraton Suites is always one of the hotels we consider when coming to this area.

I booked club level, few supplies in club lounge. No continental breakfast, given ticket for appetizer. If this is a ploy to get members to go into the restaurant you have just lost my business. To redeem the appetizer ticket I ended up spending over 60 dollars.
This is not what it was billed to be!!

I travel with my two young grandsons to the Phillies games and we always stay at the Airport Sheraton. It is so convenient to the ballpark. The staff is always pleasant, rooms are clean, and I feel perfectly safe here with the children. I wish there were more food options, we miss the breakfast buffet.

The staff at the front desk was not warm or welcoming upon check in. They didn't even look up at me when asking why I was there. Upon telling them I was there to check in, they still did not ask my name or look at me as they were busy looking at their cell phone but very rudely told me that there were no rooms available. I think they should have put their phone down, greeted me and asked my name first.
Also, during our stay we tried to use the pool area on Sunday morning . The pool area was dirty and there were no clean towels, but a pile of old towels from the day before. It was 8am in the morning, so I would have expected a clean pool area stocked with fresh clean towels. We alerted the front desk, but after 1/2 hour still no towels arrived at the pool.
It's ok to stay here but don't expect a courteous staff or clean facilities. The room was clean and nice as it was a suite but I would only stay here again if there were no other options. I would try other hotels in the area first.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Hockey Concerige Lounge is a poor value
The front desk sells this as a great value. The breakfast was some fruit and bagels/danish....if it was there. The two times I used this for breakfast there was one bagel and a piece of fruit and the coffee machine was out of order. The staff in the lounge was rude. It was a waste of money.

After a very long day, and one after which I was exhausted, I was greeted at the front desk by a huge, warm smile. It is a small thing, but it was most welcome. The entire stay went perfectly, and it was just a perfectly comfortable and uneventful visit at a time when it was most needed.

Stayed here for business meeting and show. Facility was good and clean; however, the staff, particulary the bar area and food service staff need a refresher course on customer service. Got the feeling at times thet they were doing me a favor by actually taking and fullfilling my order.

I have a hard time being negative about anything. However, housekeeping left much to be desired!. We were there 6 nights.. One day we had NO housekeeping. Other days we had no replacement soap, no removal of all used towels, etc. And the toilet paper roller was a real pain in the ***.
