Rated 3 out of 5 by Great Hotel Marginal Staff The staff at check in were above par and very warming. At checkout however I have never met such a rude front dest agent in all my travels. Also the pool and hot tub were down and there was no note of this on their website at the time of booking which was done earlier that day. May 9, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Okay This hotel is just okay. Should not charge for parking, dirty pool cold water, no pool towels and understaff or something wrong, just can't find any staff for helps. The only thing I like is the room was clean and comforting. Found later in room that window was leaking from rain. August 14, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Good Location Well, the 1st room the hostess gave me a room key was uncleaned and absolutely filthy, even thou it was midnight and her system had said it was clean. The 2nd room was better.........but had long black hairs all over the sink and bathtub......so NOT a pleasant experience at all. March 18, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel Review My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Suites Airport from 10/18 - 10/24. The day prior to our arrival I reconfirmed our reservations made through the IACP convention system. Upon calling, I was informed that the Sheraton system had us checking out on 10/23. The reservation clerk stated that to add the additional date; even though I had a confirmation for my complete stay would put that last night outside of the special rate. Not having any other alternative I said ok. She said she would combine the two reservations so that we would not have to check-out and back. Though she added the additional night - the reservations were not combined - thus we had to check in and out for the additional night at the higher rate. Overall - your staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Your front staff; shuttle drivers; housekeeping staff ; maintenance and others were very cordial; helpful and professional. Recommend renovating your rooms to freshen and bringing it up to date. Found a pacifier under the bed your housekeeping staff missed. Yes - I would recommend your hotel based on the it's value although I recommend an established shuttle to Center City for the convenience of your guests and then I could check off more reasons below. Rated 1 out of 5 by Banana Republic There were multiple areas of concern during the stay at your hotel during my business trip to Philadelphia. When I checked in, the cost of the room was given to me but was different with the quoted cost on the initial reservation. No one could help me with this even after multiple phone calls. I asked to have a room change to two double beds since I was going to have a visitor stay overnight during one night of my visit at your hotel, but was denied. I was told that there is a pull out bed. This was not what I was looking for, I just thought two beds was much more appropriate for my stay at the hotel. Third, I was concerned with the attitude of the front desk staff who where not "warm and inviting" to me during my stay. It seemed each time I had a question or request, that I was bothering them; and that I was not a priority or concern for them. They did not seem to be respectful of my requests or time. I thought this would be a great hotel stay since I have stayed in other SPG hotels and did not have any concerns. Unfortunately I will not be giving your hotel any further business. We stayed at this location because our daughter will be attending a nearby college this Fall. We know for the next 4 years we will be staying here! June 26, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by poor service had to wait 40 minutes for a hotel shuttle - this is an airport hotel!!!! When I finally got to the 4 points, I had to wait 30 minutes to talk to front desk, who told me they had no rooms. I went to another Sheraton. Went to bed after 2 am. Rated 3 out of 5 by Comfortable rooms The pool size was deceiving. Very small & there was too much noise with kids in the pool. No supervision and kids went in the gym all wet. No security to watch for children running around when their parents don't watch them. The room was nice put the hotel was too noisy. August 8, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Noisy again We have stayed here several times and this is the second time we had horrible nights sleep. It's not the hotels fault unless the walls are that thin. We called at midnight and they had security tell the people next to us to quiet down but it was so loud my kids woke up. December 30, 2012

But the bathroom was old- fixtures were rusting, vents very dirty, counter stained, caulking was missing. Carpets were dirty and stained, lights did not work, lightening was poor in the room, not enough outlets. March 5, 2013

The staff was lively and knowledgable. needless to say I had a very successful early valentines day majorilly in part to the Sheraton Suites and its Staff. I will be returning!!! February 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by New Club is great! Ecept? The new Sheraton Club is wonderful, but I would hope there are plans to put a printer in there. That particular day none of the printers were working. Very inconvienant for me as I need to print up information for my business before I leave for the airport. March 12, 2013

The only negative was the noise that was audible from the restaurant/bar in the center of the hote because of how it was constructedl. Other than that, I had a great stay. February 19, 2013

If you are flying out of Philadelphia airport, this is a must stay. Clean, relaxing, attentive staff, and airport shuttle, make this your best choice in the area. April 9, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great Hotel! Not so good customer Service everything met expections, except for the hotel resturant. Food took almost 30 minutes to get when no one wasn't really there. I had to keep asking for my ice tea to be refilled. My food didnt come all at once, I had to tell the sever what i ordered again. February 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Sheraton and close to airport I stayed at this Sheraton for about 30 days in CY 2003 when I relocated to Philadelphia. I enjoyed the hotel then and I will continue to choose this hotel when visiting the Philadelphia. Hotel staff very accommodating and professional. Food good as well. October 19, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Value This hotel was great for an overnight stay prior to an early flight out of PHL. Very reasonable pricing and leaving the car parked there (for our two-day trip) was very convenient. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. April 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Walls are thin Stayed for a weekend in Jan. Our neighbors decided to play their radio at 3am which was heard clear as day through the walls. Room was great and service was great just lousy neighbors for the weekend. Every door slam and flush of the toilet was heard. February 4, 2013

Was told once reported that someone would be right up. 90 minutes later went down and told them to forget it - I was going to bed. May 13, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfy beds - awesome food! Room was wonderful - decorated beautifully and comfy beds! Food at restaurant was top notch! Service a bit slow at check in and getting a bell man - but it was a Friday afternoon. Wish I did not have to pay for parking. Overall good experience. September 25, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by One Night My husband, daughter and I stayed in the club suite. Really liked the room. The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep in though - needs a new mattress. The king size bed was very comfortable. Didn't have a problem with noise whatsoever. March 12, 2013

The hotel is well located near the airport, with frequent, free shuttles to the airport. Easy meeting center, and good food at the meeting meals. September 4, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Philadelphia Airport Sheraton this was a rough experience. But the staff was really nice and they tried very hard to make it better. The fitness center was out of order and closed the majority of the time I was there. The TVs and remotes don't work very well. May 23, 2013
