Rated 5 out of 5 by A Quiet and Peaceful Airport Stay - With Great Service I know. I know. You're a fan of Starwood and there are three properties right next to each other - and super-close to the airport. How to choose? Well, if you're looking for "shiny and sleek", there's a lovely property next door. If you're looking for inexpensive SPG points stays with boring rooms, there's another one nearby. But if you're looking for spacious rooms with fridges, lovely views, a club lounge with food that is actually good, facilities for meetings, reunions, or conferences, a thorough and attentive staff, and the kind of sleep where you don't get woken up by hallway noise and door slamming, then the Sheraton Suites Philly airport delivers. Here's what you can expect. It's *not* new. It looks like some other Sheraton suites in layout and design. Some rooms *do* need a small refresher. But you're not staying at the Sheraton Suites because you expected Miami-style decor or a cutting edge nightlife scene. You're here as a short-term traveler, or for a sports-event/concert, or a reunion, or a day-long business meeting or other gathering. You want affordability, space, easy access, reasonable parking, a solid internet, and if you're lucky, a nice bartender who takes interest in your well-being. The staff are what makes the property great, and you'll find amongst them folks who are dedicated to making you feel special - whether a first timer or repeat visitor - hotel crew or conference guest. In other words, the Sheraton Suites caters to a wide-audience and focuses on what a Sheraton Suites should do well - nothing more and nothing less. So, if room size, airport/arena access, and a sense of ease are what you're looking for, then it should be your airport property of choice! June 16, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by Poorly Staffed, Run Down Facility, Off the beaten path location First time staying near the airport, regretting that I didn't choose to stay at the Aloft next door, wish I knew it was there. This hotel is severely understaffed, dirty, old and run down. club lounge open Saturday, closed unexpectedly on Sunday of stay. Ate in the restaurant Sunday morning 2 servers, 30 filled tables, no contest, no service, no silverware, every open table littered with dirty dishes. May 23, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient Airport Hotel The Sheraton at the Philadelphia Airport is very convenient. They have a free shuttle to/from the airport and it was very reliable. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and I got a great nights sleep. I would stay again. March 19, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by Very bad customer service. I must say that this hotel has very bad customer service. I contacted the hotel approx. at 347 pm for shuttle pick up outside the baggage claim terminal. Christian at the front desk told me the shuttle was on its way. the shuttle finally came at 530 pm. I have never waited that long for a hotel shuttle that is right next to the airport. Another problem I encountered was during check out. At approx 405 am I went to the front desk to check out, I was suddenly approached by the shuttle bus driver, he approached me in a verry aggressive manner and stated "What do you want". He seemed angry and very unprofessional, once i boarded the shuttle he did not even ask which airline I was going to..He is describe as a middle age white male, the shuttle left approx at 425 am, License plate unknown. I WILL NEVERY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. February 13, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great Staff The staff were the best. But my bed is not the normal Sheraton Sweet Bed. The sheets are washed in some commercial grade cleaner and I could not sleep most of the night as it was very uncomfortable on my skin. Normally when I stay at an SPG property the beds are one thing that I really look forward to (a fantastic night's sleep) Also, the bed is not comfortable at all, nothing like other SPG properties Also I was very disappointed in the TV in the bedroom was like a computer screen and the sound coming from the TV was like an old time TV. The TV in the living room area did not work The room was clean and as I mentioned before the staff are very very friendly. January 5, 2016
