Rated 5 out of 5 by AngelaS79 Wonderful!!!
I have read some of the reviews and I have nothing to complain about. I have booked another stay and can't wait to go back. The pillows are made of heaven clouds and the bed was beyond comfortable. Eric, who checked us in, was super nice and courteous. Room Service staff were polite and friendly. Food was awesome. I have nothing bad to say. I feel that if I did have an issue they would have addressed it promptly.
I cant wait to go back!

Very disappointed from the time I arrived till the time I checked out. It began with unregulated check-in lines that were not being tended to. To be fair, I arrived during a time of mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane, my own home being impacted by the displacement. After driving for 7 hours in traffic that should have only taken 3, I was in shock that it took a half hour to get me checked in with only two people ahead of me. On top of that my service animal was told that they would till require a charge regardless of her legally authorized documents and service animal status. When I explained that she isn't a pet, I was told a therapy dog was not a service animal. Not only is that completely discriminatory but that is minimizing people with emotional and mental disabilities as less important than people with physical disabilities. Wow! After being told 4-5 times that I couldn't leave my dog alone in the room like a was being a scolded child, I arrived in my room to find used cigarette laying on the floor... no words. Disgusting. However, I was too embarrassed to go back down to the front desk after being berated for having an emotional support animal. Shocked by how I was being treated, I wanted to leave immediately.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SADSITUATION99 Never Ever Ever Never SHERATON SUITE GALLERIA ATLANTA GA
When I started searching for a hotel in Atlanta, I wanted Downtown Atlanta...However, nothing was available. So, I found the Sheraton Suite Galleria Atlanta, and The reservation was for my son Birthday, but it became a check in disaster! The completion of the registration took hours, because I gave my son my credit card to pay with...But, let me start from the beginning I contacted the hotel to inquire about my son using my credit card and that my son was on his way with my credit card. The lady act as if she did not understand what I was saying. But, said that I need to fax a form back to her... PBX Authorization form. I said I am on a bus on my way to New York, so can you send the Form electronically she said I will try.
My son arrived at the hotel and he said they said your card has a hold on it please tell the credit card person to release the hold. WHAT? I did not know what my son was talking about....So the male gave my son his key to the room, my son left out for food and came back and was told you need to contact your mom and would not allow him to get his luggage or phone charger, moved his food and when he asked about no one knew anything, at that point his phone was dead, so I could not reach him...basically the hotel person held his luggage hostage...I spoke to a young man, a young women and a manager we kept going back and forth the hotel charged my cards over the phone...But the damage was done.... One lady said to my son your mother is a BEAR, that was a insult to me and my child. The staff appeared to be Incompetent Over Bearing, Not Informative, Not Compassionate, showed No Customer care at all, my son is from Washington DC and they basically was going to put him out. They kept saying well you understand the business side, I do not give a dawn about the business side, because we pay on the opposite side. I have several trips plan to ATLANTA GA. This hotel is a negative NO...NEVER will I EVER.....That staff needs Hotel TRAINING not just taking reservation and charging credit card etc. but Customer Care Training

There was a power outage and no direction on how to get out of your building. We were running around in the hallway with our flashlights off of our cell phones and your staff did not speak English or had no idea where the exits were. It was pure ridiculousness.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Sachi Nothing was outstanding
This was my second time to stay. Last time I didn't enjoy the stay. During the stay, I didn't think anything got better.
The facility did some renovation, but the building still made me feel the place was old. The hallway on my floor was dark. The pool water was not clear and no one came to check.
The room was okay but just ok.
The front staff was always saying hi to people, which was nice. But they work slow and were always chatting.
The housekeeping people were not friendly and didn't say hello unless I said it first. I also saw they were knocking on door where "don't disturb" sign was at the door and trying to open the room with their master key. I was shocked when I saw it.
The card inserting matching at parking always have problem. Last time I stayed, they had the same problem.
I stayed at Sheraton in other cities and countries. But overall, I don't think this hotel doesn't meet the average Sheraton quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Tracy722 TURN THE AIR ON IT's AUGUST
The staff has been very courteous... so this is a note to the management and owners... TURN THE AIR ON IN THE ELEVATORS and HALLWAYS... how cheap can you be???... this is a Sheraton, and poor representation of a Starwood property! 5 night stay on business... and I am all sweated up waiting for the elevator, and riding down. Terrible. It is August in Atlanta.
Also, not recognized for being Platinum - why could I not even get a room on 17th floor? On my floor there are crumbs all in the hallway that I asked to be vacuumed twice... and rotting garbage in the stifling heat with no air on. Disgusting...

I stayed at your facility for the Ga Poultry Federation benefit for a second year in row.
I was promised again yesterday morning that a copy of my receipt for my stay would be emailed. This has not happened yet.
I was also made this same promise last year and it took me more than a month to get it.
I explained to the young man at the checkout desk that i needed it in order to get reimbursed for my stay. He really did not act as if he cared what my needs were.
I also was overcharged for the room. Was told rate was $119 but when i checked in it was $139. When I ask why the young lady said it was because they were "building a new Braves stadium".
This will be my last stay at this facility I will go back across the street next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shesgeezy Brief Stay but Enjoyable Stay
Stopped over in Atlanta on business overnight and chose this hotel for my place to stay.
The staff was extremely welcoming and professional and the atmosphere was peaceful.
This hotel rating is a true rating and if the rating could be higher, I would have chosen that option. I will make sure that I put this hotel on my Atlanta list for future reservations.
