hotel is getting tired -altho still a beautiful place to stay. carpets need cleaning in rooms; hot tub once again is too hot to use- mentioned this two year ago at this same function which occurs every other year and we have been coming here for years, since the hotel was originally opened, in all its incarnations.

I stayed at this hotel hoping for a vacation full of relaxation. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was filthy and lukewarm.
I found dirty socks in my room when I checked in. The room was never truly cleaned despite staying there for a week.
The train that passed by frequently was loud and disrupted my sleep.

This is a nice property with great potential but :
Bed was worn out, like sleeping in a soft lumpy hole.
Carpet in our room dirty & stained in desperate need of cleaning or replacement.
Swimming pool dirty and uninhabital, evidently filtration unit in need of repair.
Roach in room.
Common areas need sprucing up.

The common areas of the hotel and staff where good, but the guest rooms (at least the one I stayed in) need a complete overhaul. The carpet was stained and worn, couch looked like it had been there for over a decade, and the mattresses provided no support whatsoever. Not what I've come to expect from Sheraton.

I booked 4 rooms at this location. This location was under construction during our stay and if you wanted to rest during the day, too bad. The power was out for over 24 hours and the Direct TV also was out for almost 24 hours. I was very disappointed and will not return to this location.

Heard the sound of traffic and the train all night. Need to insall thicker windows or sound proof walls.
Also the fridge had flooded in my room (guest before me) and the floor was not dry and smelled.
tub was dirty.
nightstand in between the beds was dated and dirty.. so many finger prints, water stains etc..

This was my first stay at your facility and I will be back. I am in the area for business and to return from a day of work to your facility is uplifting. The staff are friendly the room was neat and clean and the ambiance of the atrium is soothing. A great way to wind down at the end of a long day.

Great stay. Club Lounge with Annie Le as VIP is super. Renovations are in progress to what had already been a beautiful lobby/ reception area are still in progress but did not cause any problems with check in or check out. If you book here you will always book again.

Couch did not have a mattress. Took the enitre day just to get one.
Stayed on the 3rd floor. Had two spot lights shining even with the blinds closed
Getting a taxi was first come first basis. They had no one making sure you were the next one to get a taxi. Front desk always had attitudes.
Room was dirty

Rooms are beginning to look dated. Bathrooms in particular although I like the curved shower curtain. Shower drops ping on tub spigot.
Pool was warm, staff was friendly and helpful.
When we got to our room, there were several things that had to be addressed right away like no hangers in the room.

I was in room 801 for 5 days. The internet only works in the living room not the bed room The king bed is too soft and I had very uncomfortable sleep. The Air C|onditioner did not work very well. The pool area was lovely. The lobby and gardens were lovely. Overall, I was dissapointed with the room.

We have been SPG members since Feb 2000 and love the value that Starwood offers!. We have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is excellent- especially SHATIQUE who works the front desk. The suites are a good value for the money and the staff is very good.
Would recommend to others.

Hotel layout and rooms are good but the services are poor. They don't have concierge for any help. Staff was not very helpful. Services are very slow. It is also weird that one has to pay for WiFi in room while it was free in lobby. These days even smaller hotels chains provide this service.

From the onset at checkout to being placed in 2 different rooms my expecatations were not met. If not for the second front office manager Sarita, I would have contacted corporate immediately. This hotel really needs to improve on their staff, cleanliness and overall customer satisfaction.

Very friendly staff made up for surprising number of things in room not working. Neither TV remotes worked, 1 phone not working, the other phone labeled with wrong room number, internet connection down, a couple of lamps and alarm unplugged, bulbs not working, and t-stat inoperative.

Even thought the hotel was being renovated the overall operations were not affected. I have no problem sending a client as long as they know about the renovations, the hotel did email me to tell me about the renovation about a week before my visit.

The tub drained slow. The bedroom TV did not carry the same channels as the living room. I never received a requested wake-up call. The main light in the living room worked only occasionally. One elevator never worked during my stay (3 nights). The dinning menu was very limited.

This was a second stay in 2 weeks. The hotel is very nice in design. One of the guest services managers, Ms. Le, was wonderful in anticipating any special needs I might have as a Platinum SPG member. I even has a special welcome gift in my room. I'd be delighted to return.

The bathtub could use a little more improvement and when you put on sheets and they are white please make sure that they are clean. The pool was not heated and it had a lot of trash in there. I am Gold preferred member and my check out was 12:00pm it was suppose to be later.

As usual room and facilities were fine. Was looking forward to coffee but there were no condiments. Room service menu now online and I totally didn't like it. No control over it and takes too long to see all ages. The in room menus are much more preferable to this traveler.

Hotel is under renovation. Jack hammering in the atrium until 7:45 PM. Staff was contacted and I was told work would stop at 8 PM. It didn't!!!!
Rooms smell like smoke and are noisy. Hotel is located next to train tracks.
They also checked me into a dirty room.

What a beautiful property. I stayed there for 2 nights and completely enjoyed it. Upon cheking in the first room was smokey.the agent wascourteous and quickly changed it to another room. The carpet could do with a little shampooing. I would definitely stay there again.

My Softball Team stays at this hotel every year for the Hurricane Showdown Softball Tournament and we are ALWAYS pleased! We elect to stay at the Sheraton eventhough the tournament director reserves rooms at another hotel because the Sheraton has awesome features.

The carpet in my room was stained all over. The towels had holes. the furniture looked worn,. The mattress had little support. The elevator was very slow. The waterfall in the lobby looked dirty. Sheraton should be embarrassed to have their name on this property

Although this property is miles from the beach if you are looking to take a Florida vacation this is a great option. At only 3000-4000 points a night you can have a great week long vacation for minimal points. The pool is good and the rooms are average.

Restaurant staff was not prepared to handle our small group. Very disappointing food/waitstaff services.
While renovations were done in the room they cut a lot of corners. Like left and old pipe exposed in the bathroom, didn't retile areas all the way.

I attended a function in this facility. There was one awesome employee, she worked the desk at night and was so very helpful. There were also some very nice wait staff in the bar at night and one in the dining area during the day that was pretty good. Other than that, the staff was rude, ignored you when it was obvious someone needed something. There were no smiles, no hellos, and nothing that told me they were there to make my stay pleasant. The coffee, every single cup, was burned and awful. The food was tasteless. There were ants in the rooms, the air conditioner took 2 days to make it cool in the room. There were no convenient garbage cans a anywhere and no one would take the garbage if they saw you had some to throw away. The mattresses were broken and uncomfortable. We had better service at the Clock Restaurant on our way home Sunday evening than we had all weekend.
Customer service is being pushed on a level that is unparalleled in EVERY business sector. We could not believe the level of disservice we found in this facility.

Hotel was nice. Staff were great.
They did not tell me the pool was broken when I booked. I took all my kids to swim! The pool was freezing. This was a big dissapointment. I wont say no to some extra SPG point if youre offering!
Otherwise it was nice.
