I had teo separate stays here in the course of a week.
Both stays had minor issues but I still left feeling like these were not taken seriously. Hotel had many small housekeeping snafus, promised points not posting, pre stay assigned rooms not living up to what was arranged etc. Many apologies were made but over all lackluster...
The FD staff and Lounge staff were attentive I give them a 10+
The level of personal attention at this hotel by FD was great. Not sure if it was due to the problems I encountered or the two visits so close?
Lounge offerings were nice
Pool is heated and jacuzzi was good
NOT A SINGLE TIME WERE TOWELS AT THE POOL. 6 times I had to go the front desk to ask them to privide towels
Sheets had cigarette burns, trash was in the halls over night.
Coffee in room was past its expiration date :(
They are in the middle of a renovation so perhaps things will change, but with so many issues the only resolve was a reply from the GM which was very hard to read/understand and an apology.
Over all I still would recommend this hotel, I feel it has alot of potential! Lets hope things improve.
Parking is also ample

The staff was beyond helpful. I checked in super late and just wanted a bed. The staff checked me in quickly and painless. I called asking if they had a razor and they promptly provided one. I ordered room service and the food was great.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel in the SPG group. The hotel is under renovation, which was never stated on the website or customer service. The hotel is run down and the interior looks like 1960s look. The breakfast at the restaurant only serves continental buffet, which I've never heard of my entire time as a SPG member. The Club Lounge is small, and you can smell the construction paint and dry wall. You can't serve yourself the non-alcoholic beverages or make your own waffles in the morning. They also stated that the restaurant and lounge would be open at 6:30 AM, but didn't open until 6:45 AM. The service is terrible and inattentive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone especially if your used to a nice Full Service SPG properties or if your an elite traveler.

Buffet breakfast in dining room not adequate. Bad presentation and food choices. Staff not friendly. Should be like reception staffs which are excellent. So I left.
Buffet breakfast in Club Lounge better with an excellent staff. In general should also be improved for choice of food and to offer eggs and omelette.

We looked forward to the Sheraton Ontario visit for SoCal sunshine and requested a Club Level room. Staff were nice. Unfortunately, the Club Level room temp was too hot or too cold. The fan was extremely loud with only "Auto" or "On" settings and blew the window curtains straight out. Fan was so strong and loud we could not use it. It had a strange odor. We could hear the conversation from adjoining room. TV is analog, with minimal stations. There is no safe, no mini bar, no refrigerator. The front desk sent us to the Circle K convenience store for snacks--I would not recommend. Hotel needs major makeover.

I said to the staff that this is my first time ever staying at a Sheraton Hotel. I had to ask most of the question even the following day where do i go for food. So they miss an opportunity to tell me a little about the Hotel. The house keeping was great very clean room. The oat meal was burn on Saturday. Just need some improvement. But over all it was GOOD. Rex

.bed not comfortable, sinks in center
. Room heater too loud cannot sleep and control difficullt
i am a platinum member and asked the desk for late check out when i check in , but they deactivated my key by noon

The front desk young lady, Ingrid, is a professional with warm smiling. SPG recognition is excellent. The Club Lounge needs to provide more than one variety of tea bags and buy a coffee machine (it is Sheraton standard now).
