Rated 1 out of 5 by Greg48 Horrible hotel
This hotel does not upgrade gold and Platinum SPG members, even if their is availability....they say, "its not this hotel's policy to do that." Basic double room was smelly, with a sink that didn't drain, a broken shower head, blinds that didn't keep the sun out, smelly carpet, and the food in the restaurant was horrible. Felt like I was in a Motel 6.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Leeye Good staff but food service needs to be improved
Clean room, comfortable beds.
Shower does not drain very well.
Great in room Starbucks coffee.
The Club --- needs more variety of food. Everyday its the same bacon and scramble eggs--- how about something different everyday? Same old stuff gets boring.
The social hour--- on some days, the food is just NOT GOOD. Please re-train your chef. Eg--- mushy over cooked pasta just does not taste good.
No wine or beef during social hour??? Perhaps you can limit that to One or 2 drinks max per guest.
But--- I still recommend this place for its proximity and location.

Rated 3 out of 5 by unhappytraveler2016 this hotel has average features
I stayed at this Sheraton Airport hotel in Ontario, CA. This place is only an average hotel. The walls are thin, the shower knob fell off and had poor drainage, and the hotel charges for internet usage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Welsie Better than I expected
The front desk staffs are very friendly, Jessica helps me a lot. But no microwave oven and refrigerator in room is not convenient. Also, the computer in business centre is nice but there is time limit for only 15m, I have to log in again to continue.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Kauppias Great hotel, but needs improvement
I had teo separate stays here in the course of a week.
Both stays had minor issues but I still left feeling like these were not taken seriously. Hotel had many small housekeeping snafus, promised points not posting, pre stay assigned rooms not living up to what was arranged etc. Many apologies were made but over all lackluster...
The FD staff and Lounge staff were attentive I give them a 10+
The level of personal attention at this hotel by FD was great. Not sure if it was due to the problems I encountered or the two visits so close?
Lounge offerings were nice
Pool is heated and jacuzzi was good
NOT A SINGLE TIME WERE TOWELS AT THE POOL. 6 times I had to go the front desk to ask them to privide towels
Sheets had cigarette burns, trash was in the halls over night.
Coffee in room was past its expiration date :(
They are in the middle of a renovation so perhaps things will change, but with so many issues the only resolve was a reply from the GM which was very hard to read/understand and an apology.
Over all I still would recommend this hotel, I feel it has alot of potential! Lets hope things improve.
Parking is also ample

Rated 5 out of 5 by Yadie10 Amazing Staff
The staff was beyond helpful. I checked in super late and just wanted a bed. The staff checked me in quickly and painless. I called asking if they had a razor and they promptly provided one. I ordered room service and the food was great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SPGPLATUSA This hotel is by far the worst
This hotel is by far the worst hotel in the SPG group. The hotel is under renovation, which was never stated on the website or customer service. The hotel is run down and the interior looks like 1960s look. The breakfast at the restaurant only serves continental buffet, which I've never heard of my entire time as a SPG member. The Club Lounge is small, and you can smell the construction paint and dry wall. You can't serve yourself the non-alcoholic beverages or make your own waffles in the morning. They also stated that the restaurant and lounge would be open at 6:30 AM, but didn't open until 6:45 AM. The service is terrible and inattentive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone especially if your used to a nice Full Service SPG properties or if your an elite traveler.
