Although the facility was under construction the rooms and room service was good. The conference facilities were also very good for our training and meetings.

I was as impressed by the staff as I was disappointed by the facility. The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive and service oriented. They went out of their way to try and ensure a good stay. Unfortunately the facility really lets them down. It is terribly outdated and not a good representation of the Sheraton brand. From the torn front awning to the gloomy and loud hallways, the place seriously needs a renovation.

There was a wonderful young man outside who took my bags as soon as I got there and the same young man helped me with my bags when I left (I usually have to flag down someone at other hotels). I did not get his name but he was wonderful and so very kind. Tiffany checked me in and she was patient and kind (I had troubles with my reservation). The concierge an African gentleman was attentive to my needs as I was lost a few times. Jeffrey and Savanna from the club lounge were wonderful. They just made me feel at home. My housekeeper Olivia was so very sweet to me. I have not been treated this well in such a long time. Thank you all, you have a spectacular staff at this Sheridan.

It was three of us two from L.A and one from Atlanta she came from L.A and moved to Atlanta, we had a nice time the staff was off the chain very nice I really felt good I enjoyed myself from the time I step off that plane until I got back on the plane to go home. When we come back that is where I will stay. Thank U for your hospitality.

The Staff in the the club room treat their guest like family especially miss Shirly and Jeffery. They make you want to come back. The only thing some of the front end staff could be a little friendlier and atleast try and resolve your questions rather than say I dont know its the night shift they did it and they never left any notes . However I would definately recomment this hotel and i will return.

Spent 4 yrs planning with staff at this hotel for a major Scottish Highland Dancing Championship. Excellent results from the first day to the last. Our 450 person banquet meal in the Grand ballroom was on time, hot, and high quality. Staff very well organized and completed each of our requests in a timely manner.

Our company's travel agent overbooked several of our team members. The hotel staff stayed calm, friendly and professional. They accommodated everyone and gave many people free meals at their restaurant and discounted their rooms....even though the mix up was not their fault. My room was excellent the staff was beyond helpful. Every single staff member that I had contact with went the extra mile to ensure that I had what I needed. I wanted to check out some restaurants in the area. I was given a list of close by places. Then they gave me a Marta map and gave me detailed instructions on how to get to the restaurant that I chose such as how much the round trip cost would be, all the way down to how far I had to go, and how to get back. They even told me how to get my pass for the train. I ventured alone in a city I had never been to before and made it back to my hotel without incident becus of the directions I was given. I would stay at this hotel again with no hesitation.
