This Hotel had service with a smile - 100% of time.
Spent 2 days and 1 night attending conference in Sheraton Atlanta. The entire time, the hotel staff remained friendly, helpful, and bent over backwards to accommodate a very large clientele. From housekeeping to front desk staff to the hotel manager greeting me by name at check-in. The place was packed, and yet, the staff and hotel were both top-notch. Even when leaving the parking garage, the conference ended and everyone surged to exit - the staff directed traffic, they stood by the parking booth to make sure people could leave quickly, It was so hands-on and kind and beyond the call of duty. Despite the cold, each staff had delivered service with s smile. That says a lot when you are traveling, and find a place that's so welcoming. I'd definitely stay there again, and recommend to my company to hold meetings there. Thank you for making my stay A++++.

World traveler, Platinum SPG member..I stay in hotels a bit like 200 days out of the year, and
this was indeed one of the best stays.
I, after a few days felt like family and indeed I appreciate that and look forward to coming back to Atlanta again.
I am currently in Frankfurt Germany and I feel like I missed my sheraton courtland family :)

From before the moment I checked in, Paul, the front desk manager, began to make my stay exceptional! He contacted me to be certain that all of my needs would be met.
I travel with a service animal (a siberian husky) and I have out of the ordinary needs, such as to having dog bowls ready, amongst other things. Everything was perfect when I arrived.
Paul wasn't working when I arrived, but he had arranged to have everyone know that I would be checking in.The front desk and Andre, the concierge, treated me as if I were a celebrity. I felt incredibly special. My entire stay I was treated as if I were the most important guest in the hotel. It was above and beyond!!! Curtis the food and beverage manager (I think that is his title) made sure that in Fandangles, I had a place where my dog and I had a room. Tania the waitress at Fandangles was so friendly, it encouraged me to go to Fandangles virtually every evening. The lounge at the sheraton is wonderful, but since I was in the north tower, it was easier to just go to Fandangles. The food there is amazing!!!
The entire Sheraton staff were incredible, bell staff , restaurant staff, and the entire hotel staff including housekeeping. If this hadn't been business and I were able to just relax, this could be one of my best hotel stays ever. (alas work calls)

And, I love that you have added the small dog relief area, that is a huge plus to past stays here.

this is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at as a elite member i honestly can say this hotel made me feel like family ... and ive stayed at plenty of other hotels and have never been treated so well at this hotel .... The vip manger for the club room for spg members ma-shanda is amazing super nice and allways there when u need her from anything you need she will try her best to provide i allso have to say thanks to (paul) and ms-Brenda at the front desk really made my stay feel welcomed .. THIS HOTEL TRULY CARES ABOUT THERE GUEST NOT ONLY SPG MEMBERS BUT EVERYONE!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH .... ONE OF TEH BEST HOTELS IVE STAYED AT AS A ELITE MEMBER WITH SPG

We have travel to many cities both in the USA and abroad. We have NEVER been to a hotel where EVERYONE on the staff was as friendly!! From the bellmen, to the valet service, to the check in desk, cleaning service, and food service.... EVERYONE was so nice!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here one night at Christmas Eve. Got a lovely platinum upgrade to a quiet room, just as I had asked for. Everything was clean and comfortable – except the mini fridge, which clearly had not been cleaned since the last guests had used it. It had yellow stains/liquids all over, yukk.
Stayed in the north tower, the lounge (a quite decent one) was in the south towers, which made for a long walk.
All in all good value and platinum recognition, would stay here again.

Often conference hotels focus on the conference and not on the people attending - this hotel was different. It started with my check-in where they were quick and professional to get me checked in and to my room. As I opened the door to my room, I realized that the front desk had recognized my SPG level and had provided me an incredible room that was impeccably set up. There was even a welcome note and banana bread!
The lounge on the 5th floor was a great respite from the many people and the guest services person in the lounge, Starr, was the best at ensuring there were snacks and beverages always ready.

I travel to Atlanta frequently, and the Sheraton on Courtland is my first choice. Most every hotel has some good aspect, but this property has a wonderful staff with great attitudes, comfortable rooms, great food, and what I consider to be the best pool in any Atlanta hotel.
It is always the small things that tell me I am at a superior property. For example, as I waited to check in, the Assistant Manager stopped and asked about my trip, what I may need, and just made me feel welcome. Niles the Manager, is leading what I consider the best Hotel in downtown Atlanta.
