The front lobby staff is incredible! They met us at the door, welcomed us with a smile, offered us a paper, asked about our holiday, made us feel like they really cared! We checked in early, were offered directions to our destination AND in the restaurant that evening we were given wonderful attention and fabulous food while the TV's were all turned to our most important football game- even though our Bama team didn't win! The restaurant manager was incredible in meeting every need and he was fun and helpful! We can't thank everyone enough for a wonderful visit to our favorite downtown ATL hotel! Service is what we value, and we got it there this weekend! You made us feel so special!

I have never stayed at such a warm, friendly, accommodating place. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go way out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I found this attitude in each place in the hotel (e.g., front desk, restaurants, bar, housekeeping etc). It doesn’t feel like employees are following a mandate either, but rather that each individual really cares that you are comfortable and that your needs are met! Any time I’m in Atlanta, I WILL stay at the Sheraton downtown!

I was told at check-in that I would receive green points if I cleaned my own room. I left the card on the door, no credits received...and I had to clean my own room....this is not acceptable to me at all. I was told I would receive credits for the entire stay, nothing....

The staff at this hotel are warm, polite, helpful, and dedicated to their guest comfort. I recommend this hotel for those who want to relax and move away from the rushed day to day life.

There were several people in my group, all of whom received a "welcome plate" upon arrival, they had a robe in their closet, and their room keys worked without taking several attempts. There was someone's loosely wrapped leftover pizza in my refrigerator, and hair on the bathroom tray that held my plastic cups. My HVAC began making a horrible grinding noise and kept waking me up one night. It was fixed the next day, which I appreciated, but it was not a good start to my stay. For as MUCH as I paid to stay at this hotel, I would not go back because of these little things that added up.

Excellent and pleasant stay. Thank you for the courteous attention from the staff. I was fortunate to be there on a Thursday evening when they did a Wine Spectator wine tasting which was cell ent.

Re Sheraton Atlanta Downtown for the WAPF Wise Traditions conference: The conference organizer commented to me that of the thousand or more conferences he has managed, the staff at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta has been absolutely the best -- cooperative, competent, supportive, 'can-do' attitude, consistently cheerful & helpful. I heard from fellow conference attenders as well that any concern or question they had was immediately addressed, cheerfully, capably thru to completion. The whole spirit of this place was wonderfully comfortable, welcoming, fabulously & sincerely gracious & positive. I'd make a point of staying here.
