The Sheraton staff was outstanding!! A special recognition to Ms Hannah in the restaurant! She went over and beyond to made sure we were satisfied with our service and meal.
The entire staff at the Sheraton was very friendly and made our stay very pleasurable.
We will definitely consider Sheraton again.

There were a number of activities during my visit. The staff seemed to handle most of them well. Things were a little backed up at the entrance and the parking lot was full but everything else was fine. The food was great! Request were addressed promptly. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

When I made my reservation, my first choice was a two-bed room. That was not available, so I chose my second choice as a King bed. My event was being held in the hotel, so I wanted to stay there, though I felt having to share a bed with someone that I was not accustomed to sleeping with would be a problem. We arrived and found we had been placed in a queen room, with minimal counter space for two women's stuff in the bath, with ripped sheets on the bed that came off in the night, crumpling the mattress pad under us. Greek picnic weekend does not work with serious seminar attendees who need their sleep, either. The desk people do not seem to be familiar with the rooms, insisting that a rollaway bed would fit in the first room--it would not have. After we complained and received an upgraded room, the desk clerks seemed to think we were getting a suite with a sofa bed. It was only a king bed room, but much better than the original, though still not the two-bed first choice I wanted.

A warm and friendly staff greeted me with an inviting smile. It was all uphill from there.
Even though the hotel is located in downtown Atlanta and very convenient to restaurants and other attractions, the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. This is my first choice of lodging when visiting Atlanta.

I was let down by my experience at this hotel. It is beautiful and clean but the showers were too small to accommodate my height (5'10), there is no free wi-fi, it is a hike from Marta, and the hotel is very confusing ( i got lost trying to find the front door) overall it wasnt worth what i paid for it.

Very happy with our stay. The staff is very hospitable.
Ms. Shirley is a breath of fresh air.
The manager on duty Friday, June 21st, I cannot remember his name, but he was a Caucasian man with dark curly hair. He got off duty at 9am that day of our check out, he was also awesome!

the bathroom sink was clogged, and it was after midnight before we got into our room so we were not going to call about it then. I felt the staff should have known if the room was cleaned correctly. Also the coffee maker had moldy coffee grounds in it. Very disappointed for what we paid for this room.

We attended a conference in Atlanta from 7/27 thru 7/29. The hotel was conveniently located and wer enjoyed being close to the downtown area. One of the bellmen, Jerome was exceptional! He was friendly and took an active interest in our being satisfied hotel guests. He is a real asset to your staff!

We stayed on a Saturday evening and it was loud all night in the hallways, down by the pool, and pretty much everywhere else. It almost seemed like there was a large party going on throughout the hotel. After a long day, we wanted a clean and quiet room to rest our heads and we were disappointed.

I held my State Conference at the Sheraton this year and could not have been more pleased. The staff was wonderful, they always kept a check on my needs and were willing to assist with anything and everything. The meeting rooms were perfect for our event. I am excited about coming back next year!

This is one of the best hotels for service! The hotel people could not do enough to make your stay pleasant and memorable. The front desk was great and the housekeeping really do their job. The hotel is very clean and very inviting. I would suggest this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Atlanta.

The hotel is located in the business area of Atlanta, so not much on shops, but great bars, restaurants and things to do. The staff were really good, always offering help and advice and they all seem to do it very well.

I was satisfied completely from the valet to the front desk even in the restaurant. I felt like a celebrity the way the staff treated me. I would love to stay here again every time I come to Atlanta.

At check in there was a little problem but the front desk agent Channel was extremely helpful and corrected the issue right away.
After spending the entire day traveling and I was beyond tired when I made it to the hotel, but she was able to put me at east and assist me with a SMILE on her face.

This was my first time staying in Atlanta and the Sheraton and what I have experienced has exceeded my expectations. My next residency, I hope my trip will be in Atlanta; if it is I will definitely stay at the Sheraton.

The staff could not have been more accommodating. I had but to walk in the lobby (not even near the front desk) for someone to ask if I needed anything. Everyone was so attentive, and I appreciated the fact that they often responded with tellling me it was their pleasure to answer my question.

Hotel is good
But this weekend the te was a great number of joung people hosted in the hotel
They spent all the friday and saturday nights drinking, cryiing and doing a lot of noise
I think that this is unacceptable for a hotel such is sheraton
Hotel did anything about that

I couldn't believe how attentive the staff was. Every single person was friendly, helpful and went out of their way for me. And I appreciated all the little details like bannana bread appearing in my room one night. The place is beautiful and very clean. Best hotel experience ever!

My daughter and I stayed here for a Dance Convention. I cannot express how much we appreciate having a positive experience as that has not been the case with other hotels. The staff was outstanding, the room was very comfortable and clean. I look forward to our next stay at this hotel.

I stayed at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel for one night after my business conference concluded (at a different hotel in Buckhead). The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and cheerful. Fantasia thanked me for being a Platinum member, described all the hotel amenities, and even asked if I would like a late check out. I was very happy to see that the front desk staff here were well versed in the SPG rewards program.
Upon check in I was upgraded to a large room. I’m not sure if the room I received was a standard upgrade. It was a huge room with just lots of empty space. Upon looking at the map of my floor the room I was in was labeled “hospitality suite” and that is what it felt like. It would be good for a small cocktail reception but didn’t feel cozy enough to be a “suite.” Other than that the public areas of the hotel looked good. For those people with families, there is a pool at this hotel which I overheard on the elevator that many people were enjoying as the weather was quite warm.

I was mostly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of Krystal, Club Lauge Attendant. She went beyond her duties to accomodate my family and my needs. The hotel staff is friendly and always willing to help. Wanda, at the deli was attentive and welcoming to me and to my family.

The room was nice, the pool was beautiful and the staff was great. The beds were super comfy and I loved the fluffy pillows. Overall, my stay was great. However, I was disappointed by the small bathroom and the per day charges for parking and wireless. I would definitely stay here again

The manager on duty and the staff were WONDERFUL! It was my birthday and when I walked into my room there was a cake and care personally signed by the staff! Thank you all! I had personall calls to make sure that I was okay! I felt very at home and loved the atmosphere.

The staff is super friendly and was always eager to help make us comfortable. The pool room is gorgeous and such a nice place to spend some down-time. We'll be coming back for sure next year.
The only thing that could make it better would be to have mini-fridges in the rooms.

Excellent value for Downtown Atlanta where hotels may fetch 2x as much per night. Lounge was comfy, but don't expect a full breakfast. Some traffic noise, but its expected Downtown in a major city. Gym was a standard hotel gym, but very low ceilings made it feel like a cave.

The staff saved this hotel because the physical condition of the hotel needs major improvement. Brian C bellboy and Deloras housekeeping went above and beyond out of their way to help us find a new room after we had major plumbing problems with our shower. Hats off to them!!

The custormer service at the Sheraton Atlanta was excellent! They were helpful, addressed me correctly by my name which can be difficult to pronounce. The only negative is that the hotel needs to be renovated. It was clean but old and smelled old. Otherwise great stay!
