Rated 5 out of 5 by Incedible service!! From the minute we walked in we were treated like royalty. We had our two children with us and the staff was very attentive to them and made them feel great. We had one request that the lobby manager made happen. He was extrememly nice, and because of him, I would recommend this hotel to any and all. The food was GREAT too!! August 21, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Staff Especially Derrick! Had and excellent stay here. The entire staff was great! But I must say that the bellman Derrick went beyond the usual with making us feel welcome. Thank you Derrick! The valet staff was very prompt and professional as well. Everyone we met that works there has a great attitude towards the customer. We will stay here again. June 23, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Superior Meeting Facilities I have attended many annual meetings for corporations and associations. This facility was extremely user friendly and had an outstanding staff to facilitate any size organization. The meetings rooms were always spotless and properly prepared. They also were able to react to schedule changes which were many in this case. December 12, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Loud! This is not the place to go if you want to sleep late! What's up with the guy walking around ringing the cymbals at 7am? And the music at the pool early in the morning? My room was overlooking the pool and we heard everything going on outside! The walls must be paper thin. I hope I don't have to stay at this hotel again! October 14, 2013

The employees were all so helpful, polite, friendly...really amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Checking in was a degrading experience because I wasn't allowed to check my family in, only my husband was capable according to them. I have always checked my family in and have never been humiliated like that at any of the Starwood properties I have stayed at. April 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by The staff is fantastic! We were snowed in in Atlanta and had to spend an extra night when our flight was cancelled. The dining rooms stayed open with plenty of food and drink to accommodate all of the stranded guests. The staff remained helpful and cheerful throughout the entire ordeal. I was amazed at the friendliness of the staff. February 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Market 2013 This is our third time staying at the Sharaton, Atlanta. in 2012 our experience was wonderful. Not only the hotel, but the restaurant Fandangles too. This year Fandangles was not good. The staff appeared to be stressed and the food was below expectations. It took 2 hours one night for our meal and we had reservations. January 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent facility & helpful staff Stayed here for a conference. The facilities were well-maintained, the food was very good, and the service in public areas was excellent. The staff really went out of their way to ensure comfort and a good experience. Didn't spend much time out of the hotel, but walked to a couple of good restaurants and attractions. August 9, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by needs an update I think it might just be the location, as I'm told most of the hotel options are the same... meaning old. The main hotel/lobby is fine however the room had an old bed, the bathtub was stained and had rust. Smelled like bleach, which means clean, but it's not a pleasant smell. Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Staff Everyone was so personable and friendly. LeVar? at the Conceierge Desk was so helpful. Great Employee! And Ms. Johnson? inthe Lounge on floor 5 was a doll. She met our every need and we just love chatting with her. We only met her one day as she had the next few days off. You have wonderful people working for you. March 1, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor access to the room I am staying in room 488 and you have to walk down three hallways to get to the room from the only elevators from the lobby. My wife has a problem walking this far for a room. I would recommend asking for a room close to the elevator. I hope that all Starwood preferred guest don't get this treatment. February 24, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very helpful & friendly staff Each & every staff member is friendly & helpful. They truly went above & beyond to make sure I was happy with the room & made me feel welcome. The pool area is beautiful & enjoyed sitting poolside and reading, with the ceiling retracted & the sun shining in. The restaurant served a fantastic Georgia cobb salad. April 15, 2013

It started wtih Jerome, who assisted us withour luggage and made us feel at home to every wait staff person that attended us at our meals. Everyone was kind, polite, accomodating, friendly....all the time! Would stay there again for that reason alone. March 4, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs Improvement There is a lack of communication with staff, and not all employees seem to know policies., as well as they are not clear. I had opted for the green program, but it was not clear what that meant. I assumed that my room trash, and coffee would be replenished, but towels and sheets left. That is not the case. I would have still opted for the program, but requested a additional coffee, and bag for trash for the room. Staff was very nice, but lacked knowledge. When I had asked if my trash could be emptied it was not for two days in a row. I attended the gift show, and shopped do I had accumulated a lot of bags, flyer etc. The first night I had to have the towels and sheets changed. There was a lot of hair on/in both that was not mine as I had just checked in. I questioned if the room was cleaned/ sheets and towels had been changed. Food options are very poor for persons with allergies. Ellis and Ritz and other restaurants were able to accommodate needs, and that is where I dined. July 23, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Southern Hospitality Everyone was so nice and professional. Each time I passed a staff member, they spoke to me and smiled. I felt so welcome. Accommodations were comfortable. The bed and pillows were very plush and I slept well. I loved the 'quiet time' postings to remind others to be conscious of noise levels between 11pm-7am. August 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Customer service All but one employee went out of their way to help. We had an issue with early checkout and was going to be charged a fee. The employee didnt offer to check to see if she could do anything to help with this fee. When my husband complained the next day about this, another employee took care of this fee for us. Rated 3 out of 5 by And so it started ..... At check in I got to the elevators (quite a walk to the south tower) only to realize the front desk did not write the room number on the card. Back to the front desk! Then trying to depart the parking garage, the room key never worked. Lastly maintaining a consistent temperature in the room was impossible. February 22, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by overbooking created problems When I made my reservation, my first choice was a two-bed room. That was not available, so I chose my second choice as a King bed. My event was being held in the hotel, so I wanted to stay there, though I felt having to share a bed with someone that I was not accustomed to sleeping with would be a problem. We arrived and found we had been placed in a queen room, with minimal counter space for two women's stuff in the bath, with ripped sheets on the bed that came off in the night, crumpling the mattress pad under us. Greek picnic weekend does not work with serious seminar attendees who need their sleep, either. The desk people do not seem to be familiar with the rooms, insisting that a rollaway bed would fit in the first room--it would not have. After we complained and received an upgraded room, the desk clerks seemed to think we were getting a suite with a sofa bed. It was only a king bed room, but much better than the original, though still not the two-bed first choice I wanted. June 13, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Hotel There were a number of activities during my visit. The staff seemed to handle most of them well. Things were a little backed up at the entrance and the parking lot was full but everything else was fine. The food was great! Request were addressed promptly. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again. August 8, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton Experience Was Wonderful!! The Sheraton staff was outstanding!! A special recognition to Ms Hannah in the restaurant! She went over and beyond to made sure we were satisfied with our service and meal. The entire staff at the Sheraton was very friendly and made our stay very pleasurable. We will definitely consider Sheraton again. October 14, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great location Hotel Overall, it was a decent stay. The hotel itself was pretty clean and up to date. Some areas, back area of parking needed some upkeep and different hallways in the back were in out of date shape. The room I stayed in was nice, however, all night long I could hear traffic outside. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Conference Hotel Just returned from conference at Sheraton Atlanta. The staff was terrific from the front desk to Tonya in the restaurant. The meeting space was ideal for our size of group and the elevators kept up with the demand which doesn't always happen. When we broke for meals extra staff was always ready to serve. March 1, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Pet Friendly Pool was unsupervised. It seemed at 1 point like local family's were bringing there kids to go swimming at a nice indoor pool. Also the kids should not be allowed in the Jacuzzi. There also seemed to be a lack of security if any. People could freely come and go through the front door and Lobby unchecked. March 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Home Away from Home The staff at this hotel was fantastic. Everyone from the check-in staff to everyone at Fandangles was incredible. The staff went above and beyond on every occassion (everyone from Sherri, Cheiwat, Dewie, Tony, and Nicole at fandangles) to checkin staff was amazing (I dont think I can stress that enough).
