My husband and I have had a wonderful two nights here at Atlanta Sheraton. The SPG floor was so nice. We had our own FABULOUS lounge on our floor that could not have been more lovely. Breakfast was so nice. They thought of everything! Miss Shirley and Erica greeted us both mornings with such a warm welcome. So enjoyed their positive sunny despositions. BTW-our bed was incredibly comfortable!! Loved our stay!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Davis2 Overnight valet guy
The overnight valet guy was the first person we encountered....when we arrive with ketchup spatter over our rental car...he gave us one towel where we had to travel back and forth to the lobby restroom for a water source...wasn't really helpful at all.I asked for another towel and I was told no...and overnight security act like he was too busy reading to be nice to give me directions..only person that started to change my trip around was the front desk agent who check us in... smooth transition for rest of my stay wish I could remember his name..

Rated 4 out of 5 by 1NTS Spent a week
I spent a week at this hotel, attending a conference. The location is good, not far from lots of restaurants on Peachtree, not a great place to walk by yourself at night though. The in-hotel restaurant was surprisingly good as were the other in-house food facilities. The meeting rooms were quite comfortable though cold (why are all conference centers kept at refrigerator temperatures?). The staff I interacted with were excellent on the whole with a few exceptions. There were some days that our room was not made up, despite our asking for it to be. On the last day, when I needed to get to the airport, I asked one of the doormen about the cost of Uber compared to taking a taxi. I was thinking of walking to the nearby Metro stop but was curious about the cost of a ride. The doorman told me Uber was a little cheaper than a taxi and would be less than $20. He said he would arrange for a car that would be the same price as Uber. The driver he arranged for arrived ahead of time. He was delightful and I enjoyed the ride but I was taken aback when, at the airport, he charged me $40. The Metro is about $2.50 so I was splurging with Uber. To be charged more than twice that was shocking. I got the impression this was an arrangement between the doorman and the driver. Not happy about that at all.

I had a great stay a few weeks back for the NEI conference. Bedding was especially comfortable. I am interested in the pillows. There were two pillows on the bed that were exceptional and would like to buy a pair of these. They had a Downlite tag on them. Need more info, in order to buy. Room 930.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Dadof9 Needs some improvement
I attended a conference at Sheraton Atlanta. Nice hotel for sure. But the street noise by my room was very loud. Also the hallway quiet time was never observed. There was incessant talking most of the night throughout the hallways and it was very loud nightly. Also, at the bar and restaurant (I can't remember the name of the place) "longest bar in Atlanta" was the place. We were seated(7 of us) by the greeter but were never served. We actually had to leave and find another restaurant because no one ever came to take our order. The restaurant was busy but it was odd that we never received any service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dlnbanker Jeffrey Rocks!
Tonight, I met Jeffrey in the Club Level. I was staying literally in the room next door and he saw that my key did not work in the Club.. He immediately and without my asking jumped to action. He let me in the club, made sure I was settled in, helped a couple other people and came back and told me he was going back downstairs to resolve the issue with my key. He returned shortly with new keys, tested and traded out. Jeffrey had no reason to know that I travel 60+ nights a year. I have not spent much time in Sheraton's for some time. I have been paying a premium price for premium brand competitors. Based on the service on this visit, Sheraton will no only get much more business, but I will look for this specific conference hotel for my next event in ATL.
