Rated 2 out of 5 by Trying Situations When we arrived front desk rep was wonderful. However went I visited the gift shop and the cashier attitude was HORRIBLE! The bellmen and valet were extremely nice and professional. The first room we had was horrible it smelled molded and it was stains on the ceiling. We we moved almost instantly however the new room was a bit nicer and cleaner but it was hairs all over the sheets of the second bed and the shower tile was filthy. I was disappointed because I had very high expectations of the Sheraton. Myself and staff was also anger by the fact our rooms were paid in advance by our company but we were still made to pay a 50.00 incidental fee in which the company could have paid this if they were told when making the reservation. And finally did not like the bill to the room process because it was not communicated at all that more is held out of your bank account than the actual purchase. Hopefully updates are coming to the hotel within the rooms and the staff will better communicate to its guest regarding various policies. It wasn't a horrible stay and I would recommend the hotel if it's for a conference or something downtown because of location. December 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Responsive attentive staff I was given a handicapped room which I am in comfortable in and the staff quickly found me another room which was actually an upgrade with breakfast included! Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent in every way I have stayed here numerous times this year and have found this to be one of the best run hotels . The staff are all friendly, professional and helpful. The facilities are terrific, and provide everything you need. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone going to Atlanta for business or pleasure. A real gem of a hotel. December 2, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by One of my favorite places! I have stayed here on business travel over the past several years, and this hotel and its staff just keep getting better and better. From the friendly and attentive staff in the hotel and restaurants and bar, to the comfortable rooms, to the great workout facility and awesome indoor swimming pool and hot tub in a beautiful, natural atrium environment with retractable roof to bring in the outside when appropriate. A great place for business or leisure. My colleagues and I love it! You'll love it, too! And, the high quality of the food and beverages at Fandangles inside the hotel is a real treat. Rated 4 out of 5 by friendly staff, small rooms This hotel is very good, great features and very friendly staff. The only downside is the size of the rooms. We stayed in the south tower and the rooms are so tiny. The bathroom is very small. I literally tripped over the toilet getting out of the shower. There is no space there at all. Two people can not use the bathroom mirror at the same time. The Club Lounge is great, we spent our time in there because the room was so small. Restaurant service very slow. i had to find the waiter to take my payment so I could leave. November 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Incredible staff at a conference hotel! Often conference hotels focus on the conference and not on the people attending - this hotel was different. It started with my check-in where they were quick and professional to get me checked in and to my room. As I opened the door to my room, I realized that the front desk had recognized my SPG level and had provided me an incredible room that was impeccably set up. There was even a welcome note and banana bread! The lounge on the 5th floor was a great respite from the many people and the guest services person in the lounge, Starr, was the best at ensuring there were snacks and beverages always ready. Rated 3 out of 5 by Needs Improvement The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The renovations were a bit of an inconvenience and our room was so far away from the lobby elevator. The layout of the hotel was not accommodating. The room we were located in was next to a street or a dumpster / construction site which wasn't so pleasant. On Friday night, I guess people were checking in for a class reunion and was loud for a couple of hours until late night, didn't complain and just waited until it dialed down. Missed the convenience of shuttle services like other hotels. Shuttle that did run only ran a few times. October 7, 2014
