I had a good stay. I had to ask for towel replacement two times before they brought them. Other than thatn, the stay was enjoyable. Staff was friendly.

Didn't relaize until I returned home but Valet scraped my front bumper. I wondered why they were not helpful getting all of my bags in my car.....

It was ok for one night. Wifi should not have to cost extra. Hall lights very bright and shown through the cracks of the door during the night.

Great place to stay for marathon weekend.
Only problem was nosie guests in hallways at night. They were with some comic book club weekend.

Normally when I travel, I have a hard time sleeping all night. During my recent stay, I slept like a baby. How nice to wake up feel refreshed.

Water was only warm in the shower. I called twice to get it fixed but it never happened. Water from the sink was much hotter than the shower.

This hotel is downtown, and there are many great places to eat close by. There is a great sports bar right in the hotel with very good food.

We were there for a conference and the hotel and staff were friendly and met the needs. When an issue arose they were quick to resolve it.

Was at the hotel for a conference. Room was great. We had a dinner that the hotel provided the food for and was very unhappy with it.

Meeting rooms for conference adequate. Hotel elevators very slow and confused. Sometimes missed floors and buttons did not light up.

The hotel was excellent for a concert at the BJCC. Parked vehicle and never had to leave the hotel. Will definately stay here again.

Arriiived for checkin at noon. The clerk said that there were no roomss clean so we couldn't check in. I had booked a balcony and he assured me there would be no problem if I waited until after my meeting to check in.
When I returned around 5pm, the clerk calls me to the counter and walks off. The lady sharing the desk ignored I was there. When she returned, she informs me that all the balcony rooms are filled. I was surprised that the room between the stairs and utility closet wasn't too bad.
The next morning we had about half hour to eat before our meeting. We are seated and 15 minutes later leave because we still haven't been waited on. The hostess is flirting with the waiters on the one side and there is one waitress trying to wait on all the tables. At 25.50 per person plus tax and tip they may have done me a favor.
The next morning room service wants to clean our room at 830, better than a wake up call...
We have to stay three times a year, but I'm wondering how much convienence is costing me, because there is a fee for every ammenity.
I was so glad I didn't "go green" and turn down housekeeping. I guess I paid for clean towels the second day...

Hotel did not supply refrigerator or microwave. Just visited hotels in Mississippi and at $99.00 a night supplied both appliances.

I chose this hotel because when I stayed there in the past it was enjoyable,however.this time it was awful.After sitting in the street for 30 min.waiting to pull in to the front/valet area,I had to stand in line for 2 and a half ours in the lobby just to check in.Upon check in I realized they had the wrong check out date even though I contacted the personally a few days before to make sure it was correct. When I finally got checked in and headed to the room ,there was a 20 min.wait for an elevator because only one was working.Being on the 12th floor stairs with luggage was not an option. The room must have had construction to the ceiling because the dust and dirt were still in the floor and the chunks of debris were in the restroom trash.There was no hot water,when I called front desk I was told I wasn't only one without it.When I went down to correct the dates(due to the back up I was asked to come back the next day) They wanted me to pay all the deposits and a differant rate than I was given when I reserved the dates prior to arrival. Needless to say,I left and didn't stay there .I was VERY disappointed in a hotel I once would have recomended,but not anymore.
