We are a company that had (5) guest rooms at the hotel. Despite having a credit card on file for room and tax charges, my guest was charged the entire amount to her personal credit card. It has taken me (5) PHONE CALLS and my own time and energy to get this bill reversed. I guess leaving a message with information and a phone number numerous times is IGNORED at this hotel. You can guarantee that we will not return with our business. YOu may thank Kimerlin or Kimberly in your accounting office for her lack of personal service and follow through for the lost business in the future.

Have stayed here numerous times and enjoy the facilities. This time we experienced a sewer gas odor in our room upon returning at night. Asked housekeeping, who was in the hallway at the time, if any of the other surrounding rooms had the same issue. She came into the room and verified the odor and told me I could call down to the front desk. We were much to tired wait for someone to resolve the issue so we just tolerated the smell for the night.

I was in Birmingham for a conference, without a car available, so all I had to see was local attractions, which were non-existant.

very impressive and helpful staff.....great room and comfort....$20 plus for breakfast was about twice a reasonable price...was good I will admit.
Small conference rooms not well souindproofed...could not hear my presentation but heard the one in adjoining conference all too well.

My shower was consistently cold everyday no matter what time I used it. Also this facility has limited places to dine and the cost is through the roof! I paid 10 for oatmeal????? I would say this facility needs to drastically revamp the customer experience with its dining and the in room amenities. Also the shuttel service was a joke I waited in the parking lot in the van while the driver curtis visited with other employees outside, then on the drive complained about having to bring us to a restaurant...
This hotel is no longer on my list of places to stay in Birmingham...

Hotel accommodations and staff were fine. Almost everyone in our group had a bad experience in your restaurant-they felt taken advantage of, or even hi-jacked by the prices. I ordered individual items because I didn't want the buffet-got scrambled eggs -paid $3. Next day I got 1 egg, toast, bacon and small milk-charged $16.50-$5 for small milk, $6.50 for bacon, etc. I'll never eat in a Sheraton Hotel again.
