The hotel is suitably located to several amenities and restaurants especially to travellers without own transport. The room prices are comparable with similar hotels.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton. I can say that the customer service here is beyond amazing. From check in to check out, my every need was met. Most of all the valet guys were excellent. No matter what the request was, they found a way to accommodate my needs. Not sure what you guys are putting in the water down there but keep it up!

We stay in this hotel every time we come to Florida. We particularly enjoy the pool area. It is good value for the money!

I used to stay here regularyly and was looking forwards to my return. It is renovated..for the worse. New parking charges,nowhere to park for check-in (I had to park illegally).No SPG Platinum regognition. Forced to wait in a line 25 minutes for check-in and when I asked why Platinums have no line was told, "We treat everyone the same." huh.Room had bunk beds!!! For all you buinsiness tavelers and folks who travel, child-free, this was just stupid. New pool is pretty but service awful. Ignored by staff even though I was the only one at the grill.I asked for late check out but maid ignored DND sign and disturbbed me anyway. Management refused to help. Won't be back.

I drove up here from South Florida because I was running the Disney Princess half-marathon. I was greeted at the door because I had the dog. Bard is an English bulldog and is very sociable. As soon as the lobby staff started to pay attention to him, the ham was off and running. Check-in was seamless as always and my status was recognized. I got an upgrade which was wonderful considering how crowded the hotel was. I got help up to the room because Bard's crate is heavy which was great. The front desk staff advised me to speak with the valets and bell hops to make sure Bard was walked which I did the next day. They pretty much fought over who was going to walk the dog first!
I got back from a busy day at the park to find Bard completely passed out in his crate. The valets had him out most of the afternoon and I gather the office staff pitched in as well.
The morning of the race, the front desk staff was nice enough to take pictures of me and my best friend in our outfits. They assured me someone would walk the dog so I didn't have to worry about hurrying back from the race.
I got back from the half-marathon and even though the restaurant was closed for breakfast, someone from the front desk raced in to ask the chef for one more breakfast since I had run the race. Best post race meal in a while.
While the parking is a bit tight and sometimes the pool gets rowdy at night, I love this hotel. I travel 10 - 11 months a year and know that a hotel is defined by its people and its service. Looking forward to coming back in December!

Love the new look of this hotel bright clean and very relaxing. My check in was awesome the young lady who helped me was so helpful and courteous I wish I had remembered her name.
Anyway service was great my only pet peeve was the low flow showers and shower handle.
