This complex feels and looks every bit of it's advanced age. The building is dingy, rooms are dark, and have a "never quite clean" feeling to them.

The room AC was very noisy making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the facility was clean and well maintained. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Air condition is very noisy and does not cool during day time, elevators old, not clean and
their waiting loby is very poor with broken doors.

We highly recommend this hotel. The pool is great, you can even watch a movie while you are in the pool area. We are certainly returning soon.

The hotel has 2 big pools with 2 jacuzzi's,beautiful lounging chairs with a beautiful funky mini bar and nice fireplace.Really nice resort.

We were very happy with this hotel this is our second stay as a family. This will most likely become our go to hotel in the Disney area.

Hotel did not meet Disney travel needs. A lot of areas needed to be addressed and updated. Staff was very nice but not well trained.

Right by downtown Disney, less Han 10 minutes to Seaworld and Universal. Clean hotel, great staff and the kids loved the pool.

Staff ( front desk, manager ) are too busy to help. Consieergers are too busy try to make you go to buy timeshare.

After requesting early check-in when I made these reservations in Aug. I was told that every effort would be made to accomodate this request. Well upon arrival Oct 18th, at 12:30pm we were told that not only could they not accomodate early check-in but that it would probably be no earlier than the normal 3pm check-in. We were not offered any resolution to this inconvience such as "let us take your bags for you" or " you may change in a changing area and use the pool if you wish". We decided to leave the hotel with a promise from the front desk agent to call my cell # when the romm is ready. We are still waiting for that calll!! We came back at 3pm and were told that the room is still not ready! We went to the pool to ?relax? and at 4pm I could'nt take any more "relaxing" so I went in to complain to the manager. The desk clerk said our room was ready and gave me the key-cards. I cut my losses and just walked away. Not a good way to start what was supposed to be a wonderful Conference that weekend. It clouded the rest of our stay with you. When housekeeping can't keep up with demand then its evident management is the responsible party. There are ways to aviod this kind of treatment.
