This letter is being written to you to commend you and your staff for the service, courtesy and thoughtfulness shown to my wife and I during our recent stay at you resort. We had the privilege to stay during the weekend of May 3 & 4, 2014.
The great service began with Mike as the original contact when we pulled into driveway, carried over to Becky at the reception desk, and onto to the maintenance person that came to our room to correct a lamp that would not come on. I am sorry but I don’t remember his name except that it started with a “A”. We stayed in room 1510 and it was SPOTLESS!! My wife is very particular that way and you should be very proud of the way your staff represents your resort.
Everyone I met during our stay showed nothing but the utmost in service and considerations. You and your staff should be proud of the way your service business gets a 5 Star ***** rating with my family and me.

We had stayed at this property before, when it was the Sheraton Safari. What a transformation! Gorgeous, clean, well designed, good interior room lighting and very comfortable beds. I liked that the sink area was separate from the bath/ toilet area. Having a pet in the room is very important to us, so we very much appreciated the hotels pet cooperation policy. We'll be back.

Only one elevator was working, had to use the stairs to go up and down ALL the time. Did not receive coffee for my second night.
Room faced the pool, very noisy, I can not understand why the loud music?
At check in there was a pair of someone else's shorts in the chair in the balcony.
.Did not enjoy at all.

I am very upset and angry, I couldn't sleep one night before my flight. A Lesbian congress was in place and the women hadn't respect of other people. I called to reception and the first time didn't take action, until my third call. Also I continue waiting contact for the Manager.

This hotel is very nice, the room seemed dated but was clean upon check in (I did have to ask a maid to come in and vacuum chips on the inner side of the bunk beds from the previous occupant, gross but easy to miss). The pool was great and made the trip for my kids. I was disappointed in the timeliness of the maid service (I requested service to my room at 3:30, they finally came at 6:30 and disrupted our evening). I did complain at the desk at this point and was given a drink voucher. I ordered a glass of wine and was told the voucher wasn't good for what I had ordered. What bothered me most was the blank sort of look that I got from the front desk and bartender, I felt ignored and as if they really didn't care. They probably didn't but it is their job to act like they do.
Overall, a decent hotel, I'd go back because my kids had fun and I'd like to think the service would be more like what I'm used to from Starwood hotels the next time.

excellent work on the remodeling project. Big change from my last stay. My family was impressed and would like to come back. I hope you maintain the facilities or continue improving. Does not like the fact you allow dogs or pets that can cause bad odors and damage carpets. I love pets but I do not agree they belong at this newly renovated resort.

My girlfriend and I spent her birthday week at the sheraton to visit disney . Stay was very pleasant . Had breakfast every morning at the restaurant , Dennis, took great care and was friendly to us every day. The bellmen/valet guys were all nice and helpful with getting cabs or whatever we needed . We would return for future visits . Thanks!

I've been visiting this hotel last 2 years for working purposes and last 4 months the internet connection has been the worst that I've seen in Orlando's hotels, it was down completely 4 different days from the 12 days I stayed there. Staff says "We are working on that" last couple of months and they never fix anything.

Dirt and food in the hallways, AC was noisy and failed to keep it cool enough, AC filters were filthy and i cleaned them, toilet dispenser falling off the wall, internet connection was difficult and was down for over 4 hrs, and finally elevator bumped, stalled, and was very loud. Personnel were not well equipped to answer questions.

Amazing staff! Favorite are Marianna, Krystan, Jason, Oscar, Ivanna, Katie, Jonathan, Cody & Brenda
They go over and beyond to meet any and all our needs. We keep planning new trips to Sheraton LBV each time we return and always look forward to the next time we visit. We feel the hotel is like home and the staff is like family.

I found everyone at this hotel to be extremely friendly and efficient from the people at the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurant for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the location excellent. Each and every member of the Sheraton staff made my husband and I feel special and welcome. We will return again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Location is close to Disney and other sites. One surprise - the usual credit card hold was extended to a second night because I bought a glass of wine at the bar and put it on my room tab. Had I known, i would have paid cash for the wine. Lesson learned.

The entire staff at this Sheraton goes ALL out in making the guest feel comfortable and welcome. From the boys out front to the reservation clerks to Louis in security, everyone did an amazing job for me and my guests. Special Thanks to Liz, Chef, AJ, Grace, and Mark..We will be back soon

Even with the recent remodel, the rooms still feel somewhat dated. However, the staff consistently is extremely pleasant and exceeds expectations. Third stay in a year and will be back. Pool area remodel is excellent and very good gold recognition. Highly recommended - even if only for a night.

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Great customer Service and the rooms where in great condition. I loved the view from the room. The breakfest was dilicious also the attendents were Great very polite and Friendly. I would definitly choose this hotel/suites For my next stay in Orlando. ;)

Excellent location - close to Disney attractions, Sea-World, and Universal Studios. There are many restaurants and fast-food places nearby (e.g. Pizza Hut, Olive Garden, Chinese restaurants, UNO, KFC, McDonald, Subway and many more).
Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly.

From the time we checked in everything was great. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Gary at the pool was the best!!! Our expectations were exceeded. The pool area couldn't have been better. The location was also perfect and rooms were very clean. We can't wait to come back!

The pool area is fantastic! the staff is very pleasant. very well air conditioned. great views and balcony in every room. staff so friendly they don't know what to do with you. its a great location- near disney theme parks ! we didnt want to leave! i recommend this hotel to everyone!

This hotel is in a great location. It is broken into 4 different buildings. Ask to be in one or 2. Building 3 is in the back with no view. It is dark and unwelcoming at night. The entrance to the actual building you stay in is unattractive and dreary. The room was average except for the fact when i opened the door to my room i walk into a sink. The sink and mirror are right there when you walk in. The tub and toilet are separate. You need to walk out of the bathroom to wash your hands or groom yourself. Uncomfortable if you were sharing a room. Balcony is tiny.and there is no view. The air conditioner is so loud it keeps you from sleeping. Almost as loud as a washing machine. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Coffee and water there every day. Be aware of the daily $10 surcharge and $10 parking fee. These are not negotiable and should be considered when getting a rate. Close to all shopping and restaurants as well as relatively close to Disney. Hotel was average and not what i had hoped from Sheraton.

It was fabulous!! Everything you are looking for when traveling to the Orlando area or Disney World!! It is a great place for the family, being 1 mile from Downtown Disney and having a great pool area! The grounds were well maintained, orderly and secure. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and well decorated. The amenities were also great, having 2 large pools, a water slide, and, of course, the pool side bar!!
The staff was outstanding!! All being accommodating and courteous!!
Sean McG., specifically, provided unparalleled customer service by accommodating our group of 40, unexpectedly, and without notice, during the peak of Orlando's Summer travel season. He should be commended for his proficiencies, as he listened, provided knowledgeable feedback, offered options and added services, maintained a professional attitude and demeanor, while quickly providing an acceptable solution, thus solidifying the Starwood Brands as our groups place of choice from now on!!

we have stayed many times at this property & LOVE the renovations. the rooms, lobby, & pool areas are great. staff was very helpful, but the maid was quite a pest--started knocking on our door at 9am, knocked 3 times before we checked out at 1130. loved everything else!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. It was the perfect size. The service was great. Friendly and professional. We wanted a tropical setting and it was perfect. The music at the pool was just right. THANK YOU. Look forward to coming back next year.

Sheraton has revamped this property to put it on par as s true resort with reasonable prices. The pool grounds are amazing from very unique reasonable priced private cabanas with unique added fan tv food and beverage options all at an extreme reasonable price. Their customer service is over the top. They cannot do enough for you. I felt spoiled on my2 night getaway from chicago cold. The pool menu is priced right so you dont feel like you need to leave to avoid standard hotel foodprices. You.have awesome priced right options. Details from super comfy beds to relaxing rooms and a balcony all contribute to a relaxing stay. You will want to return to this resort. Location....location....location....is simply on point. Come and try it...I trust you won't be let down. Save room for breakfast...awesome buffet...priced ok but worth it. Thae staff of this hotel is 5star. Dc..chicago and spg member. The hotel was convient to all Disney facilities without the higher cost for most hotels "on property". Complimentary transportation was available but on a very limited schedule which made planning harder. Pools were fun for the kids and room service was great.

I've recently stayed at this hotel in the past and was completely satisfied. However, this stay was so disappointing that I will no longer recommend that anyone stay here again.
First I checked in and was met by a rude clerk with a snotty attitude. I asked why you have a resort fee. Your hotel is no resort! It's located next to a very busy street with no grounds. the resort fee is ridiculous! Now, you've added a $10.95 per night parking fee. The only thing that you're doing is protecting your customers' cars. That's an unpleasant , unjustified new fee on a mediocre hotel. The heavenly beds are usually heavenly...this time I checked to see if there was a mattress pad because it didn't feel the same as my last visit. There was no mattress pad on the bed. What a difference in quality of sleep. Someone there got the bright idea to start charging ridiculous fees for nothing. If I want to pay "resort fees and parking fees" I'll stay in a resort, not in a mediocre hotel. I stay in hotels approx 35- 40 nights a year, so I do know the difference!

the hotel was great and the staff was excellent was very helpful. we found that the ac unit was very loud. also the heat water in the shower took a long time to get hot. but overall the hotel was great again the staff and the maid service did a great job.

I'm not exactly certain if some of the sheets were washed in our room. We like the your Sheraton and plan to come back in the Summer, but I will choose another location if the price is identical simply based on the experience of the odorous sheets. thanks

The new renovations of this hotel is lovely. The staff was very friendly & accommodating to all our needs & questions .
The price for parking is ridiculous, as well as the spa fee. The place looks great but i still wouldn't call it a spa resort.
