Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton on the Hudson This hotel is nicely situated in New Jersey across from the big city. It is quiet, clean and comfortable and the rates are reasonable. Great for couples and families. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. It is a 10 minute boat ride from New York City. April 25, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very Convenient, but a few issues Very nice staff and a very convenient hotel. Got charged for the $4 water (which we didn't take) three times-- very obnoxious. Parking is also a ripoff. Convenient access to both bus and ferry. Hotel sells ferry tickets- very helpful. Rooms were cleaned well. Was not happy that we had to wait an hour because the room was not ready at the agreed upon check-in time. April 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient quality This hotel is so conveniently located to Hobeken and NYC. Staff was welcoming and helpful with directions and touristy type questions. The room was very nice. The bed linens were bleached to the extent that the smell stayed in my pajamas. That can be a good and bad thing. The hotel was pet friendly and liberal with their use of parking lot time. Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel was absolutely wonderful My husband and myself are going to see a show on broadway possibly every other month and we planned on staying at the Sheraton and hopefully requesting our favorite and best room we feel 1003. With its beautiful panoramic view it was spectacular. It made me appreciate NYC. April 16, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great getaway weekend I planned a romantic getaway weekend, and this Sheraton fit the bill nicely. Easy access to the ferry to Manhattan, made it all the more better, as we were seeing a Broadway show. The staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to make sure our stay went well. Rated 3 out of 5 by BathRoom Issue The water coming from shower spray is too small and you cannot enjoy many water until you switch to most heat direction. But it is gonna burn your skins. Others are okay. The bathroom issue in my room of 10 floor made me really uncomfortable. April 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is very nice. This was a great stay at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel. I knew we were across the Hudson from NYC, but actually being there and seeing it was amazing. We could of not asked for a better weekend. Everything from transportion and restaurants was right there or minutes from the front door. We will be using the Hotel for future stays. April 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Courteous and Efficient Staff After a long day and ride from South Jersey' the young lady working the front desk on Friday 3/28 at 8 pm was friendly and efficient, allowing me get to my room quickly. On Sunday 3/30 Omar, working the lobby, helped me find the right 8 am water taxi. He prevented me from missing a very important meeting. My room was immaculate. Thanks to all. Trish A. April 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfy, comfy Loved the room size. Great sitting/ TV area seperate from the sleeping area. Comfy bed and nicely updated bathroom. Incredible view of the city. Peaceful private and a great get away. Staff consistently friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay. This will definately be our 'go to' place to stay when we are visiting NYC. The restaurant on site are not well managed. Staff have no passsion, layback, shows a lot of careless; Business hours are not followed. Staff seems not enjoy working there. April 1, 2014

The views of of the city and sky line is second to none. Great location with great restaurants and stores to shops easy access to parking. March 31, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by What a nice view, of the building next door. Upon check in for a 3 night stay, I was informed (after a 5 minute wait) the room I booked was unavailable. Front desk offered me free continental breakfast...and informed me the manager would call me the next day - perhaps to find a room or lower my rate. That never happened. The room I check into had every light on? Nine in total? As a LEED certified hotel, this seems pretty ignorant. Nice gym area, breakfast was good and fast. Hotel staff was friendly; as were some of the restaurant staff. This is an excellent location for working in the city travelling by ferry. The view is spectacular; just don't book a room with a view - you may not get it. March 31, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Just OK Room was dirty upon arrival. long hairs on counter in bathrrom, trash full, dirty coffee cup, crumbs. Called the front desk to complain, left for dinner. Upon return there was a fruit basket left but room was still not cleaned. Called again, then it was taken care of. At another room (booked two) my colleague displayed his do not disturb sign yet room was entered and partially cleaned (TV straightened, remote moved, trash emptied, nothing else). Not appropriate to enter room when sign is displayed. March 24, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very surprised I highly recommend this hotel. The room was very clean with all the standard modern amenities and had an amazing view of Manhattan. The front desk staff was very attentive, polite and helpful. The hotel restaurant had a great Italian menu selection that was absolutely delicious and not very pricey. The parking is reasonable for $25 a night and very easily accesible if you are going to be driving in and out during your stay. A ferry into NYC is available right across the street. A++ overall. Rated 2 out of 5 by Staff needs comprehensive training First, Masina restaurant Is only very average. Breakfast is the best bet. Stay away for dinner. Check in is vey slow. No status recognition from anyone. Television channels are very limited you can't even watch Regular CNN here. Beds are uncomfortable and it seems like the mattresses have never been flipped. I stay at the property every month as my office is across the street and I have never been welcomed back once. It's as though I am always a new guest here. Rated 3 out of 5 by Extremely disappointing lounge Paying extra to stay on club level was a mistake. I have never seen such a poor example of a club lounge in a Starwood property - a very small room with very little seating and what was there was not inviting. It didn't matter cause there were few people there. Honor bar had 2 choices of very cheap wine and some beers. 3 small plates set out - one was empty, the other two had 3 or 4 pieces of something that I honestly couldn't identify. The next morning's breakfast was just as bad - some squishy white bread next to a toaster and some uninviting looking pastries. I did take an orange and went back to the coffee maker in my room. Also, put television on and could not access any onscreen guide. Called "customer relations" on room phone - rang 2 minutes without any answer. Called again a few minutes later and asked about tv and was given a vague explanation about their carrier and why there was no access to onscreen guide. Worthless. February 26, 2014
