OVERALL IMPRESSION: Nothing terribly wrong with this place (except WiFi, see below) but - except for very attentive service - also very little to find memorable. I was told by a member of staff that this is the smallest Sheraton in the network and it showed - it was pared down of all the usual bells and whistles - tiny Reception, virtually no lobby to speak of, narrow hallways, small rooms.
SPG RECOGNITION: Great. Upgrade to Junior Suite and lovely in-room amenity. No Club Lounge but Buffet Breakfast offered on a complimentary basis in the ground-floor Jardin de Suisse Restaurant.
THE ROOM: A nicely furnished Junior Suite but smaller than a standard double in most Sheraton properties. Miniscule bathroom with a single tiny sink.
LOCATION: In the central business district but not premium. Tram stops nearby connect to the station.
EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS: As well as my preferred sparkling mineral water and a lovely bottle of Prosecco, there was a menu card inviting me to order one of three great snack options at my leisure. This came in very handy and was a wonderful green garlic terrine and smoked salmon with crusty bread.
DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS: For a hotel which I would imagine deals almost exclusively with business people, it is hard to believe there is no WiFi available in the rooms! As a Platinum, I was invited to use the cable but IT DID NOT WORK. I even changed rooms in the urgency to get some work done and it still didn’t work. The very kind reception clerk finally offered my a voucher to use on the independent WiFi provider available in the rooms but (although she said it was for 3 hours) it had only 30 minutes validity.

We stayed several nights and thoroughly enjoyed this lovely, sophisticated hotel matched by equally lovely and sophisticated staff. The rooms are spacious, high tech and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful as is the lovely lady assisting in the dining room. The hotel is very close to the lake in a quiet street. The hotel treats SPG guests above expectations and is generous in providing free intenet in the foyer to all guests.

I have only been able to stay once, but it was probably my favorite Sheraton in Europe. According to the front desk it is the smallest Sheraton in the world. It feels like a boutique hotel. The service was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a large room that was very tastefully decorated. The location is very central.

Wonderful staff - from a very warm welcome at reception to the staff at the restaurant and the bar. The food at the restaurant was the best I've had at a Sheraton anywheres. Great location with short walk to Lake and shopping area
Only drawback was cost, but I suspect that it may have been reasonable for Zurich.

I recently had the pleasure of speniding a single night here, and it was enough to convince me this is probably the best Sheraton ever. It is a small boutique hotel, with small but very comfortable rooms, high quality fixtures as you would expect of any good place in Switzerland.
The location is excellent for business or leisure, being a couple of blocks from the lake and a 15 minute stroll to Paradeplatz. Service is faultless. As a Platinum I got upgraded to a larger room, given a welcome drink at the bar, a choice of snacks delivered via room service, free breakfast in addition to the amenity points.
My only (small) negative comments were the breakfast is nothing to write home about, and given the very high price I would not have opted to take it, and the fact that in room wireless internet is not complimentary for Platinums (although free for everyone at the lobby). These are very minor complaints considering how overwhelmingly nice my stay has been, and I will definitely stay here again.

I was very happy with the Hotel Sheraton Zuerich Neues Schloss. The staff was extremely accommodating helpful, and extremely efficient and friendly. The room perfect, the ambience superb. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

I came back one day to find water pouring out of the ceiling of the bathroom into the sink, went downstairs to tell the front desk, came back, and it had been cleaned up, sort of.
The internet situation was pretty bad, no signal in the rooms even on the pricey paid one, and in the lobby even with full signal it was incredibly slow.
I had a mystery breakfast charge for $40 on my bill I noticed after I checked out, I had never eaten breakfast. I emailed the location and never got a response.
Overall, I was expecting a bit better maintenance in the room, one of the outlets fell through when I used it, and there were obviously water issues.
