Rated 5 out of 5 by nickel14 this hotel has an excellant staff
Husband had a health emergency requiring calling 911 at 9pm. Staff was most accommodating that night and all days afterward. We had to extend our stay 2 additional nights.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PasadenaTrip2014 Great facility; extras pricey
I had a very comfortable and relaxing experience with this hotel. I truly appreciated the 'Go Green' Program which allowed you to deny linen service and earn $5 vouchers towards the restaurant/room service. I believed the food to be somewhat overpriced, but the voucher program helped with that. Also, parking is expensive, so be prepared ($18/night self-park) Highly recommended hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful walking distance to Old Pasadena.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kaets64 Conveniently adjacent to Civic Center
My stay with Sheraton Pasadena was to attend my daughter's wedding which was held at the Gold Room in the Civic Auditorium and her reception at the Ballroom there also. I'm impressed with the convenience of being able to get ready for the event in the comfort of my room, then just walk the short distance from there to the wedding location. It was a comfortable stay at the hotel, made better by the convenient location to the Civic Center.

Rated 3 out of 5 by John2 A little tired
We have stayed at the Sheraton Pasadena several times over the years. It is a convenient location when we visit family in Pasadena. However, it seemed a bit tired this time. Our room had frayed carpet, a plumbing access panel (I think that was what it is) that was badly in need of something--paint, replacement?? Hallway carpets need cleaning/replacement.
Our particular room felt like we were part of a jail activity yard--looking out over nothing but empty concrete (room 117).
We will probably return just because of the location, but may look into the Westin next time.
While we used points, I would say that it was worth no more than $150/night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by momi7 Love the Pasadena Sheraton
This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at! The staff, from the front desk, to the maids, to the restaurant and bar staff are fantastic. I always feel at home when I come here. In addition, it's so convenient to the conference I attended next door at the Pasadena Conference Center.

Rated 3 out of 5 by RSVCHI good stay
Overall the hotel is nice. When offered the room i was given information on the location and asked if that location would present an issue (it was near an elevator). This is very much appreciated. On the other hand, I reported a mystery substance that appeared in my second sink everytime i used the primary sink. Staff informed me that maintenance would be notified, but after dealing with it for a couple of days i thought they would be a little more sympathetic. Minor issue to an overall good experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by StarwoodGuest1 It's not the Westin
This building is old and stodgy. It is in great need of updating. Given the price per night, it is not a repeat stay. It seems to be primarily a business hotel in a building that is simply not being cared for or upgraded. The photos on the website are deceiving. I stay exclusively at Starwood properties whenever possible. This should not be considered part of the starwood collection unless it is renovated. I will not stay here again unless it is refurbished.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jrw85018 Weekend in Pasadena
We stay at the Sheraton for convenience and it is near where we use to live in Pasadena. It is a part of the City's convention center and walking distance to old town Pasadena and the Lake Avenue Shops.
