My family travels from Chicago often to see our St. Louis-based family as well as to take care of family business. We are very comfortable at this Sheraton. The staff is cheerful and helpful; the rooms are very comfortable and quiet and the facilities are useful and attractive. Keep up the good work!

Our bed linens were dirty, however houskeeping did come and change them within 15 minutes of our call. Some gesture of goodwill would have been nice.

Business travelers with colleagues need a place to conduct business and the only place to meet your colleagues is in the lobby bar area, however the staff seems to have an issue with iit and turns the music up loud. This has happened several times on multiple trips with different staff. Even as the only occupied table in the middle of the day, your requests to turn the music volume down are ignored. The facilities are great, but they don't understand the business traveller!

The staff was helpful and friendly, but the hotel is not anthing special. Room was just OK, Elevators were slow (only 2) and parking deck was poor. No breakfast that I could see.

I was disappointed that my room's only window looked into the indoor swimming pool and my shower door was broken causing water to spray all over the bathroom when showering. When I informed the staff at check-out about not having a window they just smiled and said oh yeah one of those rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel over 40 times in the last 4 years and I will always stay here. The staff is always pleasant and many of the same faces I came to know 4 years ago are still there. That should be testament enough to the type of hotel it is. The only issue I with the hotel if the Fitness Center. Over the last 6 months one of the three tredmills has been broken. This creates quite the challange as to when to wake up and get to the Fitness Center in time to use one of the remaining two before they are taken. I hope all three are working on my next visit in 3 weeks.

Elevators need upgrading. Very long waits.
Room needs additional chair besides the one desk chair. Preferably a lounge chairs to allow guests to sit and converse.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza in St. Louis. From the prompt and complimentary shuttle pick-up from the airport, to the staff remembering my name, to the club and office set-up, tne Sheraton is my home away from home in St. Louis. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Club level facilities were closed at the weekend - the very time I would have used them. Useful for a breakfast on the run during the week. Did not get a chance to use the great looking swimming pool. Location was convenient for my work at Stanford University.

The hotel itself was fine, nothing special. We decided to eat breakfast at the restaurant (Alexander's). We chose the buffet. The service was awful, even though it was just a buffet. The food was warm at best and the coffee was horrible. Overpriced for what you get!!

Club level room booked but not available when I arrived. Told I was being moved to a nice suite-- it was a simple double room. Asked for a king told the hotel was completely booked. Didn't get what I paid for .... Nor was there an attempt to make it work. Internet in the rooms at the end of the hall are spotty. Mentioned that to the desk-- there were no other rooms. Not the best experience.

Stayed here when we were stranded by Hurricane Sandy from 10/28 -10/31. All staff was very accommodating in not only adding days as needed, but in shuttling us around, storing luggage when hoping to leave. Breakfast and Happy Hour were great as well. We will definitely be back whenever we come back to St Louis.

The location of the hotel was great but hotel itself is dated and the rooms were dirty. Flooring, couches and bathroom tiles had stains. The staff was very kind and did their best to accommodate. If it wasnt for the fact that the hotel was so outdated and room was not very clean, i would recommend this hotel.

The heat was off when I checked in late October. The reception told me that they didn't turn the heat on yet. This is unacceptable. It took them almost a day to turn it on.
The person who brought my breakfast called me after 15 minutes to check on me- I had gone back to bed- this is unacceptable
They didn't provide me housekeeping services although I told them I want housekeeping at the reception.
The whole facility was rundown, they charged me twice for internet for two different devices- they shouldn't have charged us at all!
They charged for parking, which wasn't cool.

Exemplary service from all staff, from arrival to departure. Room was clean, well appointed, very comfortable (great pillows!!). Dinner at Alexander's, food was good, plentiful, reasonably priced, but service not quite up to par.

The hotel itself was nice; however their inability to provide adequate shuttle service was very frustrating. The food in the hotel was sub-standard to say the least.

We found dog or cat hair all over our bed. No where does it state that these are pet hotels. Even if they were, the comforter should be cleaned after every use, especially if you allow animals.

The staff were fine but not overly helpful. I had to park on another block and I don't know if I parked in the right place, so the parking is terrible. We were kept awake till 2:00am by loud guests and the staff did not deal with the problem till I threatened to leave. This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in with doors slamming and you hear everything. I have stayed in campers that have larger bathrooms. It would have been fine for just me but I can sleep in a tent and be comfortable for that matter I wish I had slept in my tent I would have rested. Then breakfast was served till 9:00 now when you don't get to sleep till 2:00 you will not be up by 9:00 so it messed up my entire day. I dare you to post this one as I don't want to be mean and I didn't fuss about it when I left but it really left me with a bad feeling about Sheraton

The hotel was nice but I was disappointed that the bathroom did not have an electrical outlet for my flat Iron. To make it even more challenging there wasn't a mirror outside the bathroom. Was staying at the hotel to attend a conference. The conference attendees are potential customers and I wanted to represent my company looking my best but it was hard to do my hair without a mirror. I hope you do not subject another guest to this challenge. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and they were unable to provide a mirror.

We found that the downtown location offers many areas of interest within walking distance and their complimentary shuttles to and from the airport, the Galleria mall and many local attractions certainly saved us a lot of money since we did not rent a car.

In three day period of time - no one smiled - you staff needs to loosen up. No good morning, questions relative to uprades as an SPG Member were ignored. Non- SPG members, people within our group assigned rooms on SPG floor while members not given priority.
