5 months ,I visited three times.
Excellent every time I visit.
I want to say thanks for korean staff her name is mijung Han.
I was impressed, her expert services and kindness.
And, I will continue to spg family to Sheraton Sapporo wants to remain

It's a bit far from the city center but sometimes, that automatically means its proximity to airport (for this hotel, it takes around 20 minutes by JR).
The female staff, Ms. Han (sorry I cant remember her full name) was pretty smiley and accomodating every time I tried to ask about some info.
But other female staff including one who checked me in (I felt really unpleasant with them, actually) were rather stiff than welcoming and serving with strict words and little smile.
And I got upgraded to nice view room.
Room was very tidy with excellent cleaning.
Everything was good with its location, room condition, relaxing sauna and such things
However, The most uncomfortable thing I was in the whole period of stay was No wifi in room, no even chargeable one. That was irritating.
You need to work on it, really.

Your hotel have many good staff. They are very kind and polite. You have an excellent staff, Ms Junko Nara at Reservation Dept. Nara-san proved to be very efficient and enthusiatic. I've made many email requests and Nara-san offered her help all the times. I think the Management should know that you have such a great staff. Her working attitude make me feel secure and pleasant staying at your hotel.
However, I also have an unpleasant experience. When I came to the front desk on Oct 30 at night asking for help. A lady refused me twice. I insisted, she finally said she would help but do nothing.
I've never met a hotel staff like her! If you need a name, I can give you for improvement.
Another improvement needed is the check-in time. Luckily, I'm a gold member, I didn't wait for too long but it's really the longest queue that I've seen in SPG hotels.

The overall hotel condition looks better than the pictures. The service is totally outstanding, all staffs were very attentive as they explain everything very clear and try to greet all guests all the time. The spa area is nice with lots of hot pool.
The suites upgrade wasn't very nice as it was just a small corner room. No gym, no pool,no sheraton club and far from the center but overall experience was good by the way.

Second visit to this hotel. Being offer to a corner room again. The room is about double the size of normal room which is a plus. The room is equip with moisturiser to prevent the room condition too dry which is another plus.
The down side is the toilet bowl was not equipped with heater which is not so comfortable during winter especially in the morning.
Again the buffet breakfast still not see any improvement. We still need to wait for 10 minutes to wait for the food to be replenish.

This hotel is just a minute walk from Shin-Sapporo Station which is quite convenient to travel around.
The buffet breakfast has limited choices, and if possible please be there earlier, else if you arrived after 9:30 a.m., many food was finish and not replenish. It makes your choices more limited.
