i chose this hotel for its location and its recommendation on trip advisor. no refrigerator in the room! the second day no replenishment of all the towels even though i had opted for full service. the water pressure in the sink was so poor that my husband could not use it for his grooming. coffee, yes, but the cups had no sleeves after the first day. and if you want your guests to recycle then provide 2 waste cans in the sleeping area and 1 in the bathroom. and was the bottled water complimentary? if so, it would have been nice for someone to tell us so.
i know i sound picky but you are charging premium prices without providing premium accommodations.

Expensive staff gave one price for room said only king bed and sofa for 3 of us
when we came back couple hours later at 10:30 PM she gave higher price and said she had double beds she was not very friendly or helpful. We were not informed what was included with room no information in rooms regarding where to get food, had to go downtown to find breakfast. Was not informed that we had fee if we used laptop in room charged 15.00 for one night. Bathroom ran out of paper no extra in room. parking should be included with room ,noisy air conditioning no information how to adjust. Staff except for one front desk personnel was excellent and great location

This hotel is in need of major updating both in the main spaces and the rooms. The showers were stained, with little to no water pressure. The main spaces look outdated and unattractive - there are basically cinderblocks for the atrium walls.
In addition, the hotel is severely understaffed, causing very long waits to check-in and out; there is essentially no concierge or bellman, and house keeping doesn't come until very late in the afternoon.
Lastly, I put my "make a green choice" out every day, but never recieved my vouchers.

The hotel has gone green, so no final bill under your door before you check out. We didn't know that and had to stand in a long line to check out. The room was not ready at 3 pm and had to wait for our room. Requested extra towel and was told there was a limit of 4 per room. The price was too high in my opinion for what we got!

I was charged a higher rate than guests with me. When discussed with front desk staff they informed me that I should have made reservations online. This inconsistency in prices and bad attitudes of staff at the front desk is a poor representation of the Sheraton brand. Also, consistently poor internet connection which interferes with work productivity.

Was disappointed that I didn't get the room requested even though reservation was made several weeks in advance. Can't believe that I had to pay extra for in-room Wi-Fi. ALso can't believe that there was no mini fridge in room. Hotel needs to move into this century with regards to amenities. Much better deals and rooms available at other hotels in area. TV station selections were the pits as well

If we had more time we would have changed rooms or hotels but we did not have time. The room was pretty disgusting. Hotel was very dated especially compared to other Sheratons we have stayed in. It must be a Sheraton issue but the last 5 nights stayed in various Sheraton hotels we have booked a King sized bed and it has not been available. Pretty disappointed with the experience.
