I recently spent eights nights along with my adult son and was thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of my stay.
Housekeeping - Thorough cleaning, and completed room by 10:30 each morning. I've been to numerous hotels where the room wasn't touched until mid-afternoon. Such prompt service was an unexpected treat. Also, upon arrival, I made a special cleaning request, and the staff fulfilled the request within an hour.
Front Desk - The ladies were very friendly and courteous, and on two occasions provided change for large paper bills, always smiling. I guess such service is what one would normally expect, but too often it seems basic niceties and manners are presented by employees as job requirements rather than a natural behavior. The good service provided by the Sheraton staff just seemed to be a genuine desire and came across naturally.
Restaurant - I ordered breakfast on most mornings and was extremely pleased with the presentation of choices, as well as quality of the food. In addition to the scrambled eggs on the buffet, they even offered to specially prepare eggs to order, so I got to enjoy a few eggs over easy each meal. The bacon was regularly sliced; not that razor thin stuff many hotels serve. Sausage was actual sausage links; not those dried checkers served by others. Potatoes were well seasoned, seemingly with a delightful blend of dill, peppers, onions, black pepper, and salt. The fruit and berries were top notch, large and flavorful. The wait staff was friendly, courteous, and aimed to ensure all wants were met. Remember - I ordered the buffet, yet I was treated as if I ordered off a menu. Coffee and juice glasses were refilled promptly as emptied. My only suggestion for this restaurant is to lose those fancy salt and pepper shakers with tiny holes and replace with a cheap practical set with large holes.I like my salt and pepper!
Tavern - The bar on the premises was a treat because of the hot Nashville weather. The bartenders were very knowledgeable of ingredients of specialty cocktails, and did well on each drink ordered.
Overall impression on service - This hotel is obviously focused on pleasing their guests. Any employee, whether it be one you incidentally meet in an elevator or pass by in a hallway always says hello and greets you with a smile. An employee in front of you, always stops to hold the door open.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and look forward to my next visit.

The Fitness facilities fell short of my expectations and are not on par with the rest of the hotel. Cardio equipment is in poor condition - tv's don't work, etc. Also, a staff member told me it was open 24/7 but I found I could not get in just after 3am on Sunday morning - yes I know that is a bit absurd but my flight was early :) Anyway the overall experience was very good - get the gym fixed and you will have a first class hotel. My fiance and I stayed at the hotel for four nights, and we could not even begin to say how wonderful EVERYONE was! From the moment we arrived, to the moment we departed everyone made us feel so welcome. (Even with the 4th of July holiday weekend, and a full hotel)
Valet was so fast, and you could even text to get your car with out having to wait.
Front desk made sure that we were comfortable and ALWAYS followed up when we requested things, (since we had the Make a Green Choice).
Even at checkin we briefly mentioned that it was our anniversary, and next we knew there was champagne in the room, a special thanks to Kyra.
The room was clean, comfortable GREAT VIEW and large.
I couldnt say thank you enough for making our vacation, holiday and anniversary so wonderful!!!! So, again thank you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Barbbog Needs some work
this is my second stay at this property. There has been a lack of customer service since my last stay. During our last stay we were made to feel so welcome. This stay we were like ghosts. We had Club access but were turned away as our name was not on the list. She never even offered to look into it. I was embarrassed so I never returned. I will defiantly look for other accommodations the next time I am in Nashville.

Especially want to recognize the shuttle driver, Charles, who drove us to the "honky tonks" and gave us valuable info on sightseeing. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tresa66 Nice Rooms/Terrible Customer Service
Stayed here this past week for 3 nights and the room and bed was very comfortable. Room A/C not working properly had to have them come fix it twice, housekeeping very attentive and did great job. Customer Service - TERRIBLE... I travel for business 10-14 times a year and only ever experience billing issues and customer service issues at Sheraton. The hotel is nice overall and good location!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Calbeejo Service needs BIG TIME improvement
Great job on the reno. Super comfy rooms. However, the service is lacking big time. I asked for a shaving kit sent to my room. Nothing for 1 hr. Called again said I needed it in 10 minutes. No one showed up. Finally I had to leave. When I got back that night the shaving kit was on my dresser. The whole point was that I needed it before my meeting! The next day I called for a late checkout at 12:30 pm and the gentleman confirmed it was OK. At 12:20 pm I was locked out of my room. Had to re-key.

Rated 2 out of 5 by TerryATL Great place--if you want to be up-charged to death
After checking into this hotel for my second week, I feel as if this is an ala-carte experience at best. Everything that I inquire about has an up-charge. Lounge access, breakfast, parking, etc. why am I even paying an exorbitant nightly rate if it doesn't include anything that I need?
This hotel has a good location and the facilities look in decent shape, but it has a very sterile feel.
I am a Gold Preferred Business and a Lifetime Gold Starwood member, and this is probably the shoddiest customer service that I have experienced at an SPG hotel in many years of business travel. I think that I will move my business to another hotel down the street where I will be appreciated for my loyalty.
