I had big problems with the checkin and checkout. I will never ever stay in this hotel neither I will recommend anyone to do.

This is the first time I vist Jordan and I had a family recommendation to be with Shiraton, really it was an excellent experience. I had a good time and I was happy with the service from all the staff, Reception, Cleaners, security service and Consarge.

We stayed for a week in a premium room with access to Club Lounge. Great service, especially from Club Lounge staff (Asan). Nice outside pool and area. Good/nice selection of food, etc. Would go back again.
