Came during SacAnime. Appreciated the friendliness and cleanliness. Only complaint would be the long elevator wait times during a busy event and no express checkout from the room.

Good sized King room with really comfortable bed. Great location near Capitol. Great value. One small issue - the towels were somewhat hard - not as "soft and fluffy" as expected!

We have stayed here before and like the hotel. However, this time the ice bucket leaked and the bed was not as heavenly as it could have been. I would still recommend the hotel.

The Sheraton Grand was in a perfect location and the staff was very helpful. They made great suggestions on local restaurants and attractions. Our room was very comfortable.

Reserved Deluxe king. First time use of points. Given double beds on check in. Beds were way too small and hard. Backs still hurt 5 days later. No shower cap in bathroom.

Great facility except the beds are not firm enough. Do love the fast elevators, nice showers with oval shower curtains and water that heats up quickly. Thank you!

The suites here are roomy and comfortable. I can't decide how I feel about the automatic curtain in the room. Nice, friendly staff. Walking distance to the train station.

Excellent staff. Phenominal valets. Great location for downtown. Nice, well maintained facility. Better than the others in the downtown area, all of which I have tried.

I do not like the new layout where the cocktail waitress are also now taking care of restaurant guest. The area is now crowded and the service has gotten a lot slower

Everything was fine with a minor exception. My wife forgot hair spray. The front desk was out and there was no where in or very close to the hotel to buy hair spray.

An easy walk to the Capital, Park & Mall. Easy walk to mass transit routes. Plenty of good restaurants int he area. Close to Old Town Sacramento and the River.

Rated 2 out of 5 Never staying at a Sheraton again!
This last weekend I stayed at the Sheraton in Sacramento, CA. I was so disappointed. Because of business and personal reasons, I stay at several hotels during the year. Never have I stayed at a hotel that didn't at least offer a refrigerator in rooms. In places I've stayed, there is usually a refrigerator AND a microwave. Not only that, I brought some sodas to drink back in the room, only to find out that there was not an ice dispenser on my floor. There was one on the 14th and 16th floor, but none on the 15th floor which is where I was at. I was also disappointed that Sheraton CHARGES for internet access and no one told me that there was free internet access in the lobby (I didn't find this out until I checked out). Also, Sheraton is the first hotel that didn't offer FREE continental breakfast. The prices for a simple breakfast were extremely high for what you get. We ended up finding a restaurant outside the hotel that suited us much better.
Will I recommend Sheraton to my friends, business associates or family? No. I've already started telling people of this experience and they too were amazed at what Sheraton DIDN'T offer.

Valet was hit in my rental car and no one had called the rental car company, therefore I had to complete a lot of paperwork when returning the car.

Be prepared to pay $28/day parking; parking is mostly across the street.

The hotel is wonderful in all aspects except their fees for access to the internet. We paid the fee but only one device was able to use the internet.

THe fact that the AC does not stay on is a problem. THe room always becomes warm in the middle of the night. THe non-fitted bed sheets also come off.
