1 On the arrival at one price and at the exit from the card removed another amount. 2 The room is very strong tobacco smell was that when we were evicted we soaked smoke. 3 When leaving went to smoke, I remembered that she had left the phone (less than a 5 minutes). Approached the adminestratoru and said that she had left the phone and I will soon check the plane. to which she replied let can not send a maid. Well, a very long talk on the phone with her maid and called her several times, stood for 20 minutes, and I asked myself go and look. After 25 minutes I was told that no phone, I was told prietom first room that had not yet been removed. So we can say steal right at your nose and rude. Very often come and now the court does not have a desire to stay in this hotel

Overall, the hotel is alright.
Good service for an airport hotel.
Staff is responsive and room was clean and well prepared.
Just 2 comments:
- Smoking room, the smell was unbearable. no windows, so the smells stays and the room tends to smell like an ash-tray.
- Room service prices are shocking. 30e for a burger or for a soup... it's too much, especially that nothing is available around for dinning.

I've stayed at this hotel several times because of its proximity to CDG. Until my recent visit everything has been outstanding. On my recent visit, I found myself standing in water up to my ankles in the shower. It was very unpleasant. Also, I was charged erroneously for a purchase from the convenience bar. The same thing happened last year and I let it go. This time I asked that the bill be corrected and it was done without question.

We stayed at this hotel for one night because our flight was in the next morning. For an airport hotel, I think this is a great one. It's located inside the terminal 2. The room is clean, quiet and spacious and face the airport runway. The bed is comfortable. The food in the club lounge is actually not bad, especially the evening snacks. We experienced how bad the traffic is from Paris to CDG. So if your flight is early in the morning, I strongly recommend this hotel, so you can have a relax sleep.

Stayed here 1 night on Cash+Points after having missed the flight. It's the perfect place if you have an early morning flight and you want to be 15 mins from the gate.
Was impressed by the staff - check in was smooth and quick, check out was even better. Shawon at the FD was super helpful and got us all the details about the flight we needed. Was provided breakfast in the room at 6 am; good Plat recognition - free breakfast, internet.
since I had a really early flight. Impressed with the efficiency and the courteous nature of the staff here -will definitely stay here again.

We arrived from Birmingham UK 23.04.12,to spend a relaxing night at the Sheraton Roissy before departimg to Beirut the next day.
Approaching the hotel lobby we were greeted with an auful din of drums and vuvuzella's.This was apparently a protest by hotel staff on pay negotiations.
This noise was far in excess of safe decibel levels and indeed receprtion staff were wearing ear defenders.This action also meant that the major restaurant was closed.In this day and age one does not expect such hooliganism and the fact that the hotel allow such behaiviour is subject to criticism.

Twin beds not great, not best Starwood type.. Not easy to charge PEDs. Found toenails on carpet/sharp plastic thing. Had to move rooms. Only compensation was some treats sent up. Hotel doesn't upgrade Gold members. Only free wifif (or 19E!!) Bar is very hot. AC is almost ok in room. Bath and location are best features. Food/Bev too expensive. Only one Gold desk. Might return due to SPG pts and location. Otherwise, no.

This was a wonderful surprise! We chose the airport hotel for convenience, but it was so much more! With the runways right outside, we had nothing but delightful silence in our room. The Club Floor is amazing in its offerings: complimentary day-long food, full breakfast, complementary wine and huge assortment of other beverages, a very comfortable setting and wonderful service. The hotel itself is managed exceptionally well with friendly, competent staff and eagerness to please. If ever return to Paris, the Airport Hotel will be our first choice for accommodation.

Upon checking in on my business trip this last week my co-worker and I found our SPG status not to be correct. My co-worker received immediate attention and her status was corrected to Platinum. My status was never rechecked by Reception and she stated that my Gold status must have expired and I no longer had any. I was surprised and told her I just received a new card...that did not seem to make a difference to her. I found my new card and I proceeded back to the reception desk and asked her to change it...she said she changed it but I was charged for Internet .

I have stayed a number of times before but in the past. I noted that there were quite a few negative reviews on Trip Advisor but, as a longtime gold SPG client I did not take this seriously rather continuing to maintain confidence with SPG. Our experience was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and had all the amenities one would need. As a gold member there was no charge for the internet and the reception agent said that they had so many higher level SPG members that they had no availability to upgrade gold but, although I was fine with this, she checked anyway. We did not avail ourselves of any food or beverage services this stay but have done so in the past and found them to be excellent. I would assume this continues.

Was very disappointed in the food/snacks available in the club rooms floor suite. No variety or taste. Buffett breakfast in main dining room was mostly cold...eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc. This should not be for the price of the room which included these amenities.

Had fantastic service from all staff that I interacted with during my brief stay. Only disappointment was that the restaurant and brasserie menus did not offer a wider selection of more reasonably priced food. Even if I had taken the burger it would have cost me EUR 24 even before I added any gratuity and beverage. As a very frequent traveller, I would have preferred a wider choice of more reasonably priced food that did not mean I would have to leave the hotel to seek it out. The fixed menu was 54 EUR and I really did not want that much food.

I spend 25% of my days at hotels, of which mostly at SPG hotels.... I prefer usually the Sheratons over other brand,,,as its usually very reasonable compared to what I get, and i love to use the club lounges... This Hotel was very warm... staff very respected and professional, and the Hotel is very conveniently located near the international terminal i use... and the train and tgv is just under it....
u can go anywhere from there... and u r staying at airport upon leaving... so you don't haveto worry about a taxi and wasting an additional hour or more... to reach airport... further more, I checked in and and went back and spent my time at the club lounge... had a quick snack, coffee and answered last minute emails... before i took my flight...

(gold status) Stayed there 6 months ago and was treated like royalty - upgrade to club floor, free breakfast, free internet, nice clean room...WHAT a difference 6 months make! "upgraded" to a SPG room (same as basic room with a plaque on door), free wifi - thats it! Room was broken. No power for laptop, scratches on all the furniture, closets that dont open, shower and toilets that do not drain, dirty menus - just sad to see it go down so much! Room service was good - but at 30 euros for a sandwich you would expect that! Will stay a little further next time and just take a shuttle. FYI - the SPG "room upgrade" is a lie. Have stayed in Westin, W and Sheraton - only difference between regular rooms and "SPG Preferred rooms is a plaque on the door!

Check in was timely and accurate. Twin bedded room actually had an extra 3rd twin bed, which was not requested or wanted, and took up too much space. Gold perks were readily explained and appreciated. The restaurant was extremely expensive, about $33.00 for a cheeseburger, and there were no less expensive alternatives. Service was horrendous at the restaurant, we received wrong orders and had to send back 2 meals. For that price, and with the limited menu, we expected better food and service. The waiter could not process any of our credit cards, saying it was all the fault of our multiple cards (which had worked perfectly for the past 10 days and also worked perfectly the next day at checkout) Check out was awful, over a 30
minute wait, which is inexcusable at an airport hotel where people need to catch an airplane.

The location is excellent and it has many advantages. However, the prices for food at the restaurant is excessive given the mediocre quality of what is served. For that price level I would expect something more classy. E.g. the bread feels like yesterday's bread, the butter comes from a little plastic tub, the cannelloni were clearly out of a package of frozen food, etc.

Wonderfully located - no hassel to get to CDG airport - you are basically in Terminal 2! Facility is excellent - large room with nice bath. Of course no " heavenly" bed, like the ones in US and Australia - never had one in The Meridian in Paris or the Sheratons in Amsterdam or Frankfurt or the Westin in Berlin - come on Europe - catch up!! Room service food was poor - sent the orders back once then could not eat their second try! The Staff were very apologetic and took the charges off our bill but no dinner that night was not optimum!

Don't expect a warm hospitality in this hotel you may be disappointed; this is a typical hotel where you find easy access (right within Terminal 2 it can't be better), a good bed and peace of mind. That's it.
The hotel ambiance it of a boat prison type where you gonna be confined in your cell for few hours. Surrounded by the airport tarmac it will be perfect if you like aircraft business... If you don't want to see airplanes just close the curtains and don't worry of their noise, the architects did a good job on that, it's so quiet!

I chose this hotel based on it's proximity to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. The room was adequate but in the morning (6 am) prior to my flight, I endured possibly one of the worst showers I've had in my life. The temperature alternated from freezing to scalding and back again. Upon checkout when I explained the situation, I was asked if I'd called for assistance to which I replied, no, I was in the shower and have a flight to catch. Then she processed my bill and sent me on my way. Not my idea of good customer service...

We found the convenience of this CDG Sheration an easy and comfortable way to end our trip; however, the food offerings in the bar and restaurant were not to our likings (too much pasta and fried food, few French items) and extremely expensive. The beet salad and scallop dinner we setttled on were good, but costly. The by the glass wines offerings were very limited. And, a basic vodka was 15 Euros, more than a nice glass of wine.

The location of the hotel is inside the Terminal 2, near the train station. Since we needed to catch our flight at very early hour, the hotel was a perfect choice for us. We were not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was spacious, and the king size bed was extra large (call it "Imperial"?). The bathroom had great shower cabin and a tub. The bed mattress was very comfortable, so were the pillows. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was very good. Next morning we just walked with our luggage to the departure terminal. On the other side of the security gate there is nice place to have good and inexpensive breakfast.
The only minus and disappointment to the otherwise perfect score was that our non-smoking room had a smell of tobacco.

We ate at the Sheraton's fine dining restaurant and both our entrees were a disaster. The lamb that was to be medium rare was medium well, and the risotto was overcooked, dry, and inedible.
Service at breakfast was slow and inattentive, because the young people serving were more interested in socializing with one another than their work duties. There was no effective management around, and the food and beverage service was so substandard overall, they clearly need a new director of food and beverage to shape things up.

This hotel sits right on top of CDG Paris airport & the TGV stops right under it. You can't get any more convenient accommodations. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional and were very aware off treating a Starwood VIP with appropriate service.

To begin with, the ship-shaped Sheraton at Charles de Gaulle Airport makes it one of the most creatively designed properties in the Sheraton chain. The check-in was fast and friendly. Although I had to ask for my SPG Gold upgrade, I was promptly and cheerfully placed in a Club Room, which included a delicious full breakfast. The rooms are modern and comfortable. My only negative was at the restaurant. With only one other couple in the dining room, neither our server, nor her four colleagues seemed very interested in making our dining experience a good one. For example, after waiting nearly 20 minutes for out appetizer (soup),we finally got another waiter to alert our server. When she finally brought the soup, there was no apology, no explanation. When I brought this up to the manager when we left, he seemed totally disinterested. My recommendation is to stay at the hotel, but five minutes over to the terminal for your restaurant.
