What a great find at CDG airport. Get off the TGV and go up two flights to the hotel. In the morning, go straight out of the hotel to our flight. Could not have been more convenient. Wonderful clean room! Will do this again.

Had fantastic service from all staff that I interacted with during my brief stay. Only disappointment was that the restaurant and brasserie menus did not offer a wider selection of more reasonably priced food. Even if I had taken the burger it would have cost me EUR 24 even before I added any gratuity and beverage. As a very frequent traveller, I would have preferred a wider choice of more reasonably priced food that did not mean I would have to leave the hotel to seek it out. The fixed menu was 54 EUR and I really did not want that much food.

I spend 25% of my days at hotels, of which mostly at SPG hotels.... I prefer usually the Sheratons over other brand,,,as its usually very reasonable compared to what I get, and i love to use the club lounges... This Hotel was very warm... staff very respected and professional, and the Hotel is very conveniently located near the international terminal i use... and the train and tgv is just under it....
u can go anywhere from there... and u r staying at airport upon leaving... so you don't haveto worry about a taxi and wasting an additional hour or more... to reach airport... further more, I checked in and and went back and spent my time at the club lounge... had a quick snack, coffee and answered last minute emails... before i took my flight...

(gold status) Stayed there 6 months ago and was treated like royalty - upgrade to club floor, free breakfast, free internet, nice clean room...WHAT a difference 6 months make! "upgraded" to a SPG room (same as basic room with a plaque on door), free wifi - thats it! Room was broken. No power for laptop, scratches on all the furniture, closets that dont open, shower and toilets that do not drain, dirty menus - just sad to see it go down so much! Room service was good - but at 30 euros for a sandwich you would expect that! Will stay a little further next time and just take a shuttle. FYI - the SPG "room upgrade" is a lie. Have stayed in Westin, W and Sheraton - only difference between regular rooms and "SPG Preferred rooms is a plaque on the door!

This hotel is in a fantastic location except, the marketing director needs to invest in signs to drive to the entrance of this hotel. We drove around & around to finally find the only drivable entrance to this facility. It became a challenge for me because I wouldn't give up. I do believe the Sheridan loses business because there is only one sign to find the entrance, and it's small compared to the other signs.

Don't expect a warm hospitality in this hotel you may be disappointed; this is a typical hotel where you find easy access (right within Terminal 2 it can't be better), a good bed and peace of mind. That's it.
The hotel ambiance it of a boat prison type where you gonna be confined in your cell for few hours. Surrounded by the airport tarmac it will be perfect if you like aircraft business... If you don't want to see airplanes just close the curtains and don't worry of their noise, the architects did a good job on that, it's so quiet!

Wonderfully located - no hassel to get to CDG airport - you are basically in Terminal 2! Facility is excellent - large room with nice bath. Of course no " heavenly" bed, like the ones in US and Australia - never had one in The Meridian in Paris or the Sheratons in Amsterdam or Frankfurt or the Westin in Berlin - come on Europe - catch up!! Room service food was poor - sent the orders back once then could not eat their second try! The Staff were very apologetic and took the charges off our bill but no dinner that night was not optimum!

A bit disapointed with what is offered compared to what we paid for ! At least wifi should be included in the price . When you make a booking you know what your asking for . Not suppose to change your reservation upon arrival .

I chose this hotel based on it's proximity to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. The room was adequate but in the morning (6 am) prior to my flight, I endured possibly one of the worst showers I've had in my life. The temperature alternated from freezing to scalding and back again. Upon checkout when I explained the situation, I was asked if I'd called for assistance to which I replied, no, I was in the shower and have a flight to catch. Then she processed my bill and sent me on my way. Not my idea of good customer service...

Pros: Quick check in by very courteous staff. Very clean and quiet room. Exceedingly convenient access to the airport. Concierge staff very helpful with parcel preparation and posting. The service, food, and beverages of the Club Lounge are much better than those of many Sheratons throughout the world.
Cons: TV/radio in room did not work. Difficult to get coffee, cream, and orange juice from the wait staff during breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. Had to make repeated requests for each. The young men of the wait staff seemed far more interested in talking with each other than refilling beverages. The Club Lounge is small. During previous stays, cleaning staff have ignored the obvious do not disturb sign.
Summary: This hotel fails at a few of the basics, but the airport convenience is difficult to replace.

We try to use this hotel when we have an 'overnight' in Paris. While there is a cost to get to the center of Paris, this hotel makes it easy to get to our gates for our next flight when we have a 20+ hour layover.

The location of the hotel is inside the Terminal 2, near the train station. Since we needed to catch our flight at very early hour, the hotel was a perfect choice for us. We were not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was spacious, and the king size bed was extra large (call it "Imperial"?). The bathroom had great shower cabin and a tub. The bed mattress was very comfortable, so were the pillows. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was very good. Next morning we just walked with our luggage to the departure terminal. On the other side of the security gate there is nice place to have good and inexpensive breakfast.
The only minus and disappointment to the otherwise perfect score was that our non-smoking room had a smell of tobacco.

The location of this hotel (actually in the airport with easy access to gates) is its big draw. Our room was small, needed maintenance and the prices of everything were way out of line. I hated the in room service bar where simply picking up a can of peanuts purchased the item. Room rates are very high- charges for food and Internet are also very high. Business people with endless money might find this place great but normal people will feel they have been taken. We did and will not return.

We ate at the Sheraton's fine dining restaurant and both our entrees were a disaster. The lamb that was to be medium rare was medium well, and the risotto was overcooked, dry, and inedible.
Service at breakfast was slow and inattentive, because the young people serving were more interested in socializing with one another than their work duties. There was no effective management around, and the food and beverage service was so substandard overall, they clearly need a new director of food and beverage to shape things up.

Like, I called the reception to get some cafe (to be precise powder cafe) and never got it... Next time I will bring mine (1 euros deal).
On the morning before we left, I asked the concierge to help me with weighting my luggage. He wanted to send me outside the Hotel. I had to tell him to get the little device the hotel has.
On the plus side, the hotel was gracious to keep 2 luggage we didn't want to carry between trips.
Restaurant was good and waitresses were very good.

I've stayed at many sheraton's over the years, most are very close proximity to the airports to which they are connected, this by far is the best location and has the best sound proofing possible. \it's hard to believe that right outside is either a bus terminal or the runways!
The rooms are very well situated, clean and bright. The staff is very accomidating and their pride in their hotel shows when dealing with them.
I highly recommend this location if you are traveling through the CDG airport.

Check in check out : very slow !! This hotel is convenient for airport access ; usually the people arrive late night and leave early morning in a hurry : there should be enough Staff to cover Customer needs .
I have asked to get a table in restaurant Etoile , just for one person ; the anmswers was "it is fully booked " ; I have persopnally seen that tables were available !!

We requested a 7am wake-up call for our flight back to the USA. but it never came. Fortunately we also set an alarm clock so we made our flight. this is inexcusable for an airport hotel, with most guests taking a flight after checkout.
Also, not everyone likes to sleep with a heavy quilt, especially in August. But there was no top sheet under the quilt. I had to pull the quilt from inside the duvay cover to sleep comfortably.
Other than these issues, the hotel is comfortable and convenient.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The thing that I dislike the most is how difficult it is to access the hotel by car. I can't believe that the signage is so poor. I thought it would be easier the 2nd time, but it wasn't.
I also wish that there were free WiFi in the rooms. I refuse to spend 20 Euro for an hour or 2 of WiFi. At least WiFi is accessible in the downstairs lounge.
I do like that the airport terminal is easily accessible from the hotel and it is really very quiet.

The front desk agent (Jeremy) is very patience and helpful. He well explained that the free breakfast might be served in room or at restaurant. The regular room here is small but well designed. The junior suite (upgraded room) is pretty good size with a real tree in the room. The location of the hotel in the airport terminal building and the train to Paris is 2 floors below the hotel level. My useful tip--The ticket is EU19 round trip to Paris but EU22 daily pass is highly recommended.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel the night before we flew home. It is minutes from the departure terminal, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff helpful. This time we stayed on the club floor and enjoyed the evening snacks and breakfast foods.

We had an early flight from CDG to the States; so we thought we'd stay here to avoid the hassle and worry of an early morning pick up in Paris and drive to the airport. What a GREAT IDEA! The moment you step into this hotel, you feel like you've entered a center of calm. The lighting is muted, the staff are gracious, the decor is elegant. The rooms are exceptionally well-designed and finished -- except theyt strangely lack clock radios. We're coming back before every flight!

The Sheraton Charles de Gaulle enjoys great access to Terminal 2 at CDG. It's also very close to the (horrible) train into Paris.
The hotel is very modern and quiet. The staff is very nice and considerate. Jai in the Club Lounge was particularly friendly and helpful.
The food in the restaurant is actually very nice for an airport hotel as well. I'd recommend this to anyone staying for a layover or even in Paris for business since it's half the rate of downtown hotels.

In the past 16 years we must have stayed at the Paris Charles de Gaule Sheraton close to 30 times and this is the first time that we felt that we were not staying at a great hotel. We stayed in room 104 right next to a construction site. The bathroom had no shower or even a shower curtain. Work on the construction site started at 7AM - it was noisy. We transit through Paris airport often and sometimes spend the night. In the past we never hesitated in our choice of hotels.

We checked into the hotel on a Sunday afternoon and stayed until the next morning. We dropped off our rental car and had about a five minute walk to the hotel entrance which was next to the terminal for our departure flight. The room was large, clean and had many conveniences. It was amazingly quite as there was a busy street below and the planes were visible. The tv was not working properly so we called the front desk and a technician arrived within minutes.

If you want to stay in the airport they have you.
The mattress is hard and not comfortable even less then the mercure hotels we stayed in and the pillows were so worn out that they were non existent! The rooms are getting worn and the concierge lounge is really sad. No booze and little beverage selection.

We stayed for 2 night, arriving late in the evening and leaving Paris very early morning, so staying at the Airport was a convinient choice, also given the fact, that the rates are reasonable at the Weekend.
We arrived at CDG T1 but there is a People mover that connects the terminals and it takes 8min from T1 to T2 (where the Sheraton is located).
Check-in was quick, (unfornutately not upgrade to a Junior Suite or Suite (SPG Platinum).
The room has a good size but is a bit dated and one can still find a hair or two in the bathroom.
As SPG Platinum member we got a free Buffett Breakfast, whiih was nice, else I feel that the breakfast is not worth the 32€ they charge. However I have to admit, that the omelletes where great.
They do have a executive Lounge, but it is very small and not comfortable at all. Not worth a visit.
