Great overall experience just small hick ups. Horrible serviettes and organized ness at restaurant. Needs a swimming pool. Great beds, good staff, good food, wonderful location at CDG.

I've stayed at many sheraton's over the years, most are very close proximity to the airports to which they are connected, this by far is the best location and has the best sound proofing possible. \it's hard to believe that right outside is either a bus terminal or the runways!
The rooms are very well situated, clean and bright. The staff is very accomidating and their pride in their hotel shows when dealing with them.
I highly recommend this location if you are traveling through the CDG airport.

We requested a 7am wake-up call for our flight back to the USA. but it never came. Fortunately we also set an alarm clock so we made our flight. this is inexcusable for an airport hotel, with most guests taking a flight after checkout.
Also, not everyone likes to sleep with a heavy quilt, especially in August. But there was no top sheet under the quilt. I had to pull the quilt from inside the duvay cover to sleep comfortably.
Other than these issues, the hotel is comfortable and convenient.

The location of this hotel (actually in the airport with easy access to gates) is its big draw. Our room was small, needed maintenance and the prices of everything were way out of line. I hated the in room service bar where simply picking up a can of peanuts purchased the item. Room rates are very high- charges for food and Internet are also very high. Business people with endless money might find this place great but normal people will feel they have been taken. We did and will not return.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The thing that I dislike the most is how difficult it is to access the hotel by car. I can't believe that the signage is so poor. I thought it would be easier the 2nd time, but it wasn't.
I also wish that there were free WiFi in the rooms. I refuse to spend 20 Euro for an hour or 2 of WiFi. At least WiFi is accessible in the downstairs lounge.
I do like that the airport terminal is easily accessible from the hotel and it is really very quiet.

Some comments: Staff generally does not seem too happy to working at this hotel. The restaurant was not too tidy and breakfast buffet seemed to have older food. The cooling did not work well in my hotel room. On the positive side, the window system is sound proof. overall, dated hotel with staff who did not seem really like they wanted to be working there.

The front desk agent (Jeremy) is very patience and helpful. He well explained that the free breakfast might be served in room or at restaurant. The regular room here is small but well designed. The junior suite (upgraded room) is pretty good size with a real tree in the room. The location of the hotel in the airport terminal building and the train to Paris is 2 floors below the hotel level. My useful tip--The ticket is EU19 round trip to Paris but EU22 daily pass is highly recommended.

I'm a Starwood platinum and have stayed in a lot of hotels. I like the Sheraton at CDG because it has nice rooms and is so easy for airport access. I've been here before.
Only disappointment on this trip was service in the bistro restaurant. It was slow and poor - our waitress appeared to be trying to get others to do their part but them seemed willfully slow and inefficient. The food was ok.

We were underwhelmed with this Sheraton during our recent stay. Reception staff were unaware of a current SPG program for top SPG members (Crossover Rewards) and thus welcome points were not awarded. Facilities are very worn and cleanliness was not up to the usual Sheraton standard. I stay at Sheratons throughout Asia and elsewhere, and was sad to see this property so lacking

Pros: Quick check in by very courteous staff. Very clean and quiet room. Exceedingly convenient access to the airport. Concierge staff very helpful with parcel preparation and posting. The service, food, and beverages of the Club Lounge are much better than those of many Sheratons throughout the world.
Cons: TV/radio in room did not work. Difficult to get coffee, cream, and orange juice from the wait staff during breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. Had to make repeated requests for each. The young men of the wait staff seemed far more interested in talking with each other than refilling beverages. The Club Lounge is small. During previous stays, cleaning staff have ignored the obvious do not disturb sign.
Summary: This hotel fails at a few of the basics, but the airport convenience is difficult to replace.

The room is nice with all the modern amenities. But the food and services at Restaurant Les Saisons is poor. My Cod was raw and vegetables were way too salty to be edible. The item was removed from the bill but it was a disappointing dinner none the less.

We had an early flight from CDG to the States; so we thought we'd stay here to avoid the hassle and worry of an early morning pick up in Paris and drive to the airport. What a GREAT IDEA! The moment you step into this hotel, you feel like you've entered a center of calm. The lighting is muted, the staff are gracious, the decor is elegant. The rooms are exceptionally well-designed and finished -- except theyt strangely lack clock radios. We're coming back before every flight!

Like, I called the reception to get some cafe (to be precise powder cafe) and never got it... Next time I will bring mine (1 euros deal).
On the morning before we left, I asked the concierge to help me with weighting my luggage. He wanted to send me outside the Hotel. I had to tell him to get the little device the hotel has.
On the plus side, the hotel was gracious to keep 2 luggage we didn't want to carry between trips.
Restaurant was good and waitresses were very good.

In the past 16 years we must have stayed at the Paris Charles de Gaule Sheraton close to 30 times and this is the first time that we felt that we were not staying at a great hotel. We stayed in room 104 right next to a construction site. The bathroom had no shower or even a shower curtain. Work on the construction site started at 7AM - it was noisy. We transit through Paris airport often and sometimes spend the night. In the past we never hesitated in our choice of hotels.

The Sheraton Charles de Gaulle enjoys great access to Terminal 2 at CDG. It's also very close to the (horrible) train into Paris.
The hotel is very modern and quiet. The staff is very nice and considerate. Jai in the Club Lounge was particularly friendly and helpful.
The food in the restaurant is actually very nice for an airport hotel as well. I'd recommend this to anyone staying for a layover or even in Paris for business since it's half the rate of downtown hotels.

My husband and I stay at this hotel (CDG airport) 3-4 times a year. I always request two bathrobes and every time we arrive there is only one in the room. Housekeeping is very prompt bringing the second one once we call. The bar service is very slow and the food quality is atrocious; this has been the case over the years we have been staying with you.

We stayed for 2 night, arriving late in the evening and leaving Paris very early morning, so staying at the Airport was a convinient choice, also given the fact, that the rates are reasonable at the Weekend.
We arrived at CDG T1 but there is a People mover that connects the terminals and it takes 8min from T1 to T2 (where the Sheraton is located).
Check-in was quick, (unfornutately not upgrade to a Junior Suite or Suite (SPG Platinum).
The room has a good size but is a bit dated and one can still find a hair or two in the bathroom.
As SPG Platinum member we got a free Buffett Breakfast, whiih was nice, else I feel that the breakfast is not worth the 32€ they charge. However I have to admit, that the omelletes where great.
They do have a executive Lounge, but it is very small and not comfortable at all. Not worth a visit.

the hotel is very easy to get to, especially when you are jet lagged upon arrival in CDG.
hotel rooms comfortable and modern, especially for Europe. Club Lounge is very nice, good food and drinks. Breakfast excellent in the restaurant but very expensive if you are not a platinum member.
SPG recognition poor for USA standards but typical for Europe - they did get me a king bed upon arrival but did not have the king bed reserved.

You're already at CDG Airport when you stay at the Sheraton. The rooms are spacious and welcoming with tan colors. There's plenty of lighting. The beds are larger than any of the other beds at hotels where we've stayed in France. They are so very comfortable and you always have a great night's sleep, because the hotel is very quiet. The building is well-built so that you don't ever hear the noise of jets taking off. It's a five-minute walk to Terminal 2C or 2D and only a few minutes more to the other parts of Terminal 2. You're really close to where the car rental returns are, as well. Food was excellent, but a bit pricey. For example, we paid 7 euros for a small glass of orange juice. We stay here every time we come to Paris, because the staff is wonderful, the hotel is extremely convenient, and the rooms are comfortable.

The location can't be beat if you've got an early flight the following day. This hotel removes the stress of navigating the very busy CDG, especially if you arrive by rental car.
The restaurant and facilities were very good and the SPG welcome was, well, welcome.
Finally there is absolutely no noise from aircraft, so even the lightest sleepers are guaranteed a good night's rest. I've stayed in a lot of airport hotels and never seen such thorough soundproofing.

I have stayed here several times when passing through Paris. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The club lounge is nice, but it would help if they would label the snacks. Being France and they do like their fancy foods, it is difficult for those with allergies and when I asked the staff person tending the lounge, she either didn't speak English or chose not to, she could not tell me what the snacks were or their ingredients. I stuck with bread and cheese.

We checked into the hotel on a Sunday afternoon and stayed until the next morning. We dropped off our rental car and had about a five minute walk to the hotel entrance which was next to the terminal for our departure flight. The room was large, clean and had many conveniences. It was amazingly quite as there was a busy street below and the planes were visible. The tv was not working properly so we called the front desk and a technician arrived within minutes.

I must admit I have never stayed at a hotel which does not have an alarm clock in the room. I called guest services and they politely told me that the hotel does not have any.
I cannot trust a "wake up call request" only and need an alarm for back up.
Therefor I had a very poor nights sleep.

The main attribute about the hotel is that it is within the airport. One can roll one's luggage from the airport to the front desk with a free luggage cart.
I arrived after staying in a village for a week. The advantages of being in a modern hotel was overwhelming. I needed to catch up on my email, repack my suitcases, get ;a good shower, and sleep well. All these things worked out very well.
The internet is pricey, but one can hook up 3 devices as well. It works well, too.
The only problem I had was in the bar. The dinner line at the restaurant was long, and the prices are high. So I looked at the food items available at the bar. I found penne al arrabiata, and this is one of my favorites.
The problem in the bar is the seating. One has a choice of low tables with comfortable armchair or the bar with tall barstools with no backs. The table-and-armchair wouldn't work. So I opted for sitting at the bar. I would have preferred a barstool with a back. I hoped it would work.
The food and drink arrived soon and it was fine.
The problem was that the bar itself is made of metal (zinc?). Touching the bar caused my hands to develop a METALLIC SMELL while eating food. This is off-putting to say the least. Zinc may make it an authentic bar, but marble would be better.

This hotel has location! location! for early morning travelers but the down side kills the positives....charging for room wifi which is free in all other French hotels is just cheeky! Then to top it off with your sandwiches which are starting at $30 each and a salad starting at $25??? and we are not talking gourmet food! The mini bar has an automatic charge to the room if you lift up a beverage to even look at it!!!...now that is seriously strange!!

we requested a free upgrade after using 16000 basic points and 2000 addnal for a night on the club level. We were honored to get a suite: the hors doerves were superb and breakfast wonderful. We felt very pampered and were just sorry to have to leave early the next day, but the wake up call was right on schedule; i chose the hotel because of the proximity to the airport, yet also wished we could have spent all week there if it had been down town

I was arriving at 10 am so I paid for two nights. One prior and one after my arrival just so I could sleep upon my arrival. My phone rang every 15 mins from a different hotel employee inquiring when I was going to check out. After 2 hrs of this they started sending cleaners to barge into my room. I'm glad (being sarcastic) I paid for a whole extra night to get some sleep that I never did receive. Worst Sheraton hotel I ever stayed at!!!!!

The stop over was perfect--quiet, elegant and well-supported by eficient and friendly staff. Easy to access within Terminal 2, CDG. Interior of hotel rooms access area was an atrium that was like a giant spaceship--beautifully stark, modernistic and eerily silent. The room was luxurious. Breakfast buffet may be best buffett ever with foods from exotic fruits to boiled shrimp! I will stay here every chance I get and strongly recommend it.

Although the staff were awesome and the room nice and comfortable, I was underwhelmed with the cost - quality ratio. I felt the hotel was overpriced for what it provided and given that I have stayed at lots of hotels, I expected more of the Sheraton. I certainly recommend the hotel for its accessibility to the airport and train station but for a significant savings I wish I had investigated surrounding accomodations for a better value.
