Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been staying at your hotel several times over the past year. it is very conveniently situated and it is my preferred option for staying whenever i don't have a good connection between my inbound flight to CDG and my onward journey by train.
Although the hotel is getting quite old in terms of appearance (the competition is much more modern and stylish) - "Location, Location, Location" beets it all.
What i have found annoying during my last stay is the price of drink in the minibar in the room. I have had to pay 7 EUR for a 300 ml bottle of Evian, which i find ridiculously high (the same bottle is sold at a nearby Relay for 1.50 EUR). I understand that one must pay for convenience and prices for minibar drinks at any hotel is usually above market average, but a bottle of water is a necessity for anyone and shall be provided at a reasonable price (if not free of charge).
I am fine to pay for above market price for dinner and drinks at the lobby/restaurant (as well as above competition for staying at the hotel) - but the little things like 7 eur per bottle of water, although do not add to total cost of stay much make the stay less pleasant.

Arrived at hotel without a reservation. Explained to the front desk staff that I was an SPG member and was looking for a one nights stay. They started quoting outrageously high rates. I explained to them that I had researched lower rates on the SPG site of €229. I asked the receptionist if she would honor the rate. She said that since I had found the rate on line, I had to book it through the site. I explained that it was my understanding that if the rate was researched on the SPG site, that the hotel property would honor the rate. Clearly she did not think that was the case. I asked for a minute to complete my reservation on my iPhone so we could proceed with the check in. She stated that these reservations take time to process (wrong) and that I should step aside until they received the reservation (rude) I complied, and completed the reservation for a king size bed at the rate of €229 for one night in minutes. I now returned to the front desk for check in. She of course found my reservation at the rate I had told her about. We arrived at our room to find to twin beds instead of the king we had reserved. I called the front desk to point this out, and was told they would have to talk to a manager (??) to see if the king was available implying that a reservation is merely a requestI, not a guarantee. I thought this incredulous, but as it was getting late, we proceeded to the bar for bite to eat. Helen, the manager, tracked us down, apologized for the inconvenience, and gave us keys to king we had reserved.

We were given a suite room. After a long stay in France and Italy we decided to stay at this property to catch flight back to Tokyo. It is not the first time we have stayed at the hotel and will not be the last.
The staff was responsive to our requests. The Club stays open until 11pm, quite convenient. Also the hotel is located a short walk from terminal 2E where most international flights depart. It is also the same short walk to the Customs Office to apply for refund of VAT taxes for shopping while in Europe.

I stayed in hotel for one night only, hotel is very average for the high cost. I was then sent an invoice showing an additional charge to my credit card and when I asked what it was for I was told it was for breakfast. As my husband met me in the hotel lobby when he arrived on a flight we had coffee and pastries in the Lobby bar and paid for them by credit card at the time. Despite several follow ups by me to ask for this incorrect transaction to be credited back to me I am still waiting on a response from the Sheraton. This is very disappointing as now they are wasting my time and I will need to dispute the transaction through my credit card provider. The amount is not huge but its simply not acceptable that they put charges on your credit card and then ignore you when you question them.

Positives - One of the best sound-proofed hotels at an airport location that we have ever been in. Used points and cash when booking and were upgraded to a junior suite due to platinum SPG status - thank you very much and I really appreciate the SPG status recognition - this is why I book SPG hotels when available. Rooms were very spacious and well appointed with a beautiful bathrooms Staff very friendly and usually quite efficient. Negative - Club lounge was very crowded during early evening and at breakfast. Upon arrival in late afternoon - food selections had been sitting out for a long time and not replaced with anything fresh. Mostly were inedible. In the morning for breakfast, it was so crowded in the club lounge that people were eating while standing up. It appears that there are too many guest rooms that have club access privileges for the size of the club lounge! definitely not worth paying extra for club lounge privileges. HINTS: Easy access to the hotel from the RER and TGV station (CDG - T-2). From terminal two D and B gates- it can be a short 5 minute walk or 15-20 minutes, depending upon how far your check-in or gate area is from the hotel-- the higher the number, the closer it is. #90 is closest. If returning a car to terminal 2 rental car return, if you return the car first to the car rental return, then you will have to walk inside the terminal and get to the hotel from there with all your luggage. Not the easiest thing to do, However, our gps took us to the general location of the rear of the hotel and we saw a small sign saying "Sheraton" and indicating a ramp that you can drive down and drop off passengers and luggage at a "side" entry door ( curbside marked yellow for loading and unloading passengers only). After doing this, you can then take the car back to the rental return and not have to worry about transporting your luggage with you..

I’m usually a big fan of Sheratons, but in this case the Sheraton Paris Airport let me down. It’s conveniently located between terminals, although it took some walking before I saw the first “Hotels” sign.
Check-in was fast and convenient, and I was given a room on the club floor facing the airport - always enjoy the views. The best part was that I heard nothing of noise from the airport.
The hotel is very long, meaning that from the elevators you have a long walk along the walkways to the gym, club, or possibly your room.
The room had an interesting setup, with a desk facing the window, but it had a metal latch in the middle… inconvenient, and not something I’d want to scratch my laptop on. Additionally, power was not easily available - strange for a airport hotel, as one plug was filled with a lamp plug already.
The bed - terrible. As a King bed, I found it ridiculous that there were two mattresses that made up the top. In my experience, two separate box springs underneath a king size bed is standard. with a king mattress on top. With the two separate mattresses, there were edges in the middle with a dip - very uncomfortable.
The shower - terrible. The glass doors of the shower swing.. both ways. That means that when you’re standing in the shower and try to close the doors, they’ll probably swing into the shower, and you have to carefully match them up to close.
The Club Lounge - tiny. I’ve seen some small ones in my days, but this one was essentially two hotel rooms with seating, arranged around the outside of the room. The food also looked like it was mass-produced on the start of a meal, and then left out. Arriving at 10 the pancakes and french toast were cold and dry.
The gym - tiny. Limited cardio machines facing a mirror (why not the window for a view?), and the weights were very small. Again, not what I expect from a Sheraton.
The hotel is very convenient if you’re transiting at the airport, but will not be my first choice for a visit to Paris.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MMSPG No breakfast, no coffee, no apology
Ordered breakfast in the room for 6:00 am. At 6:20 am I called and I was told that the breakfast was not ready yet. I said that this is not good because I need to leave. The gentleman on the phone said 'no problem, I can cancel the breakfast'. I said this is a problem because I ordered breakfast and did not get it in time. He repeated he would now cancel it. No apology.
I then went to the club lounge but the only coffee machine in there had a sign saying 'out of order'. There was no hotel staff in the lounge.
I went to check out and told my story, calm and friendly.
Again no comment, no apology. I paid €300 for the night.
The receptionist picked up the phone and called someone. I had no idea if this was related to me or my situation. I left after a while feeling stupid standing there.
My work includes heavy travel. 3-4 nights per week in hotels. Every week.
Never had a situation like this before.

I have stayed at the Sheraton at CDG many times. This last visit, my room was on the 4th floor, with access to the Club lounge and all associated amenities. Staff was great, courteous, informed, and helpful The room met all expectations. The Club lounge is worth it.
