Rated 3 out of 5 by Had to visit three rooms to find one acceptable Upon our arrival, we were given room 223 which was extremely hot when we got in. We were told that the AC was being fixed and would be up within 15 minutes. Indeed, 10 minutes later, a noisy rattle came out of the vent with some cool air and 30 minutes later, it was cold in the room but also impossible to turn the AC off. We were thus given room 221 in which we proceeded to move and in the middle of the move the door would not open anymore. We thus had half our stuff in 223 and half in 221. The receptionist who came to our rescue moved us to room 246, where the AC was blissfully working quietly. Unfortunately, it seems that some guest had fights with the furniture in this room, because it is in really bad shape, scratched all over. This experience is not worth 199 Euros + tax. At least this time, there was no over charge on the bill. We will restrict our stays to this Sheraton to the days we are leaving very early from CDG. The only advantage of this hotel is you are a few steps from your departing gate. September 13, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by CDG Transit Hotel of Choice Premiere CDG Airport property that I highly recommend for any business traveler. On each of my stays, I have been able to be from my seat on the airplane to the front desk in less than 15 minutes. The staff is excellent and knows that you more or less want to get to bed and sleep, so are quite efficient with check-in. The rooms are sound proofed, with zero noise coming in from the airport or airplanes, only heard a little bit of chatter from the hall. One of the few properties that I have been at that feature the scented shower water infused systems. July 8, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Price of minibar Dear Sir or Madam, I have been staying at your hotel several times over the past year. it is very conveniently situated and it is my preferred option for staying whenever i don't have a good connection between my inbound flight to CDG and my onward journey by train. Although the hotel is getting quite old in terms of appearance (the competition is much more modern and stylish) - "Location, Location, Location" beets it all. What i have found annoying during my last stay is the price of drink in the minibar in the room. I have had to pay 7 EUR for a 300 ml bottle of Evian, which i find ridiculously high (the same bottle is sold at a nearby Relay for 1.50 EUR). I understand that one must pay for convenience and prices for minibar drinks at any hotel is usually above market average, but a bottle of water is a necessity for anyone and shall be provided at a reasonable price (if not free of charge). I am fine to pay for above market price for dinner and drinks at the lobby/restaurant (as well as above competition for staying at the hotel) - but the little things like 7 eur per bottle of water, although do not add to total cost of stay much make the stay less pleasant. Rated 2 out of 5 by What is happening here? Arrived at hotel without a reservation. Explained to the front desk staff that I was an SPG member and was looking for a one nights stay. They started quoting outrageously high rates. I explained to them that I had researched lower rates on the SPG site of €229. I asked the receptionist if she would honor the rate. She said that since I had found the rate on line, I had to book it through the site. I explained that it was my understanding that if the rate was researched on the SPG site, that the hotel property would honor the rate. Clearly she did not think that was the case. I asked for a minute to complete my reservation on my iPhone so we could proceed with the check in. She stated that these reservations take time to process (wrong) and that I should step aside until they received the reservation (rude) I complied, and completed the reservation for a king size bed at the rate of €229 for one night in minutes. I now returned to the front desk for check in. She of course found my reservation at the rate I had told her about. We arrived at our room to find to twin beds instead of the king we had reserved. I called the front desk to point this out, and was told they would have to talk to a manager (??) to see if the king was available implying that a reservation is merely a requestI, not a guarantee. I thought this incredulous, but as it was getting late, we proceeded to the bar for bite to eat. Helen, the manager, tracked us down, apologized for the inconvenience, and gave us keys to king we had reserved. May 8, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenience We were given a suite room. After a long stay in France and Italy we decided to stay at this property to catch flight back to Tokyo. It is not the first time we have stayed at the hotel and will not be the last. The staff was responsive to our requests. The Club stays open until 11pm, quite convenient. Also the hotel is located a short walk from terminal 2E where most international flights depart. It is also the same short walk to the Customs Office to apply for refund of VAT taxes for shopping while in Europe. May 3, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Incorrect charges I stayed in hotel for one night only, hotel is very average for the high cost. I was then sent an invoice showing an additional charge to my credit card and when I asked what it was for I was told it was for breakfast. As my husband met me in the hotel lobby when he arrived on a flight we had coffee and pastries in the Lobby bar and paid for them by credit card at the time. Despite several follow ups by me to ask for this incorrect transaction to be credited back to me I am still waiting on a response from the Sheraton. This is very disappointing as now they are wasting my time and I will need to dispute the transaction through my credit card provider. The amount is not huge but its simply not acceptable that they put charges on your credit card and then ignore you when you question them. April 19, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great room and staff - terrible club lounge Positives - One of the best sound-proofed hotels at an airport location that we have ever been in. Used points and cash when booking and were upgraded to a junior suite due to platinum SPG status - thank you very much and I really appreciate the SPG status recognition - this is why I book SPG hotels when available. Rooms were very spacious and well appointed with a beautiful bathrooms Staff very friendly and usually quite efficient. Negative - Club lounge was very crowded during early evening and at breakfast. Upon arrival in late afternoon - food selections had been sitting out for a long time and not replaced with anything fresh. Mostly were inedible. In the morning for breakfast, it was so crowded in the club lounge that people were eating while standing up. It appears that there are too many guest rooms that have club access privileges for the size of the club lounge! definitely not worth paying extra for club lounge privileges. HINTS: Easy access to the hotel from the RER and TGV station (CDG - T-2). From terminal two D and B gates- it can be a short 5 minute walk or 15-20 minutes, depending upon how far your check-in or gate area is from the hotel-- the higher the number, the closer it is. #90 is closest. If returning a car to terminal 2 rental car return, if you return the car first to the car rental return, then you will have to walk inside the terminal and get to the hotel from there with all your luggage. Not the easiest thing to do, However, our gps took us to the general location of the rear of the hotel and we saw a small sign saying "Sheraton" and indicating a ramp that you can drive down and drop off passengers and luggage at a "side" entry door ( curbside marked yellow for loading and unloading passengers only). After doing this, you can then take the car back to the rental return and not have to worry about transporting your luggage with you.. April 17, 2016
