Rated 5 out of 5 by Even better than expected! Chose the hotel for proximity and as a new SPG member, I was able to use points for our stay. Club floor was great, the club room and the staff were so helpful. Free shuttle within 5 miles was a nice perk. Room was very comfortable. May 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Relaxing experience Everything about this hotel was relaxing and it was close to restaurants and the Annapolis mall. The room was clean and the bedding was heavenly. Downtown Annapolis was a short 5 minute drive. May 20, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Weekend in Annapolis This is a lovely hotel - made more so by the staff and guest service. May 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel with very accommodating staff. I arrived at 11:00pm for a check in and found that my employer had only booked one of the 2 stays that I needed to be here in Annapolis. The front desk got me into a room, but she was concerned the hotel may have been full for the rest of the week. Early next morning I prepared for checkout, but she located a vacancy and moved me into another room. My employer had made contact with the reservation people and arranged to have everything switched to their account. Later that night i was in bed when my door was being opened. Luckily I had the door barred closed so the person couldn't make entry. I ran to the door and there was a man standing there with a room card that had my room number on it. He apologized and went back down stairs. I called the front desk and the man at the desk briefly said he was sorry and hung up. Afterwards I was a little anxious about sleeping so I went to the gym to work off some energy and upon returning my key card had been deactivated, so I had to go back downstairs to have the card reactivated. The gentleman at the front desk reactivated the card, but didn't really have much to say. This was my second stay here this year and I have at least 3 more trips planned. I love the hotel and most of the staff have been very outgoing and accommodating. I just hope they are a little more cognizant of occupied rooms when they issue out room keys. May 19, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Filthy!!! I would never stay here again!! Everything looked and felt dirty, even the water in the shower. I turned it on to take a shower and the first 30 seconds, the water was literally the color of iced coffee. When I checked in, It was at the same time as dozens of school kids on a field trip. So A very rude secutity guide directed some us to use the utility elevator which smelled. Once you stepped out, you see hangers, dirt, empty cups, Trash. This is just behind the door that says employees only....I stayed at the club level which was supposed to be nicer, but it smelled!' in the morning, I walk onto the club for breakfast, and greeted the employee standing around with a big smile and a 'Good morning!!!!' She looks at me and just looks away.., she looked miserable and unable to crack a smile. Not to forget, there was a lot if noise outside. Heard it from the sixth floor, so I didn't get much sleep either. I have been traveling weekly for work for three years now, and this is the first bad review I write because this this hotel undoubtedly earns the top spot on the list of the worst hotels ever!!! Rated 4 out of 5 by Too many kids My friends and I stayed at your hotel after attending the St Michaels wine festival. we were talked into spending a little more money when we booked our rooms with a sales pitch about the consierge floor. We were told there would be cocktails, snacks so we could relax...your sales person made it sound like an "adult" area. It was BOMBARDED with groups of kids and very very noisy. We feel like we paid for nothing since there wasn't even room to sit to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We were certainly mislead by this little perk!! April 29, 2013
