Rated 4 out of 5 by Spiritark Good property save for location
We usually stay in the Bukit Bintang area when here for leisure, so decided to move out of it and try the Sheraton instead. The property is nice and well maintained, with a nice pool, and also gave us a suite upgrade. However, there is an inherent lack of convenience of hotel proximity to the shopping belt, albeit made up for by much better traffic than the clogged Bukit Bintang area.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Carl5 Not to expectation
Staying due to other SPG hotel were fully booked. From my view, logistically not good hotel as taxi is the only way to reach here, unless you willing to walk from nearest LRT.
1. TV Channel's - worst
2. Internet Speed - worst and not stable
3. Interrupted TC channels and Internet due to heavy rain (as per claimed by staff
4. Staff answered queries in dis-respect voice
5. Pamphlet on the Quill Mall not available
6. Low quality Umbrella

Rated 1 out of 5 by ad31 Staff needs serious training for a 5 star hotel
check in on the 19 oct 2015 for 1 night for business purposes. booked the club floor and asked for 2 single beds. when checked into the room, it was a king size bed when i clearly indicate in my booking that i need 2 single beds.
when checking into counter the SPG gold and platinum counter was unmanned and had to queue for about 15 mis before i was served.
there was absolutely no recognition at the check in counter for being a gold member. never encounter that when staying at other starwood properties in KL. normally i get room upgrades at the other 2 starwood properties.
Returned to room after a long day packed with meetings and found that the aircon was not cold at all. this is room 3705. called for technicians and he came and he said that the previous guest requested the room to be around 30 degrees and they had to manually off the blower. this doesn't make simple sense at all and even if it does, the hotel should have fixed the blower part before allocating this room to me. went to sleep, woke up 2 hour later sweating because the aircon wasn't fixed. called reception and same technician came again and he said that the aircon need time to be cold. nonsense again. called reception again at about 3 am and ask for room to be changed and the reception took half and hour to send a bellboy to the room with the new room keys after 2 attempts to call and asking them to hurry up. reception was speaking in a very unfriendly manner so i ask to speak to duty manager and she said will ask duty manager to call back. IT NEVER HAPPEN. she was just paying lip service but was too tired. by time all was done, i t was almost 4 am.
seriously, i have stayed at many Sheratons around south east asia and i have never encounter such bad service. if i have to put it bluntly,
5 star hotel, 1 star service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WanL Unparalleled excellence
My husband and I stayed for 6 nights from 27th July to 3rd August and it was sheer excellence from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
We arrived to the most heartwarming welcome and we felt it was like a homecoming. Derrick, Ala, Lukita, Nixon, Nurish, Harsono and Tasa were genuinely happy to see us just as we were more than happy to see them again and they did their utmost to ensure we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Mokhtar, Amir, Faiz and Faisal must not be forgotten as they were just as welcoming. During this sojourn we had the good fortune to meet other very friendly staff and of special mention are Yusman and Neil in The Essence restaurant and Iffwat, Haiqal and Afi in the Club lounge who were most attentive and hospitable.
However, there was just one hiccup that had to do with housekeeping. We had to call to get the room made as it was left unmade till 3.00 or past 3.00 in the afternoon except on the first day of our stay. Likewise it would have been great if turndown service was more consistent as it was provided on only 2 days out of the 6 we were there.
Except for this minor hiccup we indeed had the most wonderful stay and we really appreciate the personal touch of all the staff mentioned in their strive to provide the best service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by wetravel Good Sheraton that is easy to reach
There is a monorail station within 2-3 minutes walking distance to the Sheraton. From there one can easily connect to the Sentral station and other points of KUL. Friendly Hotel associates did the check-in and quickly had my room key. My Platinum was recognized and we received a nice Suite in a corner that we liked. The Executive Club has a Happy hour and some food choices. Hotel associates were helpful. We had the breakfast at the main venue which had good options. We had dinner one night at the Danieli Italian restaurant. Service and food was good. There is a new mall across the street that has MANY great and low+high priced food options. We also went to the movies there twice. Kids ticket =2$, adult = 4$. I recommend this Hotel if rates are reasonable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by tiffmokhtar78 Receptionist should be more personalize
staff at reception should be more personalize. they should address their guest with their names, example Mr. Tiff or Encik Tiff. but they are too casual, addressing your guest by calling 'abang' is something unacceptable. they should offer an appropriate hospitality greeting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mylo As Expected. Excellent
Manage to maintain the good services. Everything is in place as per my last visit. Enjoyable stay. Appreciate the friendly and good attitude guest services, from front desk to club lounge.
Selection for evening cocktails improved tremendously. Bravo.
Perhaps you can consider switching your breakfast menu once a while. Not complaining though, purely a positive feedback for your continuous improvement.
Besides KLCC, there's a new shopping mall right opposite.
Will definitely head back.
