Rated 5 out of 5 by WanL Unparalleled excellence
My husband and I stayed for 6 nights from 27th July to 3rd August and it was sheer excellence from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
We arrived to the most heartwarming welcome and we felt it was like a homecoming. Derrick, Ala, Lukita, Nixon, Nurish, Harsono and Tasa were genuinely happy to see us just as we were more than happy to see them again and they did their utmost to ensure we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Mokhtar, Amir, Faiz and Faisal must not be forgotten as they were just as welcoming. During this sojourn we had the good fortune to meet other very friendly staff and of special mention are Yusman and Neil in The Essence restaurant and Iffwat, Haiqal and Afi in the Club lounge who were most attentive and hospitable.
However, there was just one hiccup that had to do with housekeeping. We had to call to get the room made as it was left unmade till 3.00 or past 3.00 in the afternoon except on the first day of our stay. Likewise it would have been great if turndown service was more consistent as it was provided on only 2 days out of the 6 we were there.
Except for this minor hiccup we indeed had the most wonderful stay and we really appreciate the personal touch of all the staff mentioned in their strive to provide the best service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by wetravel Good Sheraton that is easy to reach
There is a monorail station within 2-3 minutes walking distance to the Sheraton. From there one can easily connect to the Sentral station and other points of KUL. Friendly Hotel associates did the check-in and quickly had my room key. My Platinum was recognized and we received a nice Suite in a corner that we liked. The Executive Club has a Happy hour and some food choices. Hotel associates were helpful. We had the breakfast at the main venue which had good options. We had dinner one night at the Danieli Italian restaurant. Service and food was good. There is a new mall across the street that has MANY great and low+high priced food options. We also went to the movies there twice. Kids ticket =2$, adult = 4$. I recommend this Hotel if rates are reasonable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by tiffmokhtar78 Receptionist should be more personalize
staff at reception should be more personalize. they should address their guest with their names, example Mr. Tiff or Encik Tiff. but they are too casual, addressing your guest by calling 'abang' is something unacceptable. they should offer an appropriate hospitality greeting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mylo As Expected. Excellent
Manage to maintain the good services. Everything is in place as per my last visit. Enjoyable stay. Appreciate the friendly and good attitude guest services, from front desk to club lounge.
Selection for evening cocktails improved tremendously. Bravo.
Perhaps you can consider switching your breakfast menu once a while. Not complaining though, purely a positive feedback for your continuous improvement.
Besides KLCC, there's a new shopping mall right opposite.
Will definitely head back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TranceGemini Worth the revisit!
The hardware now looked more aged than my last visit in 2014, but i've noticed there is some improvement on the friendliness of the front line staffs. Majority was still shy & need more polishing but i'm happy to see Uncle Tasa standing proudly, greeting guests at the entrance, and he still remembers me! Part of the reason i'm coming back. The Sarawakian lady at the front desk was professional & friendly during my check in/out. I arrived earlier than usual check in time, thinking only of dropping my bag, do a pre check-in & later collect key card when the room is ready. She mentioned that the room is now ready and i can enter. They usually pre assigned suites for platinum members. My room was facing the KL tower, nice view, spacious room. Perfect bed! Had a good sleep. However, it is weird to find my room was pitch dark in the evening when i am sure i turned all the lights on before leaving out for dinner. Perhaps it's just their turn down style?
Tried their Ramadan buffet dinner as recommended by Uncle Tasa, it was well worth it! so many choices, great selection of desserts. While the buffet was great, sadly breakfast in the other morning was lacking. Dined in one time at their restaurant Villa Danielli, nice ambient but mediocre taste. Experienced a rude awakening at 4.30am on my 1st stay, but on the 2nd stay everything went smoothly. Despite some issues, i am confident on what i would get as long as i set my expectations accordingly. Location was good, monorail stop just in front, the new Quill mall is now up and running (although quite boring, but at least it offers more place to eat & shop). I would like to return again anytime.

Sheraton Imperial KL has very much improved since last year. This is my 4th or 5th stay this year and it is consistently improving.
I had a smoking room instead this time round as it was a friends catching up stay this time, and to my surprise, ventilation was quite good.
Certainly do look forward to come back again. Great elite recognition and services is wonderful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jules0821 Wonderful & Keep It Up
Even though the hotel might be a little dated, but rest assured that everything was properly maintained. Brought my father along on this trip and he loved the whole experienced. A big thank you to front desk on making everything so smooth and wonderful. Also extending my gratitude towards Mr Nixon Chin, for arranging everything yet again for me and my family.
Rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable for both rooms. There might be some little details on my suite but the overall experienced made it pleasant.
My partner did complained about the consistency of the food quality on our in room dining, and do hope it gets better from here. Maybe it's due to Ramadan month, the selection at breakfast wasn't as many as it use to be but still a solid one. Loved the pancakes!
Checkout was fast, and a big thank you to all that made this stay wonderful. Looking forward to my next trip.

Rated 3 out of 5 by SPGPLATINUMGUY CLUB LOUNGE TEAM need improvement
After not stay with this property for several years, thought of giving it a try again, well it did disappoint me in some aspects.
Had a 2 nights stay (12th - 14th June 2015) with this property.
SPG recognition is great, we were given a suite and the size of the room is very large.
Although the room and rugs are little dated and old, well this hotel needs refurbishment. But i am quite happy with the room cleaniness
Reception check in was rather good and efficient, i find them very helpful.
Location is great, there is a new mall called QUILL, just across the hotel and there are cinema, shopping, F&B etc.
ONE THING....the team(staffs) who works in the club lounge. Do something about it!
I only been to the lounge like 3 times during my stay.
some of the staffs were friendly and responsive.
But i do find some of the very young and inexperienced staffs who were on duty in the club lounge
- they are not professional
- i even saw them playing with their cellphone
- not very attentive
- they looked annoyed when we asked for assistance.
- they chit-chatting behind the check in desk.
the only thing i like about the club lounge
-the variety of the food during breakfast.
Seriously, the young and inexperienced staffs who work in the club lounge should have been trained more professionally.
