Rooms in the club floor are a bit dated and smell musty. Housekeeping could be better, when you call it takes a few minutes for them to answer, sometimes they don't answer. I had a problem with the hairdryer, I waited 15 mins and no staff member appeared, I had to go to the club lounge with wet hair and inform the staff there. They then sent a staff member with another hairdryer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mynah Imperial is a luxury "getaway"
We are 2 retired senior ex-pats living a quiet life in a relatively laid-back sector of Malaysia (Penang). To travel to KL on occasion to tackle necessary business is not a pleasure, given the size, the traffic, the overall pace, etc. Of course, most clients would point out that the Sheraton Imperial is desirable because it is in the heart of the hustle and bustle, accessible to much. However, for us, we choose the Sheraton Imperial as a luxury haven from the hustle and bustle of KL, as well as a luxury "getaway" from our normal routine at home. We remain inside the hotel as much as we can! We are perfectly comfortable in the room (city-gazing, TV, reading, etc.) and take advantage of the dining, fitness center, swim pool, relating to the amiable staff, etc.

We have stayed many times at this Sheraton and always enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and efficient. The one downside was the disco noise in the room, which started around 11 pm and continued until 3 am..

Rated 5 out of 5 by stampman Marvelous place to stay in KL
In September 2014, I stayed 3 nights at this hotel & must say that I was tremendously impressed.
The value for my money was top notch - I felt that I had a much larger suite than expected for the price paid.
The breakfast was absolutely spectacular - a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruits, eggs to order, several meats to choose from, and non-Western dishes that were extremely appealing.
The staff was always attentive & helpful - the front desk staff even remembered me and my name after only one introduction, which I found very warm & welcoming.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MDIspas The Worst Hotels in the World of Starwood
This place is dirty. There’s just no other way to put it. Many people have complained that the Sheraton Imperial KL beds often caused itchiness and skin problems. I found hair on the already very dirty sofa and intimate hair on the bed lingerie! The carpet was so dirty that you can not walk on it! Sheraton Imperial KL is one of the dirtiest hotels in the world and for sure the worst hotel in Starwood Group!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappoointed1 Loud banging music until 5 am just doesn't work
I cut short my stayed at your hotel because the night club next door play loud music until 5 am every morning. When I checked in I told the receptionist that I will be staying for 6 nights please give me a nice room and she gave me a room that has rock and roll every morning until 5 am. Until this problem is resolved I will never stay at your hotel again. I will also notify our travel department of this situation so travelers from my company will no longer make the same mistake as I did.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jll888 A Hotel that not so far away from tourist spot yet not so crowded
The hotel is just a minute walk from the Monorail Medan Tuanku Station with just a 3 stations to the Bukit Bintang and 8 stations if you come from KL Sentral.
The executive lounge was nice which can have the view of KLCC and KL Tower at the far end corner of the lounge.
The SPG Recognition was good where we get an upgrade to a suite room. The room was big which have seperate walk-in wardrobe and seperate living room.
