I have been in the Hotel for 3 nights for business together with another friend.
The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. breakfast was good.
I had a problem to connect WiFi but after talking to the reception they solved the problem. For the check out we ordered 2 takeout breakfasts that were there on time.

Understand due to the VAT transformation, disconnection is acceptable at certain level, but which not means this is a forever excuse. I've been stayed in this hotel for three weeks. Every week hotel gave me surprise! First week the hotel asked me for the VAT information so as to issue the invoice on Friday, and then on Friday they told me cause the check-out time was too early and finance not yet came to work, just faint. VAT transformation came to be the excuse. Then okay, as after weekend I would come back so I asked them to leave the invoices as I could come back to get. Even I saw the remark on their book but not worked at all, the invoices still couriered to my Company. VAT transformation came to be the excuse second time. During the second week stay as some communication issue (?), hotel not extended our stay for the weekend of second week. Then they were clever to extend my second week reservation to next Monday. Too complex but as a result, I had two bills for one continues stay and even next Monday my status was not check-in as they forget to perform check in for the third reservation. During the third week, cleaner mistakenly put the litter bin in bath room without clear under my desk in the room till I was back to hotel. For the above instances, the hotel staff said apologies to me already; even I was not happy, but okay. But the invoice machine broke on Thursday, this time I could not obtain the invoices on Friday as expected. Then come to the check-out, my colleagues and my bill is different from each other on room rate through the week while our reservation was in terms of group. The worst thing was the reception even the manager, Dolly, did not give any apologies and just show impatient what made me pissed off. Even the case was solved, but the feeling was too bad! How the hotel gave a group of guest’s different room rate in different week?! And no apologies just show now I corrected it what else you want.

This was my first time to stay here. Everything started from the moment I arrived. The staff made me feel warm and treated me as a friend with great smiles. This impressed me!

Sheraton Chengdu has good view and is in a convient location. It provides very good service. The breakfast is also very delicious.

I caught a cold while I was in town for conference. I asked the hotel staff for a raw onion to help cure my cold and they brought up a 1/2 sliced fresh onion with cup of water as old remedy.
The only downside is that they did not upgrade my room as a SPG Gold member. Everything else about the staff was great

No complaints at all. Good hotel with awesome snacks in the lounge. Thank you Cyntia for care. Location is average but you'll have short trip (about 3 km) to main touristic spots. And only 30 mins ride to Pandas.
Only one bad thing - no Green choice participation.
