I frequently use this hotel as a stop-over before catching an early flight to my New York office. Until my most recent stay, everything was satisfactory. After driving one and a half hours, I was told by a very rude and inexperienced desk clerk that there was no reservation in my name. As a Platinum member, there is plenty of information in the reservation system detailing the 75+ nights per year I spend in the various Starwood properties. I would have expected a little more than "sorry."

We are Starwood Patrons, and almost always use Sheraton Hotels/Resorts. We were just a little disappointed this time around though. Once we arrrived in our suite, the room was a bit warm. We checked and set the thermostat to "68" degrees. It never became cold in the room, just only cool. Our refrigerator, unfortunately, was unplugged; we called maintenance, they came to plug it in, but the refrigerator did not ever get cold either. The overall cleanliness of the room was good, beds comfortable.

I was highly disappointed and downright angry when I arrived for check-in, only to find out that the hotel was oversold, and that I would have to relocate to a competitor's hotel. Is this how you treat your Preferred Guests? What does "Preferred" mean to you? When I checked in on a seperate reservation 2 days earlier, I informed the desk clerk that I would be arriving late (12:30 AM), and she noted it in my reservation. The last thing I want to have to do at that time of day is pack up my belongings again, and move to another hotel. I work for the airlines, and while I understand the rationale behind overbooking, I also know that our high level frequent fliers are accomodated when an overbooking occurs. This will definitely factor into my decision on whom to give my business in the years ahead.

We stayed here for just one night bridging a break in flights from the Bahamas to California. Hotel room was very nice, but the first one we were assigned had been smoked in. We called the front desk and they were very apolgetic and exlained the entire hotel is non-smoking, so they assigned us a new room immediately, which was odor free. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport at no additional cost. Bar and restrauant was also good, and the pool spa area very comfortable.

We arrived late at the hotel, and the checking experience was not a pleasant start, we felt as we were an imposition on the staff. Any how, having got past that, the corridors to the room (even though we were tired) showed they needed TLC. The room was fairly well appointed.
Breakfast was another major disappointment. After being seated, we were just left for about 10 minutes. Then asked about juice and coffee. No juice or coffee arrived. We we then asked by another hostess about juice and coffee. Through out the entire breakfast, the lack of staff was upsetting. even to settle the bill, we just waited for a long period of time for someone to show up.
For the overnight stay we had, perhaps I would consider this location again, but for any extended period of time NO WAY.
Your shuttle driver was very pleasant.

Room and general facilities were excellent, as usual with Sheratons. Fantastically comfortable bed. However, when I went to check out there was no one at the desk. Waited... waited... waited. Finally, I took the envelope with my room key and wrote "Please check me out. No one at the desk." and reached over the counter and put it on the desk area behind the counter. Just as I was walking away, someone came out. I pointed to the envelope and walked away. Got out to my car and there was a notice on the car about not having a hotel parking pass. When I checked in, I was not given a parking pass, was not asked if I needed a parking pass and was not even asked if I had a car there. Staff seems to be in need of some training and front desk needs a little better coverage. Did not use recreational facilities or restaurant, but the lobby and room were very nice.

The total Day staff @ the front desk; Ms Lovely. and Mgrs were Awesome!!. I had my 81 year old family member with me on this stay She drove in from Satelite beach Fl. She checked in before me .The staff went above an beyond to meet her needs I cant tell you how much this meant to me..It made my drive up from Ft lauderdale more comfortable and Stress Free.The Customer service we recieved was Outstandin!g from ck in to departure .Thnx again for a Great start to my Vacation .

This hotel was very good. Easy checkin, hotel was quiet, however you do hear the planes taking off. The suite was very comfortable with the added plus of a balcony. The pool and courtyard looked very nice, although we did not use them. We also did not eat in the hotel, but when we were leaving breakfast smelled very good. The only negative I would say is that the design of the hotel causes some rooms to be very far from the elevators. Other than that our stay was fine.

Loved this hotel. Absolutely met my standards for a 3 star hotel. Lobby area was fantastic, very welcoming and modern. The rooms were spacious, clean and up to date. I would stay at this sheraton suites again!

Arrived late evening after delayed flight from London. Check in fast and we were made welcome by friendly staff. Suite excellent bed fantastic made sleep easy even with time change. Had breakfast Buffett which was worth every penny and the 2 staff members were very polite and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again. Highly recommend after long flight if onward journey necessary.

We have stayed at this Sheraton several times, and our stays were always very satisfactory, but this time the room remodeling on the second floor was extremely noisy even though we were on the third floor above. Our hallway was also dirty and dusty. Our newly renovated room was beautiful, but the toilet took several flushes. We still love this motel and understand the renovations will provide a wonderful place for future stays.

Unfortunately this hotel needs tlc in the pool. The chlorine and chemicals were out of balance and my family and I all had a skin reaction from swimming in the pool. The only entrance to the pool under 4 feet deep is in doors. The tile around the pool is not wet rated and both of my children slipped and hit their heads. The hot tub was not any better. The curtains were also ripped in our room, and the tub is small, ugh. We will not return.

We are SPG gold, and frequently use Sheraton hotels in our travels. With VERY few exeptions, we have had GREAT experiences. The exception of this hotel concerned the behavior of the front desk associate. "Brandon" was neatly dressed, but at check-in he exhibited unusual arrogance with a condescending, know-it-all, argumentative attitude toward any question directed toward him. We consider him to be a weak link in an otherwise great hotel.

This was the first time we have stayed at the Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport and it exceeded our expectations. We had expected a fairly basic airport hotel but it was far more than that. The room was excellent and the grounds were lovely. We were particularly impressed with the pool. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but every effort has been to minimize the disruption caused by it.

We fly in and out of the Orlando Airport often. When we have an early or late flight we've often thought we should spend a night at a local hotel. We tried that two years ago at another hotel and the experience from beginning to end was horrible. We decided to try again and chose the Sheraton. We will now do this often. We loved the atmosphere, the room, the food, and the wonderful experience right from check in to check out!

Visited this property for the first time due to its airport proximity for an early flight. We had a great evening at the hotel bar. Alyssa and Justin were attentive and professional, and yet maintained a silly, upbeat, engaging energy that kept all the guests entertained on a quiet night.

We are not fans of big noisy hotels, that's why Shearaton Suites Orlando met our expectations. We were able to bring our little traveling companion with us as well, a 5 lb Maltese. Our room was set up as a suite so our granddaughter toyed on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Everyone had their privacy.Nice pool and there was a Starbucks in the hotel which made me very happy!

Lady at the desk was awesome. Lady went out of her way to help me find a room in cocoa beach I so appreciate all Lady's help she is excellent always called me back and even asked how our trio was when we returned back at your hotel to stay too more nights
Food awsome all the girls at the bar and helping at breakfast where great friendly,,,, awsome!!!!!!!!

After 8 (exhausting but fun) days in Orlando, our early evening flight was pushed to after midnight we decided not to wait it out and headed for a hotel instead. I booked this hotel online and their complimentary shuttle picked my family of two adults and three weary kids up at the airport. We didn't even have our luggage, but the front desk gave us more amenities - shampoos, toothbrushes etc. The shuttle then took my husband to Walgreens to buy t-shirts for us to sleep in and hairbrushes and deodorant! As an SPG Gold member, I was able to get one of three free perks- and I chose a much needed cocktail from the bar :-) to go along with our late room service dinner. The hotel rooms are very large, incredibly clean and have microwaves and fridges- a plus when traveling with kids. The front desk staff were awesome and the shuttle was a great perk. We vowed to stay here next time we visit the area as it was perfect! Highly recommend a stay here!

This a nice hotel. The decor and furnishings are a bit old, but the room is functional. As soon as I got to my room someone called to ask if my room was satisfactory. With SPG I received a complementary breakfast buffet and that accommodated a late checkout.
My only concern was smoke that I smelled in the hallway. Evidently a guest did not adhere to the no smoking policy. My room was not smokey.

I had never stayed at an Sheraton facility and was a little reluctant but this one was great. The location was awesome and the check in gentleman was very accommadating and professional. The price was well worth it. I will definitely stay at another one and hope its as good as this one.

The hallway on the 3rd floor had a musty odor, which I noticed the moment I stepped off of the elevator. I even notice a slight musty odor in my room. Room was comfortable; no mouthwash. As I stepped out of my room early in the morning (6 AM), I detected the odor of vomit.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The fitness facility was very modern and updated. The room was clean and was well designed. My only disappointment was having to pay for wifi in the room. As an SPG member that stays only at Sheraton properties it should have been complimentary. We stayed at the hotel on the 8th of November and it was included, but when we returned on the 18th it was not.

Excellant reception from the time I called for the airport shuttle to pick us up till the time the front desk provided a driver immediately to get us back to the airport because we were late for our plane. The room was pristine with a large flat screen TV in the sitting room. The service in the dinning was was excellent and the food was good. It was a pleasure to stay at the Sheraton

This was a very convenient hotel for our one night stay in Orlando. They offered free shuttle service to and from the airport and the receptionists at the desk were very hospitable as well as the wait staff in the restaurant. It was nice to have a couch and chair/ottoman to sit on and watch TV, rather than sitting on a bed. Overall, I would recommend Sheraton Suites Hotel.

Didn’t really have any expectations at all about this hotel, just staying there the night before a morning flight out, but was pleasantly surprised. Service was great throughout, very pleasant check-in, on the way up in the elevator a maintenance guy got in with us and overheard my young daughter talking about her new “Finding Nemo” poster and how she was worried it would get bent on the trip home, he asked us what our room number was and 10 minutes later knocked on the door with a cardboard tube for the poster, plus a little cardboard circle he must have just cut out on the spot, and some tape to seal it up with. Incredibly nice. Perfectly good dinner at the restaurant, shuttle driver the next day was also extremely nice and efficient. Room was basic but huge, with two separate rooms (great when traveling with kids), very quiet (facing out on the pool at least). Would highly recommend for a basic airport hotel.

The location next to the airport is great. Super easy with the suttle for flying in and out of MCO.
The hotel is a bit rough around the edges, but a good value overall.
My SPG status simply wasn't acknowlege or recognized unless I said: "other properties normal do this for a platinum member"...... very disappointing.
While the room was clean, the A/C unit blows directly on the bed.
The TV is too low in the living area and to high in the bedroom area. It shares the same place within the wall; so I understnd why but poor layout and design.
NO club lounge. Food is average at best on the breakfast buffett.
Asked for the green choice for both rooms, the points only got credited for one room, and they made up both rooms but didnn't restock the water - had to call for it. Received SPG preferred guest rooms - but didn't get upgraded on either room even though the website showed they had the executive suites available.

The hotel location is great, it is very close to nice restaurants, shopping.
The staff are always available to provide assistance.
The second day , I needed some tea bags , I called the guest services and within less than five minutes, a nice lady brought me some tea bags with a smile and said : Sir do you need anything else? what an excellent customer service.
