Rated 5 out of 5 by Very impressed! This recently updated Sheraton suits every need for next day flights. We were pleasantly surprised with the restaurant and bar! Terrific for a well poured premium liquor cocktail and sandwich.Rooms are well appointed, comfortable and well lit for reading and makeup . Complimentary shuttle to the airport and inexpensive extended stay parking for your car make it simple for the traveller. Kudos to Sheraton/ SPG! November 18, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Overall experience The shower curtin smelled so badly that I skipped taking a shower. Also when I opened the coffee maker a cockroach crawled out. The shuttle was very quick and both times I took it, the drivers were terrific - professional and nice. The bar couldn't make the drink I wanted because they out of vermouth, but the bartender was attentive and helpful. November 12, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Dissappointed We have stayed at this hotel before with no problems. However on Friday Oct.25th it was a different story. We decided to stay at this hotel because we were coming back from Mexico that night late. The hotel is very close to the airport. We called Sheraton at 10:49 to pick us up. We called again about 15 min later-they said 10min, we called again about 20 min later -they said 10min. After waiting 50 min. the van finally arrived. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! We expressed our unhappiness with the service. They gave us two buffet tickets for the morning. When we went to the buffet they had no eggs, and very little fruit. After waiting awhile they finally replenished it. ( I would never pay the price they get for that breakfast.) The staff were very apologetic and professional but there is obviously a breakdown in their system that is very disappointing. I hope this won't happen again. October 27, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by SPG spells perfect stay First time I stayed at this location. Check-in was exceptional. Placed me in an SPG designated room with a view over looking the pool area. Offered me points, internet or complimentary drink. I took the points. No big deal, but when I awakened the next morning, complimentary breakfast and internet slid under the door. This is a great location, but treated me even better. I must test them again on my next visit! October 24, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very pleased with this 'suite' hotel Having arrived into Orlando after a long flight from Australia (28 hours door to door travel time), we all got a very good nights' sleep, great beds and room and enjoyed the buffet breakfast which is well worth the additional cost. The free airport shuttle is extremely handy and we used it without any problems at 10.30pm at night to get to the hotel. Kaitlyn at the front desk, on checkout, was extremely helpful with advice. Rated 5 out of 5 by The Chef The Chef, Cory is excellent, His dinner creations were outstanding. My wife and I had a magnificent meal. Pasta with seafood was flavorful and abundant with shrimp and salmon. Not overpowering with heavly sauce. the steak was superbly cooked with asparagus and potatoes. Truly a 5 star meal. He added a Benedict to the breakfast buffet one morning that was superb. October 18, 2013

Alyssa and Justin were attentive and professional, and yet maintained a silly, upbeat, engaging energy that kept all the guests entertained on a quiet night. September 24, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Will not be on my list of favorite hotels The hallway on the 3rd floor had a musty odor, which I noticed the moment I stepped off of the elevator. I even notice a slight musty odor in my room. Room was comfortable; no mouthwash. As I stepped out of my room early in the morning (6 AM), I detected the odor of vomit. September 17, 2013

The location was awesome and the check in gentleman was very accommadating and professional. The price was well worth it. I will definitely stay at another one and hope its as good as this one. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great nights sleep Arrived late evening after delayed flight from London. Check in fast and we were made welcome by friendly staff. Suite excellent bed fantastic made sleep easy even with time change. Had breakfast Buffett which was worth every penny and the 2 staff members were very polite and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again. Highly recommend after long flight if onward journey necessary. September 8, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Room/hotel excellent... staff attention not so good Room and general facilities were excellent, as usual with Sheratons. Fantastically comfortable bed. However, when I went to check out there was no one at the desk. Waited... waited... waited. Finally, I took the envelope with my room key and wrote "Please check me out. No one at the desk." and reached over the counter and put it on the desk area behind the counter. Just as I was walking away, someone came out. I pointed to the envelope and walked away. Got out to my car and there was a notice on the car about not having a hotel parking pass. When I checked in, I was not given a parking pass, was not asked if I needed a parking pass and was not even asked if I had a car there. Staff seems to be in need of some training and front desk needs a little better coverage. Did not use recreational facilities or restaurant, but the lobby and room were very nice. August 31, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Why didn't we stay here for our whole vacation? After 8 (exhausting but fun) days in Orlando, our early evening flight was pushed to after midnight we decided not to wait it out and headed for a hotel instead. I booked this hotel online and their complimentary shuttle picked my family of two adults and three weary kids up at the airport. We didn't even have our luggage, but the front desk gave us more amenities - shampoos, toothbrushes etc. The shuttle then took my husband to Walgreens to buy t-shirts for us to sleep in and hairbrushes and deodorant! As an SPG Gold member, I was able to get one of three free perks- and I chose a much needed cocktail from the bar :-) to go along with our late room service dinner. The hotel rooms are very large, incredibly clean and have microwaves and fridges- a plus when traveling with kids. The front desk staff were awesome and the shuttle was a great perk. We vowed to stay here next time we visit the area as it was perfect! Highly recommend a stay here! August 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing "Budgetary" Suites We stayed 14 days at Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport, after a request from My kids to go back again this year. Although it was 25 min away from Universal Studios(our major destination), it was worth the drive, with its niice Rooms and specious separate Sitting Area, 2 TV sets... Many times I was told by my wife and kids, "lets go HOME," cause we really felt that way. Hotel Staff everywhere at the hotel were so helpful, understanding ,warm and friendly... very fast and accurate, especially with SPG membership related stuff... Breakfast was so good.. and the most important, i didn't have to pay extra price for a Suite- price was very similar to a regular room elsewhere. We are looking forward to our stay at the Sheraton Suites next time we are in Orlando... August 29, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by overnight stay I enjoyed this hotel. It was very nice. Bed was comfortable and room was cozy. The staff was great. The shuttle driver to and from the airport was excellent. The only negative thing was we waited a little long for an extra wash cloth and had to rush a little for check out. Also my daughter saw someone at the pool with their dog. I'm not too crazy about the idea of a dog being at, near or in the pool. The pool could have been a little cleaner and would have liked to enjoy the jacuzzi, but it was closed. Those are minor issues. All in all the hotel is great. August 27, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor Front Desk Customer Service Results in Loss of Customer I have enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Suites Orlando on several occasions as I travel frequently on business. The staff has always been pleasant and accommodating, particularly the housekeeping department who are always smiling and professional. My most recent stay, however, was less than what I have come to expect from this hotel. Upon arrival, the young man at the front desk did not smile and greet me. He checked me in quickly, but with the absolute minimum of interaction. I asked if there were vacancies for the following week as I would be flying into town again. I was told that I would have to call down to the front desk - which struck me odd since we were standing there already! I decided that perhaps I should take his advice (and save myself some aggravation as he clearly had no intentions to help me) and book my room when I checked out. I approached the desk to check out and was confronted with an older man who also clearly did not want to help me. I received no smile or greeting and again, I initiated the conversation by telling him I wanted to check out. His response was 'what room'. I asked about booking a room for the following week and was told 'if we have a vacancy' when a simple 'let me check for you' would have sufficed. The computer then 'went down' and no attempt was made to take a tentative reservation by hand. What has happened to a nice 'How are you today?' or a sincere 'How can I help you?'. It seems that the days of 'Good morning! Did you enjoy your stay?' are behind us at this hotel. August 26, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice room but bad food We stayed at this property because we were flying into MCO and then going on a cruise in a couple days. The rooms were great, and they staff was very friendly. The shuttle is convenient. The food in the restaurant was on par with what you would expect at a 1 star property. We saved up our platinum breakfast coupons so the whole family could have breakfast. Next time Il'll let the vouchers go to waste and drive down the street or take a cab. The staff was very nice but the food was cold , dry, and just plan bad. Even the bread was cheap. I will stay at this property again but I hope that I don't have to eat there again. Again, all of the staff were very friendly, so that was appreciated. August 24, 2013

The breakfast buffet food was tasteless not to mention cold and this was at 7:00 a.m . Our seminar included lunch so we thought ordering off the menu would be better, only to find that the turkey on the club sandwich was horrible and inedible, leaving us with really no meal except the fries. The date of our stay somehow got mixed up in their system and when we showed up, they told us we had forfeited our points and would have to pay for a room. The night manager, who was less than helpful, told us he couldn't do anything about it unless someone from the Starwood Preferred Guest program called him to authorize it. I contacted SPG, they called him to authorize it and he reneged on his offer and refused to give us a room without charging us. We would still have to forfeit our points. His behavior was unprofessional and deceptive. August 13, 2013
